G Flip unveils their third album, Dream Ride
Landing on September 5, the neon-soaked record is primed to have G Flip running at full throttle. They'll be taking on the huge success of their 2023 album DRUMMER and kicking it up a gear or two.
"Dream Ride feels like the story of the past few years of my life — the highs, the crashes, and everything in between," G said in a release about the record.
"I've never been more honest in my songwriting and I've never pushed myself harder in the studio."
With their two singles 'Disco Cowgirl' and 'Big Ol' Hammer' leading the charge, we can only expect this album is going to crash into our lives and out of our speakers like a demolition crew.
It's not an album announce unless G Flip's here to kick it off, right? They'll be hosting a run of fan events down the east coast this month to celebrate Dream Ride , so head over to their merch store to find out more.

‘Winner': Hungry Jack's releases a brand new dessert item
A long-awaited item has finally landed at Hungry Jack's, and the reviews are in. The fast food giant announced the Nutella Storm would be hitting stores on July 1, with the ice cream featuring vanilla soft serve, Nutella and wafer crumb. And, despite the wild weather battering much of New South Wales, many food fans rushed into their local Hungry Jack's to try it. Popular food reviewer Russ Eats said Nutella was one of his favourite spreads, and he was excited to try the ice cream. 'I reckon this is the final dagger in the Storm verse McFlurry battle. I reckon Storms are officially the winner,' he said. Russ' ice cream was loaded up with Nutella, and her gave the sweet treat a 10/10, comparing it to Dunkaroos and single Nutella servings often seen in school lunch boxes. Nectro, known as NectoriousPapi on social media, also weighed in on the Nutella Storm. He said it tastes exactly as one would imagine — 'beautiful'. 'You can't go wrong,' he said. But some social media users weren't impressed by the amount of Nutella they received when they ordered the new offering. A woman, known as Wife of Lucifer on TikTok, took to the social media platform to say while she was excited to try the ice cream she felt ripped off by the amount of Nutella on it. 'Unpopular opinion by I actually prefer a Hungry Jack's soft serve to a Macca's soft serve,' she said, before digging in. She pointed out while there was Nutella on the bottom of the soft serve there was a 'pitiful' amount on top. 'That crunch is amazing. You know what it's giving, guys? Ferrero Rocher. It's undoubtedly Nutella, because hazelnut, but that crunchy wafer is giving Ferrero Rocher,' she said. Her verdict was that the new creation was 'delicious' but she wanted more Nutella. Popular food content creator Ange Eats felt the same, saying there was 'hardly' any Nutella, 'What is going on? $6 for this,' he questioned. He said it was 'what he was expecting' after digging into the ice cream, declaring it 'nice' but for the price he would have expected more Nutella. Ultimately, he said he was 'disappointed' with the much-hyped offering. A spokesperson from Hungry Jack's said they are 'confident' everyone will love the new menu item. 'Let's be honest, who doesn't love Nutella? We've gone all out to create something truly special, and we're confident it'll have everyone going hazel-nuts for it', says Luke Pavan, Marketing Director for Hungry Jack's. 'We've taken that classic Nutella taste and swirled it into our smooth soft serve, combining that unmistakeable chocolate hazelnut goodness and a satisfying crunch. 'We're always listening to our customers, which is why we're thrilled that two iconic brands could come together to create such an irresistible product. We can't wait to hear what our customers think.'

Josh Giddey on fame, the NBA, life off the court and why ‘everything you do is magnified'
Josh Giddey has addressed his future in the NBA, as speculation grows he is about to sign a new multimillion-dollar mega deal with the Chicago Bulls. Speaking to Stellar prior to a reported offer, the 22-year-old indicated he wanted to stay with the Bulls after a breakout season. 'I'd love to stay in Chicago. I would love for it to work out that way,' Giddey told Stellar. 'But, it's a business and I understand how the NBA works. It will happen hopefully soon. 'It's hard to say because a lot of it is not on me – a lot of it is between my agent and the Bulls front office.' The Australian guard was reported to have been offered a 'qualifying' $A45.4 million per year ($US30 million) multi-year deal by the team late last week, as he enters restricted free agency, sources told ESPN. As he threw an NFL football around a backyard in Beverly Hills, Melbourne-born Giddey mused to about the reality of being a restricted free agent. 'If you're 'unrestricted', you can pick where you want to go. 'Restricted' kind of ties you to that team unless they don't match an offer that another team gives you,' Giddey explained to Stellar. It came as Giddey reflected on his career with the Chicago Bulls – after being traded from the Oklahoma City Thunder last year – and the real price of fame. 'I would love to be unknown sometimes,' Giddey told Stellar. 'I am not complaining; there are definitely good things to come with it. 'But everything you do is magnified and you always have a spotlight on you following you around. 'I guess it comes with being an NBA player – there are definitely times where I'd like to be a regular guy and blend in. 'There are days where I'd love to be able to walk around with my friends and nobody know who I was – and do normal things that I used to do when I was just a kid.' During Stellar's interview, Giddey was in off-season mode, 'sitting in the backyard, with my trainer, laying in the sun, throwing the football around'. He continued: 'As soon as you go out into the public eye, things become a little different'. 'It becomes a little harder to do normal things. I'm not going to sit here and complain. 'But at times, you just wish nobody knew who you were and you could operate a normal life, like everybody else.' Part of embracing that 'real life' outside of his huge NBA fame is Giddey's close friendship with childhood BFF and fellow Melbourne-born NBA star, Dyson Daniels. The pair are set to unveil their joint venture, CourtSide – a state-of-the-art basketball facility in Melbourne designed for children playing at a grassroots level to professional athletes. Daniels and Giddey – who are both 22 – have been friends for more than a decade; they met while playing junior basketball. In their recent joint shoot with Stellar, the pair shared playful banter on set, with Giddey called Daniels his 'little brother'. Of their friendship, Daniels – who was named the NBA's Most Improved Player last season for his elite defence – said: 'We kind of went through every phase of life together. We've grown up together.'

Tighe is spending a few weeks on holiday in the United States, where he will attend a screening of the Janine Hosking-directed movie A Horse Named Winx at the end of this month in Arizona. 'Most horses get better with time and with another prep under his belt, he should be no exception,' Shailer said. 'Once he has this run and then goes for a break, he'll come back a better horse, I'm sure of it. 'He's racing well. There's still a question mark about him ticking the 1600m box. 'The weather shouldn't affect his chances because he goes well on both dry and rain-affected tracks so he's pretty versatile in that manner. 'It's important there's a genuine tempo for him to sit off because that's when he races at his best.'
