Gethin Jones and Helen Skelton 'cool' their budding romance after Welsh star is spotted on notorious dating app during lads' trip to Australia - and friends admit he's 'on the prowl Down Under'
The Morning Live hosts have grown increasingly close in recent months after spending time in each other's company outside of the show, including a steamy spa break.
MailOnline revealed in May the pair's 'flirty' on screen chemistry had 'blossomed' into a deeper connection and they were seen acting like a 'couple' while attending a charity event last year courtesy of their 'tactile' behaviour towards each other.
And to add extra intrigue to their secret romance, the hosts' respective reps both refused to comment on the duo's relationship after being quizzed if they were in the early stages of dating amid reports they were spotted leaving the BAFTA TV awards together.
However, Gethin, 47, has delivered a blow to Morning Live viewers eager for the presenter and Helen, 42, to go public with their romance.
The rugby fan has changed the location of his Raya profile to alert prospective suitors he's in Australia, where he's been watching the British Lions with a group of male pals.

An insider said: 'Gethin is on the prowl Down Under which puts the nail in the coffin for his romance with Helen.
'He's there with pals but keen to meet other women.
'There is no way Helen would stand for that if they were together and he has far too much respect for her to even go behind her back.
'Despite having an increasingly close connection it's cooled down significantly which is gutting for fans who really wanted them to be together.'
MailOnline have contacted their reps for comment.
Helen has been single since her high profile 2022 break up from husband Richie Myler, the father of her three children, Ernie, nine, Louis, eight and Elsie, three.
The rugby league player, 34, was married to Helen for nine years before they split with the former Strictly star writing on Instagram that she was very 'sad' he had 'left the family home'.
Richie has since moved on with Stephanie Thirkill, the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew Thirkill, and they have welcomed two children, Olivia and Freddie.
Gethin, meanwhile, has been single for two years having briefly dated First Dates star Cici Coleman in 2023.
Previously, he had romances with TOWIE's Lucy Mecklenburgh in 2014 and German underwear model Katja Zwara in 2017.
But his most serious relationship was with Welsh opera star Katherine Jenkins who he dated for four years from 2007.
The presenter even proposed in February 2011 but they broke off their engagement in December that year.
Gethin is believed to have been a rock for Helen after the breakdown of her marriage with the pair often socialising together away from the cameras.
They are both based in Manchester during the week when they film Morning Live in Salford and as well as attending big award shows together, the TV duo have also been at events alongside friends and family.
In April last year, they attended a special Strictly Come Dancing themed charity event, the Burrow Strictly Ball, set up by the legendary late rugby league star Rob Burrow's sisters Jo and Claire for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
An eyewitness at the event revealed: 'It was very clear that Helen and Gethin were together as a couple at the event, they were with close friends of Helen's and their connection was undeniable.'
The same month Gethin was pictured tenderly touching Helen's hand, which was wrapped around his arm, at the TV Choice awards.
And at the BAFTA TV Awards in May, their 'tactile' behavior towards each other raised eyebrows once again.
A TV source told MailOnline: 'Helen and Gethin have an extremely close working relationship and there's a feeling in recent months their friendship has blossomed into a deeper connection.
'They're both keen to keep a lid on it to avoid public scrutiny but there's no denying their closeness both on and off screen.'
The following month, the Morning Live presenters were spotted looking loved up as they headed to a country club and spa and they were also seen riding on Gethin's motorcycle in Manchester.

King Charles shows a bit of leg as he dons traditional Scottish attire to attend Highland Games
King Charles III proved he was chic at the knees as he donned traditional Scottish attire to attend the Mey Highland Games. The monarch, 76, was spotted solo without Queen Camilla on Saturday as he took in the colourful festivities held in Caithness each year. His Majesty looked dapper in his red, blue and green tartan kilt, which was complemented by a beige waistcoat and jacket, leather sporran and red hose. At one point the King was seen enjoying a cheeky dram of whisky before meeting participants in the day's events, which include tug o'war, caber tossing, massed pipe bands, Highland dancing, track events and novelty races. Charles was all smiles as he sat down in a marquee, with his cousin, Lady Sarah Chatto, sat behind him. The first Mey Games was held in the nearby village of Mey in 1970 to celebrate the late Queen Mother 's 70th birthday. As guest of honour on the day, she declared the event a success and encouraged its organisers to make it an annual event. In 2002 His Majesty succeeded his grandmother as Chieftain of the games and attends each year during his summer break in Caithness. Charles has an enduring love of Scotland, having spent many summers at Balmoral with the royal family, and often wears kilts when visiting the nation for engagements. The distinctive pattern on the King's kilt is known as the Balmoral Tartan, which was originally created in the 1850s by Prince Albert for Queen Victoria, symbolizing her deep connection to Scotland. It remains one of the most exclusive tartans, reserved only for use by the reigning monarch, as well as the Sovereign's Piper - the only non-royal permitted to don this tartan. Other members of the Royal Family require the sovereign's permission to wear the tartan, with the latest pattern designed 'in recognition of His Majesty's strong support in preserving the culture and traditions of Highland Dress and Scottish Tartans'. The Scottish Register of Tartans website notes that the cloth was first woven in 100% Scottish wool by Lochcarron of Scotland in Selkirk. It features 'central stripe motif (one broad and two narrow), a feature of Royal tartans previously worn by His Majesty including the Duke of Rothesay, Duke of Rothesay Hunting & Lord of the Isles Hunting tartans'. While the kilt-wearing monarch arrived alone this year, Queen Camilla has been an enthusiastic visitor in previous years. Her Majesty first attended the Games with Charles in 2002, three years before she married the then Prince of Wales. She then joined Charles at the annual jamboree on several occasions after their wedding. At each, they were seen guffawing with laughter as they took in the high-spirited atmosphere.
