But that means that all of this week's episodes have already aired - with no new editions until next week.
Today also marks the last in the week for ITV soaps Emmerdale and Coronation Street.
From Thursday the 3rd of July, fans will be left with no soap content for days with ITV and BBC pulling all their coverage across Thursday and Friday.
Emmerdale and Coronation Street will both be bumped from air as a result of the UEFA Women's Euro matches.
But its fans of EastEnders that will suffer the most.
Following the double-bill on Tuesday 1st July, they will have to go a whole eight days before getting their next fix of Albert Square action.
The soap won't air again until the 9th July.
And because of the UEFA women's matches, Corrie fans won't see their next episode until Thursday July 10 at 9pm.
However ITV recently announced that the two soaps would be following in Hollyoaks' footsteps - by going on YouTube.

Both Coronation Street and Emmerdale will now be available to watch on the streaming giant at the same time as on ITVX - 7am each morning.
The big move comes ahead of ITV launching its soap power hour from January with reductions in episodes for both soaps to just five per week.

Helen Skelton 'rinsing every second' out of relationship

Currently presenting the BBC's flagship morning programme, Morning Live, Cumbria's Helen has been a mainstay on our screens for some time. The 41-year-old mum of three regularly updates viewers and readers on how she stays happy and how she juggles home and professional life. Ahead of entering her 42nd year, Helen reflected on her greatest personal learning. "You've just got to sit in the moment that you're in," she told Hello! We've had lots of new arrivals on the farm over the last few days - one of them being this adorable American Miniature Horse, pictured with mum Pearl! Watch as Farmer Rob checked in on them yesterday: "That's the good thing about being a countryside person and being a sports person. It's the ultimate lesson in that nothing stays the same. "When you're in a good time, just really lean into it and make the most of it – if your relationship is good or your kids are good, just rinse every second of it but equally, the bad times don't last either. Tough times don't stay tough forever. "The only thing that you can be sure of is that the sun is going to rise and the sun is going to set. Accepting that everything changes is really quite liberating." 'Stunning' Scots town Emma Raducanu 'fell in love with' for its beautiful sights

The tennis star says she fell in love with the landscape of the Perthshire town during a visit in 2024. Emma Raducanu has been making headlines again at Wimbledon, powering into the third round after an impressive straight-sets victory over former champion Marketa Vondrousova on Wednesday night. But while her on-court form is grabbing attention, it's her off-court love for Scotland that's also winning hearts, Scottish Daily Express reports. ‌ The 21-year-old tennis star recently reflected on her 2024 trip to Perthshire, where she attended the glittering Dior Cruise show at Drummond Castle in Crieff, and fell head over heels for the region's peaceful charm and breathtaking beauty. ‌ Speaking to the BBC, Raducanu shared her admiration for the Scottish landscape. 'I really fell in love with it up there,' she said. 'I was at the Gleneagles, which was stunning, the golf course. I did a run before the show. It was just stunning to take in all the sights. For me, my retreat is greenery. I think Scotland has just vast, amazing, beautiful greenery. It was beautiful.' She added: 'I think Drummond Castle, where the show was at, is stunning. The lawns were so perfectly manicured, it was beautiful.' Her visit coincided with one of the most star-studded events ever held in the Scottish countryside. Dior's showcase drew in major names from around the world, including Hollywood heavyweights Jennifer Lawrence and Anya Taylor-Joy. ‌ But it was Crieff's natural splendour and quiet sophistication that stole the show for Raducanu. Crieff, a picturesque market town nestled in the heart of Perthshire, has become a thriving tourism hub in recent years. Known for its whisky heritage and literary history, it's home to Scotland's oldest lending library, the town continues to enchant visitors with its unique mix of history and hospitality. ‌ The centrepiece of Raducanu's visit, Drummond Castle, is among the most celebrated sights in the region. While the castle itself is not open to the public, the Italian-style gardens are widely regarded as some of the finest in Europe. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! As VisitScotland describes: 'A mile of beech-lined avenue leads to a formidable ridge-top tower house. Enter through the woven iron portcullis and suddenly revealed is a magnificent Italianate parterre. ‌ "First laid out in the early 17th century and redesigned and terraced in the 19th century, the gardens you see today were replanted in the 1950s, preserving features such as the ancient yew hedges and the copper beech trees planted by Queen Victoria, to commemorate her visit in 1842. The gardens featured in the United Artists film Rob Roy.' Just a short drive away lies Gleneagles, one of the most prestigious golf resorts in the world, and another highlight of Raducanu's trip. Crieff also boasts luxury stays like the iconic Crieff Hydro, which has long welcomed famous guests, as well as attractions like the Caithness Glass Visitor Centre and The Famous Grouse Experience at Glenturret Distillery. With its storybook setting, rich history and star-studded events, it's little wonder Raducanu left Perthshire smitten. And as she returns to the court on Friday to face world number one Aryna Sabalenka.

Kym Marsh to star in new play Single White Female

A new stage production of Single White Female is set to tour Ireland and the UK, starring Kym Marsh. The play, written by author, journalist and broadcaster Rebecca Reid, is described as a 'bold and modern reimagining' of the 1992 psychological thriller. Advertisement Former Coronation Street star Marsh said: 'I am so excited to be bringing this brilliant, brand new and thrilling play to theatres across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. 'I remember being totally gripped by the movie when I first saw it in the cinema and could never have imagined back then that I'd be starring in the world premiere of its life on stage. 'Get ready to be thrilled, shocked and entertained and watch out for those stiletto heels.' Marsh, who first shot to fame in the band Hear'Say, went on to play a major role in Coronation Street from 2006 to 2019, before starring in Waterloo Road. Advertisement The new play updates the plot of the film, which was itself based on a novel called SWF Seeks Same by John Lutz. 'Full of dark humour and sharp and suspenseful storytelling, this new play updates the original story to the age of social media and all that it brings, in a gripping tale of ambition, obsession, and the desperate need for belonging in an isolated world,' producers said. The play will open at Brighton's Theatre Royal on January 9, and will then tour Ireland and the UK until June 13th. Full casting is yet to be announced. Tickets are on sale now. Advertisement
