Stunning gymnast Suni Lee gives two-word response to taunt about OG Anunoby dating rumors

Daily Mail6 days ago

Gymnast Suni Lee gave a hysterical response on Saturday to a heckle referencing the rumors of a relationship between her and Knicks star OG Anunoby.
The lighthearted suggestions of a romance between the pair began back in April, when Lee was spotted sitting courtside for a Knicks-Suns game in which Anunoby ultimately scored 32 points. Actress Anne Hathaway was also present at that game.
From there, some Knicks fans became convinced that Lee (who attended several playoff games too) was something of a good luck charm for Anuboby, with his teammate Josh Hart even saying on his 'Roommates Show' podcast that the Knicks 'need' Lee and Hathaway at every playoff matchup.
Lee was talking about her Knicks fandom this weekend at Fanatics Fest when a fan interrupted her by shouting out Anunoby's name.
'OG!', he yelled.
Lee looked a bit stunned as she laughed the comment off, before telling the fan that the comment was 'out of pocket.'
Fan: 'OG!'
Suni Lee: 'Outta pocket.' 💀

And some fans were on the gold medalist's side as they reacted to the remark.
'She was so embarrassed,' one wrote on X.
'Why they gotta do that,' a second said.
And a third joked: 'OG finna hit her up after this.'
Lee and Anunoby posed for some pictures after the Knicks beat the Magic on December 3, though the fellow athletes have not actually been spotted outside of Madison Square Garden together.
Nonetheless, Lee became a Knicks fan favorite as they had their best postseason run in 25 years and went to the Eastern Conference Finals.
Unfortunately, the Knicks lost to the Pistons in the first round on April 21 when Lee was seen sitting on Celebrity Row.
Anunoby had a modest 10 points and shot 0-4 from three in that game.
The Knicks also lost with Lee in attendance in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals vs. the Pacers, as Indiana pulled off a stunning comeback to win 138-135 in overtime.
Anunoby performed better in that game, as he scored 16 points in the loss.
While London-born Anunoby had an impressive year for the Knicks, Lee captured her second Olympic gold medal for Team USA last summer.
After previously winning an all-around gold at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, she claimed another in the team event in Paris

Jennifer Garner reunites with Violet after clash over climate change

and her daughter Violet reunited Friday after their spat over climate change. The 53-year-old actress and her woke 19-year-old daughter recently clashed over the response to the LA wildfires. Evacuating to a luxury hotel in January, Violet later condemned the move as privileged response to the so-called climate crisis. The 19-year-old, whom Garner shares with ex-husband Ben Affleck, recently went viral for a Yale essay in which she detailed a heated argument with her mom, 53, during their stay at the hotel. According to a exclusive, Garner and Affleck were reportedly blindsided by the essay and had no idea Violet had written about the incident for her college paper. But on Friday night, the mother-daughter duo appeared to be working through the tension as they stepped out for dinner at celeb favorite A.O.C. in Brentwood. Dressed in a striped sweater and jeans, Garner looked deep in conversation with her daughter, who wore a red sweater and flowing maxiskirt. Of course, Violet faced a backlash for toting high-end accessories in the days following her climate change rant. In May, she was photographed carrying a vintage Chloe Marcie bucket bag - an item that typically resells for around $1,000. Just days earlier, the Yale freshman had also been spotted with a Marc Jacobs purse valued between $200 and $300. The sightings sparked criticism online, with some questioning whether her message about climate privilege aligned with her own designer tastes. The news comes after Violet stepped out with her Oscar-winning father as well as her younger brother Samuel, 13, to grab a lowkey lunch - and had draped the stylish bag over her arm. Affleck and Garner - whose divorce was finalized in 2018 - are also parents to child Fin, 16. Violet has been vocal about her advocacy for both climate change and public health and recently wrote an essay for her university's Global Health Review that was titled A Chronically Ill Earth: COVID Organizing as a Model Climate Response in Los Angeles. Masked up: Violet detailed an argument that she had with her mom Jennifer Garner in the wake of the deadly fires that ravaged LA; seen last year

My sister wants to wear a Bridgerton-style dress to my wedding – I think it's ‘too white', others say I'm overreacting

YOUR wedding day is meant to be one of the biggest and happiest days of your life. But things were left up in the air for one bride-to-be after her sister shared the dress she planned on wearing to the celebration. 2 Posting on Reddit, the bride explained that she had asked the female members of her family to wear blue, so they could collectively be her 'something blue'. But when her 19-year-old sister wanted to wear a pastel blue dress she wasn't sure what to make of it. "Am I being a bridezilla for thinking this is too bridal/not on the mark?" She asked fellow Reddit users after showing a picture of the garment. Although the dress was pale blue, it could easily look white under certain light. Not only that, but the dress featured a white strip down the front, which many thought pushed the boundaries. "I thought this was a wedding dress at first," one person commented on the post. A second agreed: "It looks more white than blue. I would suggest a better colour, material, and style. The material looks heavy too." "That's nuts, it's obviously bridal, put your foot down," a third wrote. Another comment read: "Is she a Bridgerton? Yeah, I can see why you don't like it is is very pale." And someone replied with a reference to the hit Netflix show: "Scrolled way too far for this haha. Immediately when I saw it, in my head I heard 'DAPHEEEEE, YOU MUST MAKE HASTE!' Meanwhile, others were more concerned by the style of the dress than the colour, as some slammed the dress as "matronly." Laura Nolan says 'yes to the Dress' One joked: "Is she trying to look like she lives in 1800's London?" "It looks like a set piece from Downton Abbey or Bridgerton," a second slammed. "Tell her she can wear that dress on the prairie when she helps John-Boy with the potato crop," someone else chimed in. But others thought the dress was even worse than that. "I think it looks like a panty liner, with the absorbent strip down the centre. What an unfortunate dress," one said. Wedding Guest Outfit Etiquette If you're struggling to decided on a dress to see you through wedding season, here's a few rules on what not to wear so you don't get in trouble. Folklore says that wearing red at a wedding means you slept with the groom. Casual attire like jeans and flip flops should always be avoided. Any colour that could be picked up as white or cream - even if it's not. Most would agree that your cleavage needs to be covered. Wearing white is a massive no-no if you're not the bride. And another thought it looked more like toilet paper as they commented: "I'm sorry but that's the ugliest dress I've ever seen. It looks like crumpled up toilet paper. Tell her no." After the responses, the bride decided to confront her sister over the dress, and luckily she agreed to ditch it. "I told her it would likely photograph super light during the day and offered to pay for another dress she would like to wear," she explained. The bride was praised for putting her foot down by many of the Reddit users. One said: "Good for you, it's your day and you shouldn't have to compromise." "There are so many better dresses, help her pick something," another suggested. Wedding makeup do's and dont's Paige Williams, Founder & CEO of the iconic makeup brand shared her tips. DO: Go timeless over trendy We all love a trend babe, but for your wedding day? Let's keep it classic. Think soft glam, radiant skin, neutral tones with a pop of sparkle - You want to look back in ten years and still be obsessed with your glam. Classic never goes out of style. DON'T: Try something totally new Your wedding day is not the time to switch it up with neon liner or completely new brows babe. You want to feel like you, just the most elevated, glowing version. Stick to what you know makes you feel confident and gorgeous. DO: Prioritise long-wear formulas Your wedding is a marathon, not a sprint. You're not just walking down the aisle, you're dancing, hugging, crying, and posing all day long. You need makeup that's in it for the long haul. Go for waterproof, transfer-proof & cry-proof products. Your face needs to slay from 'I do' to the last dance and be able to handle those happy tears. DON'T: Overload your base Babes, less is more. You want coverage, not cake. Go for that breathable, buildable base that lets your real skin glow through. You're aiming for flawless, not flat. Trust me, your photos will thank you. DO: Book a trial Non-negotiable. Whether you're DIY-ing your glam or booking a MUA, a trial is your makeup dress rehearsal. Test it in daylight, take selfies, wear it for hours. It's the only way to know it'll hit just right on the day. DON'T: Forget your neck & chest Don't stop the glam at your jawline, babe. Blend that foundation, bronzer and glow down to your neck and chest, we're going for seamless, snatched and sculpted from every angle. You're the main event, let it show.

PSG vs Inter Miami prediction: European champions to book quarter-final slot

PSG vs Inter Miami betting tips Paris Saint-Germain face Inter Miami in the round of 16 in the Club World Cup this Sunday, with Lionel Messi hoping to spring the biggest upset of the tournament against his old side. European champions PSG have already been the victims of a surprise result, having lost to Botafogo in the second game of the group stage, though they recovered to beat the Seattle Sounders 2-0 and top Group B. And despite that early slip-up, football betting sites have the Parisians as 3/1 favourites to win the competition ahead of their match with Miami, who finished second in Group A behind Palmeiras. A 2-2 draw with the Brazilian side and a 2-1 win over Porto illustrated that the gap between Miami and the world's bigger sides is not as wide as expected, with Lionel Messi still capable of producing magic moments and the supporting cast – including Luis Suarez and Sergio Busquets among others – able to chip in at vital moments. However, this match will surely be a bridge too far for the American side, with Ousmane Dembele and co. hopeful of adding a world title to the European one they wrapped up so convincingly at the end of May. And the early Club World Cup odds are certainly backing the Champions League winners, with PSG offered as low as 1/14 to qualify versus 8/1 for the MLS outfit. PSG vs Inter Miami prediction: European champions to book quarter-final slot PSG will enter most matches as clear favourites in this competition after their performances on the European stage at the end of last season, with the 5-0 win over Inter Milan in the Champions League final showing what this team are capable of when it all clicks. The 4-0 win over Atletico was another example of what PSG can do to top sides in Europe, and while the matches against Botafogo and Seattle were far less impressive, this is a team that remains more than capable of turning up the quality when it matters. In fact, that loss to Botafogo was the first 'real' loss PSG have suffered since their second-leg Champions League loss to Aston Villa in April, with the Parisians only losing twice since then – though both were in games where Luis Enrique rested players having already wrapped up the Ligue 1 title. Overall, PSG have just four losses since 5 March, and have won eight of their last 10, scoring 26 goals across those matches and conceding just six. At the same time, though Inter Miami have been somewhat impressive so far at the Club World Cup, the fact remains that barring Messi it is a squad with players who are either past their best or simply not at the level of a side like PSG. Losses of 4-1 and 3-0 to Minnesota and Orlando City – coupled with draws against San Jose, Philadelphia and Al Ahly – illustrate that the American side can struggle to both score and defend at times, and though the 2-2 draw to Palmeiras was more encouraging, it'll take some real magic from Messi to get anywhere near penetrating this PSG defence. And to that end, we think a wager on PSG to win to nil offers the best value on the results market, with odds around 23/20 at various betting sites. PSG vs Inter Miami betting tip: Kvaratskhelia to prove the difference? Khvicha Kvaratskhelia proved one of the signings of the year after PSG managed to prise him away from Napoli for around €70m in January, and though four goals and three assists in 14 Ligue 1 matches appears a modest tally, goals and assists against Aston Villa, Arsenal and Inter Milan in the last three rounds of the Champions League show that the Georgian is a man for the big occasion. While he didn't manage to find the net in the opening two matches at the Club World Cup, the 24-year-old scored last time out against Seattle Sounders, and with Ousmane Dembele still a doubt ahead of this one, he may once again find himself carrying the bulk of the attacking burden alongside Desire Doue. In fact, it is clear that Kvaratskhelia is making a concerted effort to do exactly that, with the winger having attempted 10 shots over the opening three matches, with five hitting the target. With the youngster having scored last time out, we're backing him to find the net once again when his side face Inter Miami, with betting apps offering odds around 5/6 for Kvaratskhelia to score anytime.
