Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 India Price Leaked Ahead Of July 9 Launch: What It Might Cost You
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 launch is less than 24 hours from now and the company is also bringing more products to its loaded Unpacked event.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and other devices are launching on July 9 and the company's big ticket Unpacked event will be loaded once again. The new foldables will be lining up alongside the Galaxy Watch 8 series, maybe the new Buds, and a quick tease for its rumoured tri-fold Galaxy device.
But less than 24 hours before the launch, we now have a clear idea about how Samsung's new Fold 7 model could be priced in India and will people have to spend extra compared to last year for the new foldable device.
The new leak comes via tipster Yogesh Brar who claims the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be pricier than the outgoing model. His post suggests the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 price in India could start around Rs 1,75,999 which will be more than Rs 10,000 more than the Galaxy Z Fold 6 launch price in the country.
His post even talks about the Vivo X Fold 5 model which is rumoured to launch in India priced at Rs 1,49,999 which will make it a tough competition between the new foldables. Having said that, Samsung brings the latest hardware, which might not happen with the Vivo, going by all the leaked details of the new device.
We expect to see a triple rear camera system like its predecessor but hopefully with a 200MP primary sensor and a telephoto lens to boot. The battery size needs to be bumped up as well and Samsung should ideally increase the charging speeds but we don't see that changing this year as well.
