Dubai International airport (DXB) is preparing for a busy travel period, with more than 3.4 million guests expected to pass through its terminals between June 27 and July 9, 2025.
Daily passenger volumes are projected to exceed 265,000, with July 5 anticipated to be the peak day for both departures and transfer traffic.
To ensure smooth operations, Dubai Airports and its partners have activated a comprehensive summer readiness plan, focusing on safety, efficiency and guest experience.
Despite some delays and cancellations across the network due to the regional situation, the oneDXB community is working tirelessly to support travellers, maintain service continuity and provide welfare assistance.
DXB's operations are backed by a real-time monitoring and predictive system, helping optimise manpower and resources.

Smart Gates: Children aged 12 and above can use Smart Gates to speed up passport control.
Arrival time: Arrive at the airport no earlier than three hours before your flight.
Check-in options: Use online check-in, self-service kiosks and bag drop facilities at Terminal 3.
Home services: Book DUBZ for home check-in and baggage collection, allowing passengers to complete airport formalities from home or hotel.
