Bron Breakker joins forces Seth Rollins, Paul Heyman: Is the stage set for The Undertaker's return?

Time of India22-04-2025
The latest episode of WWE Raw ended on a shocking note as Bron Breakker destroyed Roman Reigns and CM Punk with devastating spears. 'The Badass' then aligned with Paul Heyman and Seth Rollins. This came just 24 hours after Breakker lost the Intercontinental title to Dominik Mysterio in a fatal four way match at WrestleMania 41. He, however, was not involved in the decision as 'The Dirty One' pinned Finn Balor for the win.
The powerhouse's alliance with Rollins and Heyman is bad news for Punk and Reigns. The two will now have to deal with 'The Visionary' and the relative newcomer. Moreover, as we saw on Raw tonight, Heyman is more than capable of creating a distraction. Under these circumstances, there's just one man who may be able to help Punk and Reigns—The Undertaker.
The Undertaker to help Roman Reigns, CM Punk? Possibility explored
The Undertaker, one of the WWE's most recognisable names, retired from in-ring competition in 2020. He, however, is still associated with the company and appears on LFG as a mentor. The Hall of Famer has some history with Bron Breakker. He confronted ands chokeslammed him on NXT a couple of years ago. Moreover, he developed a strong rapport with Roman Reigns as he feuded and teamed with him during the final years of his career.
Additionally, he also defeated CM Punk at WrestleMania 29. Given his history with these men, he could potentially get involved in their feud. HHH, who heads the creative team, could bring him back as a manager/enforcer for CM Punk and Roman Reigns. This way, the two will be able to neutralise Paul Heyman.
Will The Undertaker return to in-ring competition?
The Undertaker has retired 'The Deadman' gimmick for good. As such, if he returns, it will be as the bike-riding 'The American Badass'. This will give him the freedom to cut promos and basically be himself. That said, the 60-year-old is unlikely to compete in the ring given his age.

Seth Rollins Stuns CM Punk with Another 'Heist of the Century' to Capture World Heavyweight Title at SummerSlam 2025

Image via WWE: Seth Rollins cashes in Money in the Bank on CM Punk In what stretched over 30 minutes, the main event between CM Punk and Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship delivered big time. Moreover, 'The Best in the World' clinched his first world title in over 12 years in the WWE . However, that celebration did not last long as a returning Seth Rollins pulled off yet another heist of the century to capture the crown after cashing in his Money in the Bank contract on a battered Punk right after his hellacious war with the Austrian juggernaut. Talk about being the ultimate party popper! Seth Rollins Fakes Injury and Cashes Money in the Bank to Ruin CM Punk's Night at Summer Slam For those unaware, Rollins reportedly injured his right knee during a match against LA Knight at Saturday Night's Main Event. While attempting a Lion sault off the second rope, Rollins landed awkwardly on his feet and immediately clutched his leg in visible pain. He quickly retreated to the corner, where he spoke with the referee, Paul Heyman, and the ringside doctor. An improvised finish followed, and Knight capitalized, picking up the win with a BFT moments later. In the days that followed, Rollins was seen wearing a knee brace at Evolution 2, and Triple H even gave a bleak update on his condition. But as it turns out, it was all part of a grand deception. As Punk struggled to recover after his grueling match, the arena exploded when Rollins' music hit, sending a jolt through the crowd. Still appearing on crutches, it seemed the threat was minimal. But in a jaw-dropping twist, 'The Visionary' tossed the crutches aside, sprinted down the ramp with his Money in the Bank briefcase, and targeted a stunned Punk. Wasting no time, Rollins cashed in his contract on the war-torn Punk. A flurry of trademark offense followed, ending with brutal shots from the briefcase and a devastating stomp. Seconds later, the referee counted three, and just like that, Rollins was the new World Heavyweight Champion. The shocking moment drew instant comparisons to his unforgettable 'Heist of the Century' at WrestleMania 31, once again proving that when the stakes are sky-high, Seth Rollins always finds a way to steal the spotlight. CM Punk and Gunther Pulled Off a Masterpiece Before Seth Rollins Ruined the Party Apart from the Rollins shocker, Punk and Gunther stole the show in an instant classic. Gunther dominated early with powerful strikes and submission attempts, nearly finishing Punk multiple times. Punk showed resilience, countering a sharpshooter into a Figure Four and surviving a series of punishing powerbombs, lariats, and a top-rope frog splash. After a brutal fall through the announce table left Gunther bloodied, Punk mounted a comeback. He unloaded a flurry of offense with punches, a running knee, a clothesline, and an elbow drop. Gunther then locked in a sleeper, but Punk broke free, hit a GTS that barely fazed Gunther, then delivered a second to finally put him away.
