Permission to Dance On Stage- Live features 22 songs from their sold-out tour by the same name.
Within a month of all members completing their mandatory military service, BTS released a new project, titled Permission to Dance On Stage – Live, on July 18. It is their first release in three years, and marks their return as a full unit after a hiatus. Although the album brings back their past hits, their fans were still extremely excited about the comeback of their favourite musicians, and they absolutely loved it. What's the proof?
A report by Billboard revealed that music fanatics chose BTS ' Permission to Dance live album over any other artist that week. On July 18, the media outlet published a poll offering choices between BTS, Alex Warren, Nine Inch Nails, Jessie Murph, and Zach Bryan. Among all, the K-pop supergroup's first-ever live album emerged as the favourite release in the past week.
Permission to Dance On Stage- Live received 94 per cent votes, whereas Alex Warren, who released You'll Be Alright Kid, could manage only 2.03 per cent of the votes. Jessie Murph for Sex Hysteria, Zach Bryan for Madeline feat. Gabrielle Rose and Nine Inch Nails for As Alive As You Need Me to Be received 0.27 per cent, 0.32 per cent and 0.68 per cent, respectively.
BTS' live album, named after their 2021 sold-out tour Permission to Dance, features 22 songs. An hour and 20 minutes long, the album features songs like DNA, Idol, Fake Love, Dynamite and Butter, among others. They also released a digital package called Permission to Dance On Stage – Seoul, which features the live recording og their performance in Seoul as well as some behind-the-scenes photos.
The live album came at a time when the septet, comprising RM, Jin, J-Hope, Suga, Jimin, V and Jungkook, had officially reunited to prepare for a brand-new album. During a Weverse live event earlier this month, the group announced not only a new album, slated for release sometime in 2026, but also their highly anticipated world tour.
'We'll be releasing a new BTS album in the spring of next year. Starting in July, all seven of us will begin working closely together on new music. Since it will be a group album, it will reflect each member's thoughts and ideas," they said in a statement. BTS is currently in Los Angeles, preparing for their new album.

Bruce Willis, 70, Can No Longer Speak, Read Or Walk: What Happened To The Die Hard Actor?

Last Updated: Bruce Willis, diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, can no longer speak, read, or walk, according to recent reports. His condition is said to be stable though. Hollywood icon Bruce Willis, celebrated for unforgettable roles in Die Hard, Pulp Fiction, and The Sixth Sense, is reportedly facing a heartbreaking decline in his health due to frontotemporal dementia (FTD). Recent reports claim that the 70-year-old actor is no longer able to speak, read, or walk as the degenerative condition progresses. Willis was initially diagnosed with aphasia in 2022, which later advanced to FTD, a rare form of dementia affecting areas of the brain responsible for language, behaviour, and movement. The actor's condition has continued to evolve, though his family stated in April 2025 that his health remains 'stable." Sources close to the actor report that he has become mostly non-verbal and is unable to engage in reading or written communication. While no official statement has confirmed new mobility issues, reports suggest that Bruce now struggles with basic motor functions. Despite the challenges, Willis remains surrounded by a devoted support system. His wife Emma Heming Willis, ex-wife Demi Moore, and their children have stood by his side, often sharing family updates and expressing gratitude for the global love and support. Frontotemporal dementia is distinct from Alzheimer's disease, primarily targeting behavior and language rather than memory in its early stages. It often affects individuals between the ages of 45 and 64. Initial symptoms may include personality changes, difficulty finding the right words, and impaired judgment. Over time, individuals may lose the ability to speak, write, or move independently. Bruce Willis' diagnosis has brought significant public attention to FTD, highlighting the emotional and physical toll it takes on patients and their families. In the face of this devastating condition, the Willis family continues to promote awareness and advocate for patience and compassion. While fans around the world mourn the loss of the vibrant, action-hero image of Bruce Willis, they continue to send strength and prayers to the actor and his loved ones. His legacy as a Hollywood legend remains untouchable. First Published: July 23, 2025, 00:12 IST Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's.
