Will I hide having taken Ozempic or Mounjaro? Do the emotional mathematics yourself. Why would I hide this? If I'd used it, I would've openly said so, and I'd have advised others as well.' Karan joked that he might even be signed as a brand ambassador for Ozempic. 'I'll find a way to monetise it. I will try and leverage it if I want to. If you feel like spreading these rumours, go ahead

The first seven days were extremely difficult. For seven months, I did OMAD. I'd eat one meal at 8:30 pm every day, no lactose, no glucose, no gluten. Rigorously and relentlessly.' Karan said that he is mildly lactose intolerant, but has started lactose intake again recently, because he needed to gain some weight back.

The Traitors winners Uorfi Javed and Nikita Luther take home Rs… prize money but there's a twist
The Traitors Finale: After weeks of drama, strategy, and surprises, the finale of The Traitors aired on Thursday, July 3, and it had a shocking twist. Uorfi Javed and Nikita Luther were declared the winners of Season 1, walking away with the trophy and the prize money. The show, famous for its mind games and betrayals, ended with both Uorfi and Nikita, who turned out to be 'innocent' players, cleverly outsmarting the 'traitors,' Harsh Gujral and Purav Jha. Even though Purav was seen as one of the most trustworthy and steady contestants throughout the season, he was voted out during the final round table. How much prize money did Uorfi Javed and Nikita Luther win on The Traitors? In the last episode of The Traitors , Uorfi and Nikita voted out fellow innocent Sudhanshu Pandey, as well as traitors Harsh Gujral and Purav Jha. The prize amount of Rs 70 lakhs was given to the winners, so it was split between Uorfi and Nikita, Rs 35 lakh each. Who all were the contestants in the first season of The Traitors? The Traitors show began with 20 celebrities from across Bollywood, television, and social media, all gathered in a grand palace. Among the participants were Maheep Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, Raj Kundra, Ashish Vidyarthi, Karan Kundrra, Lakshmi Manchu, Apoorva Makhija, Raftaar, Mukesh Chhabra, Sudhanshu Pandey, Sufi Motiwala, Sahil Salathia, Jannat Zubair, Elnaaz Nourozi, Harsh Gujral, Janvi Gaur, Uorfi, Nikita, and Purav. The twist? Three of them were secretly chosen as 'traitors' by the show's host, Karan Johar. The rest had to figure out who the traitors were through daily challenges and heated roundtable discussions, where they voted out suspected players. In the end, it was Uorfi and Nikita who cracked the game, exposing the last remaining traitor, Harsh Gujral, in a gripping final episode. The two walked away not only with the cash prize but also with major respect for their strategic gameplay. Meanwhile, seeing the success of The Traitors, the makers had earlier planned to renew the show for a second season. Recently, Prime Video announced that it has greenlit a second season of The Traitors, following the breakout success of the Indian adaptation of the BAFTA and Emmy Award-winning global format. Season 2 is currently being developed.

Double-Meaning Lyrics, Daring Outfit: Mamta Kulkarni 'Item Number' That Raised A Storm In 1995
Last Updated: Mamta Kulkarni's bold 90s song 'Gup Chup Gup Chup' from 'Karan Arjun' stirred protests, dodged bans, and still tops retro playlists, proof that controversy can dance too Who would've thought that a song from nearly three decades ago would still be ruffling feathers? We're talking about the iconic and controversial number Gup Chup Gup Chup from the 1995 Bollywood blockbuster Karan Arjun. While Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan were busy reincarnating and fighting fate, it was Mamta Kulkarni, with her bold moves and bolder lyrics, who stole a fair share of the spotlight and the outrage. The Bollywood Song That Sparked A Storm Set to the raspy, powerful vocals of Ila Arun, the song Gup Chup Gup Chup turned heads not just for its infectious tune but for its eyebrow-raising lyrics. Phrases like Raat kiya ri tune kaisa ghotala (meaning: What wrong thing have you done in the night?) and Aadhe bistar pe woh soya tha, Aadhe pe main bhi so gayi (meaning: He was sleeping on one side of the bed, and I slept on the other side of the bed too) left some viewers stunned, others delighted, and conservative groups absolutely fuming. Back in 1995, critics accused the song of being 'indecent", 'suggestive", and 'a mockery of tradition". Many social groups protested. Women's organisations called for a ban arguing that it insulted Indian culture. TV channels got squeamish and shifted it out of primetime. All this while the audience? They hit repeat. Mamta Kulkarni's Look: Bold, Blingy, And Blamed Clad in an outfit that was daring even by 90s standards, Mamta Kulkarni delivered a performance that was instantly unforgettable and endlessly debated. Her 'item number' status was cemented, but so was the song's reputation as a lightning rod for controversy. The main grievance? That the ghunghat, a veil traditionally seen as a symbol of modesty and respect, was being used as a prop in what some saw as a sultry spectacle. And Yet, A Smashing Hit Ironically, the more people complained, the more people watched. Karan Arjun went on to become the second highest-grossing film of 1995, collecting Rs 25 crore in India and a staggering Rs 36.75 crore globally. And that 'obscene' song? It refused to die. Decades later, it still turns up at retro nights, DJ sets, and—admit it—your nostalgic 90s playlist. Say what you will about Gup Chup Gup Chup, it was bold, bizarre, and blazingly successful. In the ever-spinning world of Bollywood, where outrage often boosts popularity, this song is living proof that sometimes controversy is the best promotion. First Published:
