A crash that saw a single car crash into a telephone pole in Powys resulted in one person going to hospital.
Powys Police confirmed that one person went to hospital as a result of a collision between a car and a telephone pole on the A483.
The crash took place at around 8.35am on Saturday, July 26, between Llandrindod and Llanbister, and resulted in the road being closed for the recovery of the telephone pole.
A spokesperson for Dyfed Powys Police said: 'Police attended a single vehicle collision which occurred at about 8.35am, Saturday, July 26.
'A Toyota Avensis collided with a telephone pole on the A483 between Llandrindod and Llanbister.
'One person attended hospital.
'The road remained close for recovery of the telephone pole.'

Police have confirmed officers were called out to a crash that saw a main road in a Powys town closed. Dyfed-Powys Police confirmed the crash which closed Ithon Road in Llandrindod Wells this weekend involved two vehicles. Officers were called to the scene on Sunday afternoon (July 27) and the road was closed for nearly an hour while the vehicles involved were cleared. A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: 'Police were called to a two-vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at about 6.15pm, Sunday July 27. 'The vehicles involved in the collision were a black Volkswagen Polo and a grey Toyota Yaris. 'The road was closed and reopened at about 7pm following recovery of the vehicles.'
