Family pay tribute to 'much-loved' grandfather shot dead in his home in County Durham
Barry Dawson of his terraced house in Stanley, , on Saturday afternoon.
In a statement, Mr Dawson's family said he will be "greatly missed".
"We are truly devastated, and his loss will leave an enormous gap in our lives," they added.
A 37-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman were on Sunday and remain in police custody.
Doorbell camera footage of the shooting shows two figures approaching Mr Dawson's home.
One smashes through the window and another - wearing a hood - fires through one of the blinds.
They then run off, before a man is heard shouting: "They've killed me dad."

Durham Police has a team of 35 detectives working on the murder inquiry and said officers are pursuing numerous lines of inquiry, including the movement of a white vehicle.
The car, a Seat Arona with the registration NA24 OJK, was seen in the Stanley and Annfield Plain area on Saturday.
Officers are appealing for anyone with information on the car to come forward.

Police search for arson attack suspects after County Durham house set alight
Police are searching for suspects after a house in County Durham was set alight in a suspected arson attack. Emergency services were called to a house in Eldon Lane, near Bishop Auckland, at around 12.30am on Wednesday, July 9, following reports of a property fire. Despite police confirming that the house was unoccupied, the suspects set fire to the front door and fled the scene of the incident. It's unknown at this time the extent of the damage to the house in Eldon Lane. Durham Police are treating the incident as arson and are trying to track down two men who were seen near the scene at the time of the incident. A spokesperson for the police force said: "Police are appealing for information following an arson in Eldon Lane. "Officers were called to the unoccupied address at 12.30am on Wednesday, July 9. Powerboat driver Brett Duncan dies after crashing into a houseboat during race near Lowestoft
A powerboat driver has died after crashing into a houseboat during a racing event near Lowestoft. The Circuit Powerboat Association (CPA) named the man as Brett Duncan, saying he was injured "during a lone racing accident" at about 6.50pm on Thursday at the Lowestoft and Oulton Broad Motor Boat Club. In a statement posted on Facebook on Friday, the powerboat racing authority said the 51-year-old circuit powerboat racer, was "an experienced and popular member of the power boating community". The CPA said it was "shocked and saddened by Brett's untimely passing and our sincere thoughts and condolences are with his family and friends at this tragic time". The association thanked event staff and the emergency services "for their swift and timely response to the incident" and asked that Mr Duncan's family be "given the privacy that they need to grieve". Suffolk Police said officers were called just after 7.10pm "to reports of a collision involving a powerboat and a stationary houseboat in the vicinity of Oulton Broad Water Sports Centre.
