He further added, "Politics is different space, I don't want to make blunders by speaking out of turn. But for me, every second is precious, and I want to live it to the fullest.'

Last Updated: Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana teaser, launched on July 3, features music by A.R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer. Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Yash, it releases on Diwali 2026. The concept teaser of Nitesh Tiwari's much-awaited epic Ramayana was launched globally on July 3, giving audiences a first glimpse into the scale and ambition of this mythological retelling. But what's truly capturing attention beyond the visuals and star cast is the film's music — composed by none other than A.R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer, marking their first-ever collaboration. A.R. Rahman, India's Oscar- and Grammy-winning maestro behind films like Slumdog Millionaire, Lagaan, and Dil Se, brings the rooted Indian spiritual energy and lyrical depth. Together, Rahman and Zimmer are expected to deliver a soundtrack that not only bridges East and West but also redefines cinematic sound for Indian epics. The teaser itself sets up a grand narrative — introducing the divine trio of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva before building toward the iconic Rama vs Ravana battle. Ranbir Kapoor stars as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita, and KGF star Yash as Ravana. Sunny Deol plays Hanuman, while Ravie Dubey takes on the role of Lakshman. 'Ten years of Aspiration. Relentless Conviction to bring the Greatest Epic of all time to the World. An outcome through a collaboration of some of the world's best to ensure that Ramayana is presented with the greatest amount of Reverence and Respect. Welcome to the Beginning. Let's Celebrate the IMMORTAL story of Rama v/s Ravana. Our Truth. Our History," wrote the makers while sharing the first look. Backed by Prime Focus Studios and Yash's Mind Creations, Ramayana will unfold in two parts — releasing on Diwali 2026 and 2027. The film is being shot in IMAX and features VFX by Oscar-winning DNEG. Action scenes are choreographed by Hollywood legends Terry Notary (Avengers, Planet of the Apes) and Guy Norris (Mad Max: Fury Road). First Published: July 03, 2025, 14:13 IST
