This one simple ingredient will make your tuna pasta salad taste so much better - all you have to do is ditch the mayonnaise
Pasta salad is the perfect quick and easy recipe for the summer nights, especially tuna pasta salad as there is no need to prepare and cook the fish beforehand.
Not only is the meal refreshing for the warmer evening but it can be packed with so many different types of vegetables making it an extremely healthy and nutritious meal.

Cooking expert Chelsea, from Chelsea's Messy Apron blog, shares a delicious tuna pasta salad recipe that comes together in just 10 minutes of cooking and takes roughly 30 minutes to prep. But there is a small twist to her recipe that sets it apart from the rest, the Express reports.

While most tuna pasta salad recipes include mayonnaise, Chelsea adds in a "secret ingredient" that "adds so much more flavour."
She says: "This salad ranks as one of my favourite creamy pasta salads. It's creamy, richly flavoured, and has loads of texture. We are completely convinced this is the best of the best as far as tuna macaroni salads go!"
The chef beleives that Caesar salad dressing is the key ingredient for making tuna pasta salad "taste better."
She continues: "I know, it's a little unique, but it's a game changer! It complements the tuna so nicely and keeps the salad from tasting like plain mayo (like so many tuna mac salads you've probably had in the past!)."
"The Caesar salad dressing adds a lot of seasonings and flavour, so you don't need to add too many other ingredients. It's a convenient shortcut for loads of flavour."

Ingredients
23g pasta
129g frozen peas
284g tuna, preferably in olive oil
198g Caesar salad dressing
151g sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste
3g garlic powder
94g pickles
Half of a red bell pepper
Two celery stalks
77g carrots
72g red onion, diced

Method
Start by cooking the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Be sure to generously salt the boiling water. This is key to ensuring the entire salad is properly seasoned.
In the last minute of boiling, stir in the frozen peas to quickly cook them along with the pasta. Once done, drain both the pasta and peas together. Rinse under cold water and then let the items cool down, before sitting them to the side to dry.
While the pasta is cooling, prepare the creamy dressing. In a medium bowl whisk together Caesar salad dressing, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste and garlic powder.

Next dice your fresh vegetables - pickles, bell peppers, celery, onion and carrots - making sure they small enough. Transfer the cooled pasta into a large mixing bowl, before adding in the diced vegetables and the thoroughly drained tuna.
Lastly you need to add the dressing over the salad and stir until the ingredients are well coated, making sure not to mash the ingredients as they'll become mushy.
Then taste the pasta salad making sure you have enough salt and pepper.

Made In Chelsea Thailand: When Does Series 30 Start And Why Are Some Fan Favourites Missing?

After a typically dramatic spring season of Made in Chelsea, the SW3 residents must be in desperate need of another working holiday. So in true The White Lotus style, they've all headed off to the five star Avani and Khao Lak resort in Thailand to kick off series 30, which means it won't be long before the show returns to our screens. From our social media sleuthing, we can see that a few cast favourites were missing from the trip, and a few exes were looking quite cosy too. Here's what we know so far about series 30 of the hit E4 reality show, from potential start date to storylines and new cast members... We don't know exactly when series 30 of Made in Chelsea will air, but following past scheduling patterns, it is likely to arrive at the beginning of September. Each series starts with a group holiday to a luxurious location, with past series seeing the cast fly to Mauritius, the Maldives, Australia, Ibiza and Bali, to name a few, and this summer they are all in Thailand. They will then return to Chelsea for their usual antics and lavish social lives. Fans can expect to see E4 mainstays like Tristan Phipps, Jules Pollard, David 'Temps' Temple, Jazz Saunders, Freddie Knatchbull and Yasmine Zweegers. It will also see the return of Freddie's ex, Beks Collins, as well as last season newbie Arman PK. It looks like Sam Prince did not join the cast in Thailand, but he seems to have been filming with Reza Amiri-Garroussi back in London. Ruby Adler was also noticeably absent, instead posting photos of her trip to Greece on Instagram. Likewise newlyweds Sam Vanderpump and Alice Yaxley were nowhere to be seen on the holiday, but it's likely they will still be part of the show from home. Of course, it wouldn't be a new season of Made in Chelsea without a few new faces. Most notably, former Love Island star Chuggs has made a bold return to the show, after briefly dipping in and out a few times over the years. He's been hanging out in Thailand with Jules and Tristan, so we are likely to see him join the fold for the rest of series 30 too. Joining Yasmine and Beks' squad is 24-year-old Molly Paradice, who runs her own jewellery line and has joined the cast of the E4 show. They are also good friends with Olly Claxton Newman, who is also new to the show and joining the cast on their Thai getaway. As for plot predictions, by the looks of Yasmine's rekindled friendships with Temps, and Jules and Tristan, it looks as though her will-they-won't-they with Sam Prince might be over. Best friends Jazz and Jules are still very much joined at the hip, and Jazz has been sure to shout out her girlfriend Demi Simms from the beach in Thailand, honouring her with a post to celebrate London Pride by wearing a t-shirt that says 'I love my hot girlfriend'. It's unclear whether there is anything romantic going on between Beks and Freddie again, but at least Tristan and Jules are still going strong too. I went to my first British barbecue - and it was nothing like I expected

New Zealand journalist Vita Molyneux moved to London last year - and was shocked at how Brits run a BBQ The London weather has been absolutely amazing these past few weeks. With the sun beaming down and clear blue skies, it's been screaming "barbecue" at every turn. However, as a Kiwi who moved to London last year, I've made a startling discovery: Brits don't quite grasp the art of a good barbecue. ‌ I recently had my first taste of an English barbecue and was utterly gobsmacked by how it all went down. When the invite landed in my inbox, I was over the moon. ‌ It felt like a slice of home, where we New Zealanders know our way around a backyard bash, so I got straight to planning. I pinged off a message offering to bring a couple of salads, perhaps a jug of margaritas, and naturally, no barbeque would be complete without a sweet treat - a pavlova seemed just the ticket, reports the Express. Imagine my shock when the reply came back: "No, we don't need to make anything; we've got it all already." I was rather taken aback! Catering a barbecue for 15 is no small feat, so I enquired about the menu. The response? Sausages, burger patties, bread with tomato sauce, and a few veggie patties and skewers for the non-meat eaters. No sides? I ventured, though I suspected I knew the answer. No sides. I was utterly flabbergasted. The sides are the star of any backyard barbie, how on earth could one go ahead without them? ‌ In New Zealand, it's customary for guests to bring a plate to a gathering - and no, we're not talking about dinnerware, but rather a side dish. The host typically takes care of the meat and might whip up a salad or two, while everyone else contributes either sweet or savoury sides or perhaps the makings of a charcuterie board. ‌ The result is a veritable banquet with plates piled high not only with burgers but also salads, corn, fresh produce, cheeses and, naturally, an ample supply of ice-cold beers, wines and cocktails. I couldn't fathom having a barbecue without these elements, so I bucked the trend. I arrived with an orzo salad and my freshly made pavlova, despite being told not to bring anything else as it wouldn't be eaten. To the host's surprise, though not mine, both dishes were a hit. ‌ The second thing that left me scratching my head was the way the meat was cooked. To me, a barbecue is a luxury item. In New Zealand, they're gas-powered hot plates, large enough to cook at least 10 burgers at once, and if you've got one then you're the designated host for the summer. Here, I was taken aback by a circular knee-high contraption powered by coals, firestarters and the isobutane from a broken Bic lighter. ‌ How on earth can you cook that much food efficiently on something so small? The answer is - with military-like precision. I must admit, I was rather taken aback by the swift manoeuvres of the men in charge of the grilling - and to be fair, the burgers were quite tasty, though I could have done without having to constantly shift upwind to avoid the smoke stinging my eyes. Despite it not being quite what I had anticipated, my inaugural British barbecue was a delightful affair. At its core, a barbecue is about gathering with those you hold dear, sharing a meal and savouring not just the weather, but the sense of community. Nevertheless, I am resolute in my decision to host the next one at my place, and demonstrate how it truly ought to be done.
