BTS member Jin recently appeared on tvN's variety show Handsome Guys. He was also joined by South Korean stars Cha Tae Hyun, Kim Dong Hyun, Lee Yi Kyung, Shin Seung Ho, and Oh Sang Uk for a food-themed trip around Seoul's Hannam-dong area.
During the episode, Shin Seung Ho and Oh Sang Uk mentioned that since V and Junkook are Jin's juniors, they should appear on the show sometime too. 'Since I'm '96, you guys can appear on the show as my juniors," Sang UK said. Following this, Kim Dong Hyun added, 'Will you be okay after this?"
Reacting to this, Jin warned, 'We have scary fans." He then mentioned that he's careful with his words when it comes to Jungkook because of how protective fans can be. 'Even I don't speak carelessly to Jungkook," the K-pop singer added.
Following Jin's warning, Sang Uk changed his tone and asked, 'Should I send him a video message?" He then added, 'I hope you can join us on the show once. We're even willing to follow you abroad, so please let us know if you have the time. We will go to you."
Jungkook is currently serving his mandatory military service and will be discharged on June 11, 2025. Other members of the globally popular K-pop band including RM, V, Jimin and Suga will also be discharged in the same month.
With the countdown now in motion, fans haven't just stopped at 'D-30." On social media, hashtags like 'D-40" have also started trending, which marks the final milestone when BTS will be completely reunited after Suga's discharge. One user expressed, 'OMG! I can't believe it." Another added, 'They're going to be home next month. I'm just glad and don't have words to explain."
