Karan Veer Mehra often shares photos and videos of himself on social media, leaving fans impressed. On Wednesday too, the actor took to his Instagram handle and shared a series of close-up monochrome pictures, in which he was seen keeping a stern expression. However, what caught everyone's attention was the caption of Karan's post.
In the caption, Karan Veer Mehra opened up about being quieter and wrote, 'Peace looks different when you've walked through fire. Still here. Still burning. Just quieter now !!!!" He then tagged the photographer and added, 'Grateful to the one who captured this moment". Check it out here:
Karan Veer Mehra is known for shows like Pavitra Rishta, Mehndi Wala Ghar, Woh Toh Hai Albelaa and TV Biwi Aur Main among others. However, his popularity multiplied after he emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss 18 earlier this year.
Next, Karan is all set to join Bollywood. The actor will soon be seen in film, Silaa. Presented by Zee Studios, the film is a joint venture involving Blue Lotus Pictures, Stark Entertainment, and Innovations India, promising a big-screen spectacle for the audience. Strengthening the production team is an impressive lineup. Omung Kumar is joined by producers Umesh KR Bansal, Pragati Deshmukh, Himanshu Tiwari, Ajay Singh, Dhananjay Singh, Abhishek Ankur, and Captain Rahul Bali, with Rahhat Shah Kazmi as co-producer. The film also stars Harshvardhan Rane in the lead.
On July 1, Karan Veer Mehra shared pictures from the mahurat shot of Silaa, as the film went on floors. The first picture showed the actor posing with director Omung Kumar, known for films such as Mary Kom and Sarbjit. They were seen holding the clapperboard with 'Mahurat' written over it. Other pictures also featured Harshvardhan Rane, Sadia Khateeb and Ipsitaa.
Sharing the photos, Karan Veer Mehra had written, 'Thank you for all the love and blessings #Silaa #newbeginings #film Captain @omungkumar." Chum Darang showed her support for Karan, and commented, 'Best wishes! Break a leg!!! You the best!"

The social media accounts of many Pakistani actors were banned once again in India, only a day after they suddenly became visible. On Wednesday, Indian netizens were surprised to see the Instagram accounts of Pakistani stars like , , Ahad Raza Mir, Yumna Zaidi, and Danish Taimoor pop up on their feeds. Back on 8 May, the Indian government had issued a strict advisory to all OTT platforms and digital streaming services. AICWA steps in with a letter to PM Modi The quick reappearance of these Pakistani actors' accounts caught the attention of the All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA). On Wednesday itself, the group wrote a letter to Prime Minister , raising strong objections. In their letter, AICWA said: 'It is deeply concerning and absolutely unacceptable that social media accounts of Pakistani artists like Mawra Hocane, Yumna Zaidi, and several Pakistan-based channels are once again visible in India." They didn't stop there. The letter went on to say: "This is not merely a digital appearance — it is a direct insult to the sacrifice of our martyred soldiers and an emotional assault on every Indian who lost a loved one in terror attacks perpetrated by Pakistan.'
