Recalling his early days in Mumbai, Mohit shares, 'Initially, I used to work as an office boy and run errands for a creative director. I was new in the city and didn't have money to survive. So, I took up a job that was at least related to the industry. I just wanted to learn and find my way in.'
Despite facing numerous challenges, Mohit remained determined to make his mark. With time, dedication, and faith, his career gradually took shape.
Reflecting on his path, he says, 'It's been a journey when I look back—filled with countless experiences and lessons. I feel truly blessed to still be a part of this industry. It's all thanks to God and the prayers of my parents.'
Now stepping into a new chapter with Kahani Pehele Pyaar Ki, Mohit is optimistic and excited. 'I'm very enthusiastic about this new character and the show. I hope the audience showers it with the same love and appreciation they've always given me,' he adds.

On Wednesday too, the actor took to his Instagram handle and shared a series of close-up monochrome pictures, in which he was seen keeping a stern expression. However, what caught everyone's attention was the caption of Karan's post. In the caption, Karan Veer Mehra opened up about being quieter and wrote, 'Peace looks different when you've walked through fire. Still here. Still burning. Just quieter now !!!!" He then tagged the photographer and added, 'Grateful to the one who captured this moment". Omung Kumar is joined by producers Umesh KR Bansal, Pragati Deshmukh, Himanshu Tiwari, Ajay Singh, Dhananjay Singh, Abhishek Ankur, and Captain Rahul Bali, with Rahhat Shah Kazmi as co-producer. The film also stars Harshvardhan Rane in the lead. On July 1, Karan Veer Mehra shared pictures from the mahurat shot of Silaa, as the film went on floors. During an interview with Pinkvilla, the actor was seen taking a trip down memory lane and remembering the first pay cheque that he received while working in Delhi. Recalling his first job, Karan revealed that it was at a hotel in Delhi where his role involved selling cards. 'I used to be paid 1200 a week, which was very big for me at that time," the actor recalled while sharing that some of his friends were also studying hotel management and were working with him at the same hotel. Karan further shared that during his first job in Delhi, he met Shah Rukh Khan for the first time. Talking about the memorable incident, Karan shared that Shah Rukh Khan and Karisma Kapoor arrived at the hotel where he used to work out. Karan remembered the presence of bodyguards and how a hotel staff member greeted him and caught the attention of the guards, which later helped him to meet SRK. He also shared that people were gathering outside the hotel to get a glimpse of King Khan, but he was allowed inside. The actor recalled asking SRK's guards if he was inside, which they confirmed. Recalling his first meeting with Shah Rukh Khan, Karan shared that after entering the hotel, he immediately spotted SRK. 'He started walking towards me, and I started walking with his entourage, and I entered the lift," Karan stated, revealing that it was only he, Shah Rukh Khan, Karisma Kapoor, and one of their managers in the lift. He recalled an amusing moment when SRK was talking about a woman who wasn't allowed inside because of the guards. Karan remembered how boldly he replied, stating, 'I told them, 'Despite the guards, I have made my way through,'" and introduced himself to SRK as a big fan. Karan further revealed that he spent his first pay cheque on the celebration after meeting his idol, Shah Rukh Khan. From working at a mall to becoming a popular face on television and acting in Bollywood films, there is no doubt that Karan Veer Mehra has come a long way.
