The match was set specifically as when Rollins fooled the WWE Universe about his injury, he was facing Knight at Saturday Night's Main Event. The match, set up as the main event with Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed banned from the ringside, was hard-fought, with Knight nearly winning multiple times. Seth Rollins' faction stands tall after destroying Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and LA Knight on Raw As Seth Rollins was about to curb-stomp LA Knight on exposed concrete, CM Punk stormed in and attacked him, causing a disqualification and handing Knight another technical win.
