Oasis fans 'convinced new album is coming' after spotting one detail
Oasis fans are still holding out hope for a new album from the Gallagher brothers and believe a key detail could shine a light on new material coming after their tour Fans of the rock outfit Oasis are convinced a new album is will happen despite the Gallagher brothers saying no material is on the way. Noel and Liam Gallagher reunited earlier this month for a sold-out show in Cardiff, Wales, with homecoming shows at Heaton Park in Manchester now taking place before the pair head out on the rest of their UK tour. Listeners are holding out hope for new material from the brothers and believe there is a key detail to back their claim. A post to the r/Oasis Reddit page had fans discussing what could be a hint from Noel Gallagher regarding new material from the Gallagher brothers. Whether it comes to light is yet to be seen, but fans are holding out hope regardless. A fan of the band posted: "People say there's not a chance of Oasis releasing a new album, but... They definitely will." Hopeful fans and friends of Liam Gallagher believe new material is on the way, but some are unconvinced. The fan continued: "We all know that Noel said he'd written a whole album of stadium-sized rock n roll guitar songs, and this was while he was secretly planning a huge tour of stadium rock n roll gigs, so what's he going to do with that material? "He won't go back and do a stadium rock album with High Flying Birds- why would he?! And he's not exactly known for just throwing material away. "After the success of these gigs and the obvious joy he's getting from working with Liam again, I feel we're 100% getting a new album at some point. It would just be ridiculous for him to bin the songs." Not every fan was as optimistic as this user, though some are suggesting a new album - which would be the band's first since 2008's Dig Out Your Soul - could happen. A listener replied: "I'd say it's 50/50. I think the tour setlist is indicative of where his head is at in terms of Oasis. He's really not giving much oxygen to later Oasis tracks, which suggests he sees the real value in the classic early stuff. "He knows he can't beat that early stuff - so wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he just doesn't try to. "He can scratch his songwriting itch in Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and not try to compete against the Oasis brand quite as much. "But to play devil's advocate here, if he has songs that would better suit Liam's voice, he might just go for it. "I don't think we can say anything with a huge degree of confidence. If I were to bet, though, I'd err toward saying that there won't be any new songs, and that this is purely a nostalgic endeavour to earn some cash." Others believe there is still no chance of a new album from Oasis. One fan wrote: "I'd love it to happen but I really don't think it's likely. The stakes are too high, and honestly the way these gigs are currently going, there couldn't be a more perfect end to the story. "I know it's not what the hardcore fans want to hear but this tour should be seen as the victory lap that it's always been billed as."

Torode ‘didn't do anything' about offensive remark, says accuser
Aasmah Mir, a former Celebrity MasterChef contestant, claims that John Torode showed no emotion when his co-host Gregg Wallace made an offensive comment about a BBC colleague. Appearing on ITV 's Good Morning Britain on Thursday, Mir, who competed in 2017, suggested that Torode had become accustomed to Wallace's behaviour. She described Wallace's remark as "incredibly inappropriate" and said Torode 'didn't do anything'. Mir said that while the blame for the comment lay entirely with Wallace, she found Torode's complete lack of reaction odd. Watch the video in full above.

ITV This Morning's Cat Deeley 'could cry' as she makes learns biological age live on air
This Morning presenter Cat Deeley was left gobsmacked as she learned her biological age live on air, with the star admitting that she was 'close to tears' This Morning's Cat Deeley was left speechless after learning her biological age following an admission about her poor sleeping patterns. During Thursday's (July 17) instalment of the popular ITV daytime programme, Cat, 48, and presenting partner Ben Shephard, 50, returned to guide viewers through the day's headlines. Yet it was a particular segment that caught the duo completely off guard when they underwent a medical examination to determine their true biological ages. Accompanied by longevity and biohacking specialist Dr. Alka Patel, Cat enquired: "Tell us, what is biohacking?" Dr Alka elaborated: "Biohacking is all about taking control of your health. If you split the word up, what you're taking control of is your biology and the hacking is getting into your control centre, to really understand how you're made." Intrigued to learn more, Cat pressed further: "So what's the difference between your biological age and the other age.", reports the Mirror. Dr Alka disclosed: "This is super important to know is that getting older and ages are two different things and most people don't think of it like that. Your biological age is based on the level of your cells." Anxious to discover their actual ages, Dr Alka, 53, stepped forward first and disclosed that her biological age stands at just 20. An astonished Ben exclaimed: "What!" whilst Cat interjected: "How did you do that?". Dr Alka confessed: "I've been testing for a number of years and over the years that biological age hasn't shifted." Ben turned the spotlight on himself, revealing: "My chronological age, not sure I've told you this but I'm 50, so we're going to find out my biological age." The health-conscious TV presenter, who is known for his dedication to fitness and regular workouts, was somewhat disappointed to learn that his biological age came in at just 46 years old. Facing the camera, he exclaimed: "46, is that it? I'm quite surprised about that because I think I look after myself, I get a decent amount of sleep, train really hard and I feel fit and healthier than I ever have in my life. I'm really fascinated that it's only four years younger." When it was Cat's turn, she confessed that undergoing the test was a 'nightmare' since she had to do it twice. It was apparent that Cat was bracing herself for a higher age as she disclosed: "I'm a terrible sleeper but I am healthy." Cat, aged 48, was speechless upon discovering her biological age was a youthful 33 years old, making her biologically 15 years younger. An emotional Cat responded: "I could cry" while Ben interjected with a humorous: "33! I want a recount." Cat continued: "I don't know how I've done it because I certainly don't sleep, which I know is one of the most important factors."
