Julie Bowen Is in for a 'Modern Family' Reboot. If She's Not Replaced by Sydney Sweeney

After the buzz surrounding Sydney Sweeney potentially taking over Julie Bowen's role in Happy Gilmore 2 was put to rest, the popular actress had no problem joking about the topic. She also offered high praise to Sweeney, along with Happy Gilmore star Adam Sandler, who raved about the Euphoria actress. Ahead of the Happy Gilmore 2 premiere on Monday, July 21, Bowen admitted, while laughing, that she's said Sweeney's name so "often in this press tour." However, she did have one more joke about being replaced by the up-and-coming star when the topic of a Modern Family reboot came up. While speaking with Variety, Bowen was asked if she'd be interested in bringing back the beloved ABC sitcom, which ran for 11 seasons. "I mean, I'll say what I said to Adam [Sander]. Ok, I'll be there, just tell me where to go," Bowen said of the Modern Family reboot. "It's not up to us. If I had the skills to write—the writers on that show were so good. If [Steven] Levitan and [Christopher] Lloyd decide that this is something that they want to do, I'll be there." "Unless they replace me with Sydney Sweeney," Bowen joked. Bowen laughed and admitted, "I do love her. It's become a running joke. I've never met her, [but] I have so much respect for her; she's awesome, and I've said her name more times on this press tour." Sweeney jokes aside, the 2000s sitcom would be a fun reboot possibility, and with many shows being brought back to life, it'll be interesting to see if Modern Family gets a second Bowen Is in for a 'Modern Family' Reboot. YouTuber Trisha Paytas welcomes new baby Aquaman, joining siblings Malibu Barbie and Elvis

Paytas has shared every aspect of her life on her YouTube channel since 2007. The Paytas-Hacmon clan is officially a party of five. Beloved YouTuber, podcaster, mukbanger, TV star, recording artist, Broadway performer, and poet Trisha Paytas has given birth to her third child, Aquaman. Paytas announced the child's July 12 delivery on Tuesday with an Instagram post featuring 14 images of herself with baby Aquaman, husband Moses Hacmon, and their two other children, Malibu Barbie and Elvis. "💙AQUAMAN MOSES PAYTAS-HACMON💙 Born 07.12.25 @ 12:40 am 🙏" she wrote in the caption of the post. In one image, Paytas cheekily nodded to the roots of her enduringly viral fame shooting mukbangs (videos in which Paytas would consume enough food to last a family an entire day) by giddily posing with five trays of sushi, Aquaman under her arm in a hospital bed. Another plays up baby No. 3's unusual name, picturing the infant blissfully slumbering while clad in a child's onesie version of the suit originally worn by the DC character in his 1941 More Fun Comics debut. Paytas has been a full-time content creator since 2007, when she launched her YouTube channel, @blndsundoll4mj. 2,300 videos, 5 million subscribers, dozens of pop singles, and numerous appearances on TV series like Modern Family, America's Got Talent, Dr. Phil, Celebrity Big Brother UK, and Saturday Night Live later, Paytas has become a pop culture staple. She began dating Israeli content creator Moses Hacmon in 2020, after meeting on an episode of the podcast Frienemies, which Paytas co-hosted with YouTuber Ethan Klein until 2021. Hacmon is the brother of Hila Klein, Ethan's wife since 2012. The pair grew close while quarantined together during the COVID-19 pandemic, with Hacmon first appearing in a Paytas video one month after the March 2020 lockdown pair were engaged (on camera) in Dec. 2020 and married (also on camera) in Dec. 2021. Exactly nine months later, Paytas' first child, Malibu Barbie, was born. She had previously discussed being told she wouldn't be able to concieve a child after a past chlamydia infection led to pelvic inflammatory disease, which then led to fertility issues. Paytas opened up earlier this month about what it meant to be able to have not just Malibu Barbie in 2022, but her brother, Elvis, in 2024. "From being told I wouldn't be able to conceive on my own to being pregnant 3 years in a row, I share this as a story of hope," she wrote on Instagram. "While this baby was a surprise, we welcomed the abundance." In an episode of her Just Trish podcast released Tuesday, Paytas and Hacmon explained how they landed on Aquaman's name. "We watched three movies to really solidify this name," she said, explaining her special connection to the DC hero, and noting that she "knew it was the right name" when she spotted an Aquaman poster at a doctor's visit during her pregnancy. You can watch the rest of Paytas and Hacmon discussing Aquaman on the Just Trish podcast above. Read the original article on Entertainment Weekly Solve the daily Crossword
