Sara Ali Khan Shimmers In A Rose Gold Lehenga At India Couture Week 2025
Aisha Rao made her Hyundai India Couture Week debut on July 29. Her latest showcase, Wild At Heart, is a maximalist ode to nature. At the ongoing Hyundai India Couture Week, actor Sara Ali Khan brought unabashed glamour to the runway as she walked for Aisha Rao. Set against a lush backdrop of banana leaves, lotus blooms, and palms, the showcase was a surreal escape into nature's unfiltered magic, blending bold fantasy with nostalgic detail. For her showstopper look, Sara Ali Khan was draped in a shimmering rose-gold lehenga. She looked ethereal yet fierce. Her outfit featured intricate embroidery with wild flora, palm leaves, and tropical motifs. The structured yet romantic silhouette was a study in contrast: soft, layered textures met sharply tailored cuts. At the same time, the off-shoulder blouse added a hint of playfulness to the dramatic ensemble. Beaded embellishments and metallic threadwork played with light as she moved, adding a sense of fluidity and motion to the rich textile story. Her softly waved hair, glowing skin, and minimal makeup kept the focus squarely on the artistry of the lehenga. Aisha Rao's Wild at Heart, presented in collaboration with Kohler, is a maximalist ode to nature and reinvention. For her debut at the India Couture Week, the designer weaves together molten metallics, rose gold, antique champagne, teakberry, with lush greens and dreamlike pastels in silhouettes that are as bold as they are romantic. Think: voluminous lehengas, sculptural jackets, fluid menswear, and pre-draped saris – all brought alive through the label's signature appliqué and a fresh vocabulary of cacti, palms, and fantastical flora. View this post on Instagram A post shared by FDCI (@fdciofficial) The collection is unapologetically statement-making yet rooted in traditional techniques. Banarasi brocades, layered tulles, and hand-braided raffia add depth, while delicate bead accents and experimental textures push the boundaries of couture. Designed for brides and celebration seekers alike, each piece in Wild at Heart is an invitation to live louder, love bolder, and celebrate the beauty of contradiction – sharp yet soft, nostalgic yet visionary. tags : fashion FDCI India Couture Week India Couture Week lifestyle Sara Ali Khan view comments Location : Delhi, India, India First Published: July 30, 2025, 10:22 IST News lifestyle Sara Ali Khan Shimmers In A Rose Gold Lehenga At India Couture Week 2025 Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's. Viineet Kumar Siingh Takes Paternity Break: ‘Ruchiraa Has Gone Through So Much…'
Viineet Kumar Siingh says he tried to be as hands-on as possible, accompanying his pregnant wife to every check-up. He adds that his sense of responsibility has deepened. On May 1 this year, Viineet Kumar Siingh took to social media to announce that he and wife Ruchiraa Ghormare all set to welcome their first child. And on July 24, they welcomed their little bundle of joy – a baby boy. 'It's a boy! Our little star is here," he posted on Instagram. He captioned it, 'God's kindness overflows! Move over, world, the littlest Singh has arrived and he's already stealing hearts and milk bottles. Thank you, God, for this precious little bundle of joy! Ruchiraa & Viineet". Now, speaking exclusively to News18 Showsha, the Chhaava and Superboys Of Malegaon actor reveals that he has taken a small break from work and is currently enjoying his paternity leave. 'Right now, my focus is entirely on my family. I took time off intentionally because I didn't want to miss a single moment. Even during the pregnancy, I made sure I was present, wrapping up work early, going with Ruchiraa for every check-up, trying to be as hands-on as possible," he tells us. The actor, who was recently seen in the Prime Video web series, Rangeen, says that he'll fondly remember the show as it was released just a day after the birth of his son. And talking about this new phase of life, Viineet states, 'It's hard to even put it into words. The moment I saw my son, everything changed. There's this quiet shift that happens inside you and suddenly, nothing else feels more important. I didn't know I could feel this way. Every smile, every little sound he makes, it's all so special." View this post on Instagram A post shared by Viineet Kumar Siingh (@vineet_ksofficial) And there's an interesting epiphany that has struck him. 'I'm still adjusting, still learning, but it's the most beautiful kind of overwhelming. People say your world changes when you become a parent and I finally understand what they mean," he shares. But he's quick to add that he's trying to leave no stone unturned to be a pillar of strength for his wife as he acknowledges the toll that pregnancy and delivery takes on a woman. 'Now that our son is here, that sense of responsibility has only deepened. This phase isn't just about holding the baby but also about holding space for the mother. Ruchiraa has gone through so much, and being by her side emotionally and physically is something I feel deeply committed to. We're navigating this together and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else," Viineet remarks. Earlier in an interview with us, Viineet shed light on the support his wife had lent him during his struggling days. 'Ruchiraa ek pillar ke jaise mujhe pakad ke khadi thi aur abhi bhi hai. Aaj bhi, haq se mera haath pakad ke, mujhe puchti hai ki aisa kyun (if I do something which she feels should be questioned). I know I'm answerable to her. And these things matter to me. I feel that if you stay connected to your family, you can say that you've earned and achieved a lot," he had said.
