A fire extinguisher has been stolen from an English Heritage site in York, police have said.
North Yorkshire Police said the extinguisher was taken from Clifford's Tower, the largest surviving part of York Castle, on 8 May.
The force released a CCTV image of two people it said may have "important information" about the theft.
It asked anyone who recognised the pair to get in touch directly or via anonymous reporting charity Crimestoppers.

They say a man who was wearing dark clothing and a mask stole the victim's money and ID.
