Rama Jama's was founded in September of 1996 by Gary Lewis on the morning of a home football game against Vanderbilt. It's a restaurant known for its burgers, breakfast, and its convenient spot right outside of Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
The championship wall commemorated the Crimson Tide's 18 national titles. It featured championship dates, historic Alabama football names, memorabilia, and more.

Robert Meachem's 67-yard touchdown catch is the Saints Play of the Day
After setting up a Mark Ingram TD, Meachem scored one for himself Day 67 is here in our countdown to the New Orleans Saints' season opener with the Arizona Cardinals, so we're spinning the clock back to 2011 for the Saints Play of the Day: Robert Meachem's 67-yard touchdown catch. You can see the highlight for yourself right here. The Saints had already built a 10-0 lead on the visiting Detroit Lions, helped by a block at the second level from Meachem which created a lane for Mark Ingram II to score with. When Drew Brees faked a handoff and took advantage of the extra second bought by that play action, he found Meachem open in the middle of the field for an easy completion. What was a solid 32-yard pickup became a lot more when Meachem turned and ran to the end zone, turning his hips one way and then another to confuse the Detroit defensive back trying to guard him. That play kicked the door open. The Saints went on to win the day 31-17, improving their record to 9-3; 2011 became just the 11th time in the team's 45-year history that New Orleans won at least nine games. They finished the year at 13-3, tying the franchise single-season record for wins. And then they beat the Lions again in the Wild Card Round, aided by another 56-yard touchdown from Meachem. He was never the team's No. 1 threat at wide receiver, but Meachem gave the Saints his all, and they wouldn't have beaten the Lions that day without him. They might not have a Super Bowl without him, either.

Texas A&M QB Marcel Reed explains recent Instagram post discussing lofty 2025 goals
Texas A&M's 2025 season won't just hinge on starting quarterback Marcel Reed's performance. Still, the redshirt sophomore must improve as a pocket passer for the Aggie offense to reach its full potential under OC Collin Klein. Still, the Tennessee native deserves grace after being thrown in the fire as the starter last season amid Conner Weigman's injury issues. With Weigman now at Houston, it has been Reed's job since the start of the offseason. From what we've seen and heard over the past six months, Marcel has put in the reps with various QB coaches to improve his release, accuracy, and touch before entering fall camp. After the Maroon & White spring game, the lack of blocking up front due to the O-line holdouts did not provide Reed a fair shot. Still, he did connect on several solid passes to new wide receivers KC Concepcion and Mario Craver and looked much more confident in the pocket. Reed does not need to play at an "elite" level for the Aggies to reach their goals due to the depth at running back and veteran offensive line, but that won't stop the former four-star prospect from chasing after his lofty goals. After signing an NIL deal with ENG Aviation, a private jet company dedicated to transporting life-saving organ transplants, Reed caught up with Texas-based journalist Chancellor Johnson, who asked the Aggie signal caller about his recent Instagram post where he posted a photo of himself in his jersey with the description "C-stat (arrow), New York (arrow), Miami," which may have not been obious to all who read it. 'C-Stat (A&M), New York (Heisman), Miami (CFB championship) y'all check the locations, I put them there for a reason." Most quarterbacks at the Power Four level have Heisman and National Championship hopes, which is what makes every game competitive, and why we all love college football. Reed isn't the last QB to speak in this similar vein, and who knows? Perhaps the upgraded wide receiver room, increased running back depth, and a full offseason as the starter will propel Marcel Reed into elite territory in 2025. How does former UNC basketball star fit with his new NBA team?
Everything sets up for this former UNC star to thrive in his seventh NBA season. Cam Johnson on getting traded to Denver per, @MikeAScotto 'I'm excited to compete for a championship. It's a new beginning.'LETS WORK !!🏆 NBA free agency is off to a wild start, headlined by moves like Kevin Durant to the Houston Rockets, but one of the most recent moves involves former UNC basketball standout Cameron Johnson. Transferring to North Carolina ahead of the 2017-2018 college basketball season, Johnson played two years in Chapel Hill. After a career-best fifth year during the Tar Heels' 2018-2019 campaign, in which Johnson averaged career-highs across nearly every statistic, the Minnesota Timberwolves took him 11th overall in the 2019 NBA Draft. Minnesota then traded Johnson to the Phoenix Suns, where he played until 2022. Johnson was traded to the Brooklyn Nets in February 2023, then traded again to the Denver Nuggets two years later – on June 30. Johnson is playing for his third team in seven seasons, but Denver is the best fit of Johnson's successful NBA career. Johnson goes from an NBA team that hasn't won a playoff game since 2021, to one of the League's best teams which won the 2023 NBA Finals. Per a conversation with Senior NBA Insider Michael Scotto, Johnson said he's "Excited to compete for a championship. It's a new beginning." Johnson joins a starting lineup that includes 2023 MVP Nikola Jokić, former Arizona Wildcats star Aaron Gordon, Kentucky standout Jamal Murray and Christian Braun, who helped Kansas come back to beat UNC in the 2022 National Championship. The greatest assets Johnson brings to Denver are his perimeter shooting and ability to play anywhere on the floor. Johnson is a career 39.2 percent shooter from deep, improving an already solid-shooting Nuggets team which shot 37.6% on regular-season 3-pointers – but struggled more at 34.7% in the postseason. Johnson is officially listed as 6'8", which makes him an extremely versatile player for Denver. Though he primarily plays as a small forward, Johnson can also play as a tall two, power forward, undersized center or even run the point.
