"Mission Karmayogi is a movement. A transformative journey to reorient our govt employees to go beyond the routine, to act with empathy, to serve with humility, and to solve with creativity," he said. The workshop is being organised by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Govt of India.

ITBP procures organic produce under Himveer

1 2 Itanagar: In an initiative aimed at promoting organic farming and strengthening local economies, the 9th Battalion of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) on Monday procured organic produce under Mission Arun Himveer at Tezu in Lohit district. Initially, 200kg of bananas, 100kg of pumpkins, and 100kg of pineapples were procured by the ITBP, a District Information and Public Relations Officer (DIPRO) report said. Taking part in the event, Tezu-Sunpura MLA Mohesh Chai praised the Lohit Organic Farmers Producer Company Ltd for achieving a stable and institutional market for their produce. He also appreciated the ITBP for stepping in as a key buyer that not only ensures quality food for soldiers but also boosts the local economy. Lauding the state govt led by CM Pema Khandu for launching Mission Arun Himveer, he termed it a far-sighted initiative.
