Charles Spencer's estranged wife and new girlfriend embroiled in bitter $2.6M legal clash

Jarman, 42, claims that she was forced to reveal her multiple sclerosis diagnosis in a high-profile interview in a desperate bid to silence online gossip — adding that she had 'worked very hard' to keep her health battle under wraps up until that point, GB News reports.
The aristocrat's new flame, whom he met in 2021, further claimed she had kept her MS diagnosis hidden from those nearest and dearest to her, including the Earl himself.
In her filing, Jarman said she decided to reveal her health condition in an interview with the Daily Mail after becoming concerned about 'loss of autonomy and control' over her own medical history.

Lady Spencer, for her part, countered the claim, saying that her estranged husband's new girlfriend's decision to go public with her medical information was 'hopelessly inconsistent' with her legal case.
'Deliberately disclosing the fact that she has MS to the world in a manner calculated to give it maximum publicity is not only entirely inconsistent with any claim to privacy, but it also nullifies the ostensible purpose of these proceedings,' her legal team said in response.
On Monday, the women reached an agreement on future estimated legal costs, which are upward of $2.6 million.

The major draw of the underwater jetpack is that it is entirely hands-free, unlike Seabobs and other sea scooters that require a tight grip. The backpack-like design, which weighs around 31 pounds all up, allows you to dive and spin like a dolphin at a speed of nine feet per second. The harness itself is made of heavy-duty fabric, with a high-grade limestone neoprene wrapping around the body. The back panel incorporates a carbon fiber skeleton to help everything stay stiff and secure against the thrust. Rated to 131 feet (40 meters), the jetpack is fitted with a 1 kWh lithium polymer battery that enables about 90 minutes of diving and can be fully charged in 75 minutes. The jetpack is connected to an ergonomic controller with a full-color, hardened display that shows your performance, battery levels, and current depth. The system is said to be incredibly intuitive, requiring only about five minutes of use before the diver becomes comfortable. CudaJet is not the only one making this style of underwater jetpack—XiaoTun recently launched a Kickstarter campaign for a similar but slightly more affordable device—but the British company claims it created the world's first. The jetpacks are made to order in the U.K., with a three-month lead time required for each. The regular 2025 model is priced at $30,778. CudaJet has also released a more premium Founder's Edition. Limited to 20, this exclusive numbered edition showcases a distinctive livery that combines jet black with gold highlights and a shimmering top coat.
