
Fog causes bus delays in Essex County
A foggy start to the day has resulted in some bus delays and cancellations.
All board provided morning transportation is Cancelled for Area B, Essex County, with afternoon transportation operating as normal.
For Area A, City of Windsor, all board provided transportation is running on schedule this morning.
École secondaire catholique E.J. Lajeunesse is reporting a 10-15 minute delays for First Student bus riders.

Toronto no longer under heat warning, but more hot and humid weather coming this week

Environment Canada is calling for a high of 28 C on Monday, feeling closer to 37 when factoring in the humidity. There is a risk of thunderstorms late this morning and early this afternoon. Showers are possible on Tuesday and Wednesday, which will see daytime highs of 27 C on each day respectively. A slightly cooler daytime high of 26 C is in the forecast for Toronto on Thursday and the mercury is expected to rise to 28 C on Friday.

There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms into the evening with a low of 16 C overnight. Tuesday's forecast has a mix of sun and cloud with a 30 per cent chance of showers, a high of 25 C and a humidex of 30. The expected UV index is 9, or very high. Wednesday's outlook is partly cloudy with a high of 27 C and a 30 per cent chance of showers. The average high this time of year is around 26 C.
