On Monday, July 28, the supermodel, 60, shared two photos of herself in an empowering Instagram post that accompanied her thoughts on aging gracefully. In the first snap, she appeared fresh-faced in a white bikini while posing on a beach bed, while the second image showed her in a dimly lit bathroom.
'This is me. Vacation, pretty light, posing for a shot,' she wrote in the caption of the post, referring to the first photo.
Speaking about the second snap, she added, 'This is also me. Home, not great light, not posing. This is 60.'
Porizkova revealed that throughout the years, she hasn't followed a perfect regimen but has learned many lessons.
'This is 60 years of sometimes healthy eating, sometimes not,' she continued in the caption of the post. '60 years of sometimes working out, sometimes not. 60 years of doing the right things followed by doing the wrong things and over again and again."
'It's 60 years of learning of what works and what doesn't,' Porizkova said. 'And just as I think I've figured it out, everything changes and I have to start again."
'The beauty of 60 is that now I understand the importance is IN the lesson, not passing the exam,' she concluded.
Porizkova added several hashtags to the post that confirmed she wasn't wearing makeup in the photos and that they were both posted without a filter.

Since reaching the milestone age in April, the Swedish Estee Lauder spokesperson has repeatedly spoken candidly about her thoughts on aging.
'We're so terrified of wrinkles because I suppose wrinkles make us no longer relevant, no longer sexy, no longer desirable, and as women, that has been sort of our calling card — it's tagged with us for such a long time,' she said on the TODAY show in January.
'And I keep looking at wrinkles — mine, yours, any woman that I see — and I think, 'It's your map of life,'' she continued. 'I see how you are as a person. Why would you want to erase it?'
Despite having helped to sell a 'vision of beauty inextricably linked to youth' in her early career, Porizkova has revealed another upside to aging.
'The best part is you finally turn into the person that you were meant to be all along. And perhaps that's not always a happy finding,' she told Harper's Bazaar in April.
'But I think if you try to live your life with an understanding that other people matter, that connections matter, and that love matters, then you won't be disappointed with who that person is that you truly are,' Porizkova added.

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE back in 2023, she explained her reason for putting her unfiltered self out there.
"As soon as you start filtering yourself or auto-tuning your photos and stuff, well then, it's not really all that authentic anymore," she said. 'I feel a responsibility to put myself out there as I am."

Jason Momoa reveals shocking transformation ahead of 'Dune: Part Three'

"Dune: Part Three" is already starting production ahead of its current Dec. 18, 2026, release date, and one of its stars, Jason Momoa, just made a shocking transformation to get ready for filming. Momoa was one of the biggest names in the first "Dune" movie (now titled "Dune: Part One"), but his character, sword-master Duncan Idaho, seemingly died off-screen, and he was therefore absent for the sequel, "Dune: Part Two." But Momoa returns as Idaho for "Dune 3" and to get ready for the part, he has to look the part. And that meant shaving off his iconic facial hair on Instagram for everyone to see. A post shared by Jason Momoa (@prideofgypsies) A photo posted by on HBO Max gives you tons of hit shows and movies, from HBO Originals to A24 movies and more. Based on his Instagram video, he hasn't shaved in "about six years," meaning he's been rocking a beard ever since filming wrapped on the first "Dune" movie. Here's a clip of the last time Momoa went clean-shaven, cutting down the Emperor's Sardaukar soldiers like he's cutting down a 6-year-old beard. Now, while Momoa went public with his new look, he still wasn't entirely thrilled about it. "Only for you, Denis," he said, referring to the movie's director, Denis Villeneuve, as he started to shave. "Goddammit, I hate it!" was his initial response once he was freshly shaved. Still, it's tough to complain too much when you're starring in a major sci-fi franchise and promoting your eco-friendly line of water bottles. It's especially going to be tough for him to be mad about the new look since this time around, Momoa will be filming with his son, Nakoa-Wolf Momoa, who has joined the "Dune: Part Three" cast as Leto II Atreides, the son of Paul (Timothée Chalamet), and twin brother of Ghanima (Ida Brooke). 'Nothing beats a Jet2 holiday': Mariah Carey, Jeff Goldblum and more stars jump on trend

A new song of the summer has hit the charts – and no, it's not a Chappell Roan or Sabrina Carpenter tune. Instead, it's a breezy, British anthem that insists your summer fling should be with, of all things, a Jet2Holiday. The discount airfare line has recently found itself the subject of virality, as users post their vacation and life mishaps online to the soundtrack of a 2024 ad promoting the company's discounted flights. "Nothing beats a Jet2 Holiday," the ad promises as British singer Jess Glynne's 2015 song "Hold My Hand" blasts in the background. Even celebrities have been eager to hop on the trend, with stars like Mariah Carey and Jeff Goldblum parodying the ad. Social media users are proving why nothing beats a Jet2 holiday. What's that? Goldblum, known for his own TV ad campaigns, joined in the fun, posting a TikTok with a remixed voice-over, swapping "Jet2" for "Jeff2." Fans were delighted, with one commenting: "If Jeff Goldblum isn't greeting me at the gate in sunglasses and a silk shirt, is it even a Jeff2 holiday?" Nothing beats a Jeff2 holiday #jeffirmations #holdmyhand Carey, on the other hand, used the trend to announce her performance at Brighton Pride in the United Kingdom, posting a TikTok of her boarding a plane to the viral sound accompanied by the caption "Nothing beats going to Brighton Pride!!" Jet2, no doubt happily basking in the unexpected free press, commented below Carey's post: "We belong together." Nothing beats going to Brighton Pride!! 🏳️‍🌈💋 That the "Obsessed" singer was boarding a private jet in her video butts up against the ethos of the trend, which has connected social media users worldwide about everything from budget airfare to hilarious travel plans gone wrong. The ad's song has even been remixed by some on the internet, with a soca version dominating recent videos and a New Orleans bounce remix as the background to multiple dance videos. Singer slams Trump administration for using her song to promote deportations Glynn also spoke out earlier this week about another group clearly not in on the joke: the Trump administration. When the White House's official Instagram shared a post on July 30 celebrating the Trump admin's mass deportation efforts to the tune of "Hold My Hand," Glynn was quick to shoot them down. The video, which showed people being escorted out of a van and marched onto a plane with their hands and ankles handcuffed, was accompanied by the caption: "When ICE books you a one-way Jet2 holiday to deportation. ✈️🎶 Nothing beats it!" Though federal agents' faces are blurred, the detainees' faces are not. In response, Glynn wrote in an Instagram story: "This post honestly makes me sick. My music is about love, unity, and spreading positivity – never about division or hate."
