Leading the team in scoring on Wednesday was once again UCLA guard Gianna Kneepkens, who posted 20 points on an efficient 7-for-10 shooting from the field and 4-for-7 from 3-point territory in 20:51 minutes.
Team USA's results in their four group stage victories demonstrate that there is no shortage of scoring options on the roster.
As the group stage concluded on Wednesday with Team USA finishing as the top seed in Group B, the Americans will advance to the tournament quarterfinals on Friday, June 4, against the Dominican Republic (1-3), who placed fourth in Group A.
The quarterfinal matchup will begin at 10:40 a.m. CT and can be streamed on Courtside 1891 through MAX.
