OnePlus Pad Lite's specs and images surface
OnePlus recently launched the OnePlus Pad 3 with the Snapdragon 8 Elite at the helm, and a new rumor claims the next tablet by this Chinese brand will be called the OnePlus Pad Lite.
The source claims that the OnePlus Pad Lite will be powered by the Helio G100 SoC and boot Android 15 with OxygenOS 15.0.1 on top. The budget tablet will pack an 11" 90Hz FullHD+ LCD and have a 9,340 mAh battery under the hood; however, its charging speed is unknown.

The OnePlus Pad Lite will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage onboard, but there could be memory configurations that are yet to be confirmed. The tablet will feature two 5MP cameras - one each on the front and rear - and will have cellular and Wi-Fi versions.
According to the source, the OnePlus Pad Lite will weigh 539 g and measure 254.9 x 166.5 x 7.4 mm. The tablet will be available in an Aero Blue color, and OnePlus is expected to sell a matching folio cover separately, which will double up as a kickstand for the Pad Lite.

Furthermore, the backlash was intense enough that Samsung is expected to remove the rings from the Galaxy S26 series next year as well. The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic leaks again and this time we got real world images

The photo was shared on Weibo by leaker Setsuna Digital, also known as Instant Digital, and gives us a clearer look at what may be Samsung's next smartwatch, just days before its expected launch. Leaks surrounding the Galaxy Watch 8 series have been increasing recently. In addition to CAD-based renders for the entire Watch 8 series, the Classic model previously appeared in an eBay listing, hinting that testing or retail units may already be in circulation. This new photo adds another layer to the growing pile of evidence. The watch includes two side buttons and what looks like a physical rotating bezel. One notable difference from Samsung's previous Classic watch offerings is the "squircle" shape that debuted with the Galaxy Watch Ultra and that has undoubtedly become synonymous with it. This new design appears to be the direction that Samsung now wants to take with all of its watches. Additionally, compared to older designs, the bezel appears slightly thinner, and the screen may be larger, although Samsung has not confirmed any of these details. We have also seen reports that the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic could feature a brighter display and better durability. Samsung has not officially announced the Galaxy Watch 8 series yet, but the company is expected to reveal it alongside its next wave of foldable devices during its Unpacked event on July 9th. The event is expected to focus on the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and other updated wearables. With multiple leaks now backing up the same design, it seems increasingly likely that the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic is on the way with this updated look. Deals: Poco F7 debuts with a price cut, Galaxy S25 Edge also discounted
The Poco F7 launched earlier this week and it comes with a discount right out of the gate. But how does it compare against the other F7 models? The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge has also gotten a price cut. The Poco F7 is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and a large 6,500mAh battery. The chipset comes very close to the performance of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 inside the F7 Pro, though the phone can heat up to unpleasant levels during long gaming sessions. 90W wired-only charging is supported. The Poco F7 Pro is £80 more than the vanilla model. It has a smaller display (6.67' vs. 6.83'), but it is sharper (1440p+ vs. 1280p+). The battery is smaller too at 6,000mAh. Both phones have metal frames and IP68 ratings. While the 50+8MP camera setups look the same at first glance, note that the Pro has a larger sensor in the main (1/1.55' vs. 1/1.95') and can record 8K video (both can do 4K @ 60fps, though, which is more important). It's not just the chipset, this model also has a telephoto camera (50MP 1/2.76' sensor, 2.5x/60mm f/2.0 lens with OIS) and a higher resolution 32MP ultra-wide. Going back to the vanilla F7, the Poco X7 Pro is a cheaper alternative at £80 less. It has a smaller 6.67' display and a smaller 6,000mAh battery (90W charging). It's rated IP68/IP69, however, the frame is plastic. The Dimensity 8400 Ultra chipset comes pretty close to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, even in graphics tests. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge was quite pricey at launch, but the good news for people who want slim and light phones is that the price is already falling. You can pick up a 512GB model for £1,100 and you can subtract £100 from that if you have a Prime or Prime Student subscription. Or you can just buy a Samsung Galaxy S25+. If you care about the camera, you really should be looking at the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra – it's £100 more expensive if you want 512GB storage. The Ultra is a lot heavier (218g vs. 163g), but it has two more telephoto cameras than the Edge (which has none).
