Shomurodov is in fact one step away from a transfer to Istanbul Basaksehir.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, the negotiations between the two clubs are now at an advanced stage and should end with the loan formula with an obligation to buy if certain conditions are met.

The Uzbek striker has already given his assent to the operation, convinced by the proposal presented by the Turkish club.
