Massive Rallies in Ibb: 162 Marches affirm resilience against US aggression & continued support for Gaza
Ibb province witnessed 162 massive popular marches on Friday, reaffirming steadfastness in the face of American aggression and ongoing support for the Palestinians under the title, "With Gaza and Palestine ...Against killers & Arrogant."
Participants in the march at Al-Rasul Al-A'zam Square in Ibb city—attended by Governor Abdulwahab Salah, members of the House of Representatives and Shura Council—emphasized that the escalation by the American-Israeli enemy and their massacres against civilians in Gaza and Yemen will not deter the Yemeni people from supporting the central cause of confronting global arrogance.
They pointed out that America is the primary backer of the occupation, providing political and military cover for its aggression, which has emboldened Israel to commit further crimes against civilians.
The rally, attended by the province's Secretary-General Amin Al-Warafi, deputy governors, mobilization officials, and the president of Ibb University, condemned the flawed stance of Arab and Islamic regimes toward the massacres in Gaza, considering their silence a betrayal of the Palestinian cause. They called on Arab and Islamic nations to mobilize in support of Palestinian resistance.
Participants urged free people worldwide to act immediately to stop the aggression and lift the siege on Gaza, demanding that the international community take responsibility for the crimes committed by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people in Gaza, the West Bank, and occupied territories.
Northern and Western Districts: Solidarity with Gaza
The northern districts (Yareem, Al-Suddah, Al-Nadirah, and Al-Radmah) saw 28 massive marches, where participants affirmed that American aggression would not change Yemen's unwavering stance in supporting Palestine. They vowed to continue confronting forces of arrogance with unyielding determination, no matter the sacrifices.
In the western districts (Al-Adain, Al-Sarah, Al-Jabalayn, Al-Hadbah, and Bani Abdullah), crowds gathered to denounce the international community's silence on ongoing violations. They stressed that the resilience of the Yemeni and Palestinian peoples would thwart the schemes of the American-Zionist enemy.
Al-Hazm District witnessed 25 massive marches in its center and surrounding areas, with participants declaring that the crimes of American aggression would not go unpunished and that the blood of martyrs would remain a beacon for resistance.
Nationwide Mobilization
Similar marches took place across Ibb's districts:
- Mudhaykhirah: 11 marches, affirming readiness to confront American escalation.
- Dhi Al-Sufal:15 marches.
- Al-Sayani: 4 marches.
- Habish, Al-Makhadir, Al-Qafr, Baddan, Al-Sha'r, Al-Sabra, and Jablah: Rallies reaffirming steadfast support for Gaza.
Participants emphasized that Zionist-American-British threats would not deter them from their principled, moral, and humanitarian stance in supporting Palestine.
Renewed Mandate for Resistance Leadership
The marches renewed their mandate to the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badruddin Al-Houthi, to take appropriate decisions to deter American aggression and support Palestinian resilience. They condemned Zionist genocide as an unforgivable war crime, stressing that international silence would not shield complicit parties from accountability.
They declared their refusal to retreat from supporting resistance, vowing to remain on the frontlines until victory. The rallies also denounced any form of collaboration with the American-Israeli aggression, calling on Yemeni tribes to remain vigilant and report suspicious activities.
Final Statement: Qur'anic Project Triumphs Over Conspiracies
A statement issued by the marches affirmed that the Qur'anic project has overcome all challenges and conspiracies, rooted in divine trust and fulfilled promises. It called for a sincere return to the Quran, economic boycotts, and vocal disavowal of God's enemies as effective tools against oppression.
The statement reiterated unwavering support for Gaza and Palestine, declaring that American support for the Zionist enemy would not prevent Yemen from backing Gaza. It highlighted recent military successes, including strikes against the USS Truman, as proof of resistance strength.

Palestinian Al-Ahrar Movement: Airdropped aid is just "Whitewashing the Enemy's Face with Arab Hands"
Gaza – Saba: The Palestinian Al-Ahrar Movement stated on Wednesday that the airdropping of aid into the Gaza Strip is nothing more than an attempt to "whitewash the face of the Zionist enemy with Arab hands." In a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the movement expressed regret over the extent to which some Arab countries have aligned themselves with the policies of the Zionist enemy, participating in the starvation of the Palestinian people by dropping aid in a humiliating and degrading manner. The movement emphasized that everyone knows these airdropped supplies amount to less than half a truckload—insufficient to feed even ten Palestinian families or save them from hunger. It added, "Today, the enemy, with the involvement of these Arab states, is trying to deceive the international community by claiming it is facilitating aid through various means. Its malicious propaganda promotes the false narrative that Gaza is flooded with aid, all to evade international pressure and whitewash its ugly image before the world's nations, which are becoming increasingly aware of the criminal nature of this entity and its Nazi-like leaders." The movement called on the United Nations and its international institutions, particularly UNRWA, to expose the Zionist enemy's policy of starving Gaza and its collaborators. It urged them to provide all evidence confirming the enemy's crimes, lies, and deceit before the world and international courts, proving the use of starvation as a weapon of war to break and subjugate the Palestinian people. Additionally, the movement demanded that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) condemn the Zionist entity for using starvation as a weapon of war, prosecute its leaders as terrorist war criminals, and bring them to trial, ensuring they do not escape punishment. Palestinian Media Forum: Israeli enemy deliberately blocks media coverage to conceal its crimes in Gaza
Gaza – Saba: Mohammed Yasin, Director of the Palestinian Media Forum, criticized on Wednesday the practices of the Israeli enemy, describing them as a systematic attempt to cover up the crimes committed in the Gaza Strip by restricting press freedom and preventing media outlets from reporting the truth about the ongoing destruction and humanitarian suffering. In a statement to the Palestinian news agency "Saba," Yasin said this policy represents a "double crime," as the Israeli enemy not only commits violations against civilians but also seeks to obscure the truth and prevent the world from seeing the scale of the humanitarian catastrophe. Yasin emphasized that press freedom is a right guaranteed under international law, including the Geneva Conventions, which explicitly protect journalists during armed conflicts. He stressed that restricting this right constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law. He called on international media institutions, human rights organizations, and the United Nations to take immediate action to stop these repressive measures and ensure freedom of media work in Gaza. Yasin also saluted Palestinian journalists who continue to carry out their duties despite threats and dangers, urging the international community to provide them with real protection to ensure the truth continues to reach the world. Hamas: Zionist Enemy Continues Torturing Palestinian Prisoners in Its Jails
Gaza - SABA: The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) stated that the Zionist enemy continues its acts of torture and abuse against heroic Palestinian prisoners in its jails. The movement reported that prisoner Sael Abu Nasr (60 years old) from the Gaza Strip, who was arrested in November 2023, died under harsh and degrading detention conditions—a new crime added to the enemy's black record against prisoners and the Palestinian people. In a press statement today, Wednesday, received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), Hamas warned of 'the catastrophic situation our prisoners are facing inside the enemy's prisons, where they are deprived of the most basic necessities and rights, including food, drink, and clothing, in addition to the medical neglect deliberately used by the enemy as a means of slow execution.' Hamas added, 'The inhumane conditions and blatant violations of all international conventions and laws that our heroic prisoners face require all countries of the world, both officially and publicly, and all human rights institutions, to raise their voices against the enemy, deter it from its crimes and terrorism against our people, and quickly hold the leaders of the enemy's fascist government accountable.' The movement called upon 'our masses in the West Bank and the occupied territories to do everything possible to support our prisoners, intensify all solidarity activities, and ignite all confrontation fronts against this enemy that understands nothing but the language of force.'
