Brad Pitt 'misses the window' to have a 'gay experience'
The 61-year-old actor - who is currently dating 32-year-old jewellery executive Ines de Ramon - believes his chance to spend some intimate time with another man is long gone.
Speaking on Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast, he said: "You know, I've never had a gay experience.
"I kind of missed that window."
However, if Brad does ever indulge in a homosexual experience, the star joked he's unlikely to pick podcast host Dax.
Brad quipped: "But if I did, it wouldn't be you."
The Bullet Train actor has been married twice before, but both ended in divorce.
He wed actress Angelina Jolie in 2014, but they split in 2019 and their divorce was finalised in 2024. Brad was also married to Friends star Jennifer Aniston from 2000 to 2005.
In 2018, Gus Van Sant, who had been due to direct Brokeback Mountain, which starred Jake Gyllenhaal and Heath Ledger as two homosexual cowboys, revealed Brad, Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, and Ryan Phillippe all rejected the chance to appear in the motion picture.
Speaking to Indiewire, he said: "Nobody wanted to do it. I was working on it, and I felt like we needed a really strong cast, like a famous cast.
"That wasn't working out. I asked the usual suspects: Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Ryan Phillippe. They all said no.
"What I could have done, and what I probably should have done, was cast more unknowns, not worried about who were the lead actors.
"I was not ready. I'm not sure why. There was just sort of a hiccup on my part. There was something off with myself, I guess, whatever was going on."
The movie - which was eventually helmed by Ang Lee - broke barriers for casting heterosexual actors Gyllenhaal and Ledger as the two main characters, Jack Twist and Ennis Del Mar.

An Aussie woman has gone viral after accidentally setting her hair on fire during her birthday celebrations – without even noticing. Fitness coach and owner of Fit and Nourish, Grace Leach, was celebrating her 24th birthday last Saturday at luxury rooftop bar Arte in Maroochydore, a coastal town in Queensland, when the shocking moment unfolded. After a bottomless brunch with friends earlier in the day, the group kicked on into the early hours of the morning, but unfortunately, the birthday girl was sent on her way home by 9pm. Dax Shepard lets his kids curse 'when it's called for'
Dax Shepard allows his kids to swear. The 50-year-old actor - who has daughters Lincoln, 12, and Delta, ten, with actress Kristen Bell - has revealed that he has no issues with swearing in front of his children, and he doesn't mind them cursing "when it's called for" either. Dax said on the Armchair Expert podcast: "I fully swear in front of my kids. They are allowed to swear, not with impunity, but when it's called for, and they land it, and it's in the house and not out at a restaurant, it's OK. "My defence of it is, I just told the girls, like, 'Hey, these are noises that come out of your mouth, and you assign what they mean to you.'" Dax also acknowledged that his kids are exposed to curse words at school. He added: "You just don't want them to say it in front of a teacher." Meanwhile, Kristen previously revealed that she tries to set a positive example for her kids. The Hollywood star explained that she and her husband try to deal with their problems in the healthiest way possible, so that their children can learn from their example. Kristen - who has been married to Dax since 2013 - told People: "We always make up in front of them if anyone gets snarky or frustrated or fights, which we all do. "We do not have the makeup, our conflict resolution, be behind closed doors. Even if at dinner, let's say, one of us is frustrated and is a little snarky and then we go to bed. We'll apologise to each other the next morning. "Then we will apologise and make amends to each other in front of the kids so that they can see how conflict resolution actually happens." Despite this, Kristen and Dax initially tried to adopt a hands-off approach to parenting. The actress told TODAY: "When we had our first child, we said we wanted to be 'second child parents,' and we made an agreement that if she wanted to do something, as long as it didn't require a trip to the hospital, she'd be allowed to do it."
