The StudBudz WNBA livestream had everything from Megan Rapinoe talking strap-ons to dissing Diplo

The WNBA has been gaining popularity every day, but the All Stars weekend might go down in history as the most viral moment the league has ever had, thanks to the StudBudz , now-infamous livestream.
It was wild, chaotic, and extremely sapphic.
There were dozens of viral moments that came out of the 72-hour-long livestream, but one that fans will likely never forget featured legendary sports couple Megan Rapinoe and Sue Bird talking about strapping. Bet you didn't think you'd see that on your 2025 bingo card.
WNBA players from teams across the country gather in Indianapolis for the All-Star Game, Skills Challenge, and 3-point contest, and while the talent on display was impressive, fans we're also glued to a 72-hour-straight livestream by the StudBudz, a Twitch channel hosted by Lynx teammates, besties, and certified studs Courtney Williams and Natisha 'T' Heideman.
Not only did the livestream confirm some women's basketball dating conspiracy theories, but while Rapinoe and Bird were at the All-Stars weekend to film a live show for their sports podcast, A Touch More, they had a very lesbian moment with the StudBudz that has since gone viral.
'We have to address the best moment on StudBudz. Never? Never strapped,' Rapinoe asked Williams.

Williams looked confused because she couldn't remember the moment in the 3 days' worth of livestreams where she admitted to never having worn a strap-on.
'She lied,' Heidman said.
'I don't remember that, I be saying whatever. I've been on here too long,' Williams said while laughing.
Does the NBA ever offer you iconic moments like this? Of course not. Just one more reason to tune into women's sports!
Shockingly, watching four sports stars talking about wearing straps wasn't the only eye-popping clip that surfaced from the livestream. There are so many more!

Not in a million years would we have guessed that WNBA commissioner Cathy Engelbert would dance with the StudBudz to Crime Mob's 'Knuck If You Buck.' And yes, that is queer TikToker Coach Jackie in the background having a blast watching this all go down.
This moment has launched several hilarious memes.

Sports Fans Celebrating Cameron Brink's Highly-Anticipated WNBA Return

Sports Fans Celebrating Cameron Brink's Highly-Anticipated WNBA Return originally appeared on The Spun. It's been a long road back for WNBA star Cameron Brink but she's finally been given the green light to return to the floor following last year's season-ending ACL and meniscus tear. 13 months after her promising rookie year ended prematurely, the 6-foot-4 LA Sparks forward has officially been listed as active by the team. Clearing the decks for Brink to make her 2025 debut in tonight's game vs. Las Vegas. The former No. 2 pick was averaging 7.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.1 steals and 2.3 blocks per game before suffering the injury on June 18. And in the 15 contests she was able to play in she had already proved to be a strong defensive force in the middle of the paint. "Cameron Brink returns tonight 👏" the WNBA posted. Fans were happy to have her back on X. "Let's go Cam!!! 💪🏻💪🏻" Lindsey Vonn replied. "Can't wait to watch 🙌🏼" a user exclaimed. "I'm ready to watch her dominate," a fan said. "Sparks have a full, complete, and healthy roster! That's all that matters! Please don't put too much pressure on Cam~ just happy she's well enough to hit the court!" another person commented. "We will be watching," another user stated. "welcome back Cam!!!" "My favorite player is back!" another fan shared. "Let's go!" Brink will more than likely be on a minutes restriction for the foreseeable future but says she can't wait to be back out there with her ladies. "It means the world," Brink told sports reporter John W. Davis yesterday. "I'm just very excited, very humbled by this experience. It's no easy thing to come back from. Just really excited." The Sparks are currently 11-14 and just 1.5 games out of the fourth seed in the West. Adding Brink to the mix should only help LA's chances; but it's understandably going to take some time for her to get back to the play we've become accustomed to since her days at Fans Celebrating Cameron Brink's Highly-Anticipated WNBA Return first appeared on The Spun on Jul 30, 2025 This story was originally reported by The Spun on Jul 30, 2025, where it first appeared.

Sparks star Cameron Brink returns from ACL injury, drains 3-pointer immediately in loss to Aces

More than a year after an ACL tear ruined her rookie season in the WNBA, Cameron Brink finally returned to the court on Tuesday night. Brink made her season debut with the Los Angeles Sparks in their 89-74 loss to the Las Vegas Aces on Tuesday at Arena, marking her first game action in nearly 13 months. Brink wasn't in the starting lineup on Tuesday, but she received a huge ovation from fans when she checked into the game late in the first quarter. She didn't waste any time, either, and immediately drilled a 3-pointer on her first attempt of the night. That, though, was about all Brink did. She took two other shot attempts from behind the arc and ended up finishing with three rebounds and an assist to go with her five points. The other two came from the free throw line in the fourth quarter. She only played about 13 minutes, too, while easing back into things. Brink first went down with the knee injury during a loss to the Connecticut Sun last June, just 15 games into her WNBA career. The former No. 2 overall pick had to be carried off the floor, and the team quickly confirmed that her ACL was torn. Brink has been sidelined ever since. Brink revealed on Saturday that she had been medically cleared to play again, and she started ramping up her activity quickly ahead of Tuesday's contest. Brink's return, however, wasn't enough to slow down A'ja Wilson and the Aces. Wilson dropped 34 points, 17 of which came in the first quarter alone, to lead them to the dominant 15-point win. She had 10 rebounds and shot 16-of-23 from the field, too. Jackie Young put up her first career triple-double with 18 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists. It marked the fifth triple-double across the league this season, and the second in as many days following Skylar Diggins' on Monday night against the Connecticut Sun. Kelsey Plum led the Sparks with 22 points and eight assists in the loss, which snapped a five-game win streak. Rae Burrell put up 17 points and six rebounds off the bench, and Dearica Hamby finished with 15 points. Though it may take a bit for Brink to settle back in, she's at least finally in a spot to play again after a lengthy rehab derailed the start of her career.
