"Anything is possible."
This was Kitchie Nadal's answer when asked in "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" on Monday if there was a chance for her to move back to the Philippines.
"We're open to anything," she added.
Kitchie moved to Spain in 2017 with her Spanish husband, journalist Carlos Lopez, following the birth of her first son and has been based there ever since.
According to Kitchie, she did not expect that her career would be the same again when she moved to Spain for love.
"I was just happy to be living there and then nagkaroon lang ng opportunities eh. I don't know how it happened, basta nagkaroon lang ng demand to come back here and do concerts, and I said yes," she said.
"Kaya ayoko ring magsalita nang tapos kasi parang, 'yun nga eh, 'yung concert, I didn't even think about that. Never in my wildest dream that it'll happen in my 20th year or 21st year."
Kitchie marked her 20th anniversary in the music industry in 2024 with a concert, dubbed "Same Ground," at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.
The show featured Kitchie's good friends in the industry, namely Barbie Almalbis, Aia de Leon, Lougee Basabas, Hannah Romawac, Acel Bisa, and Mayonnaise's Monty Macalino.
In June, she held another concert, titled "New Ground," at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in celebration of her 21st year in the industry.
The OPM rock icon is known for the hits "Huwag Na Huwag Mong Sasabihin," Same Ground," "Bulong!!!" and many more.
Kitchie and Carlos tied the knot in 2025. They have two sons: Keon, born in 2017, and Iago, born in 2023.

Nikko Natividad, Zeus Collins look back on humble beginnings before entering showbiz

Before breaking into showbiz, Nikko Natividad and Zeus Collins navigated challenging paths, each driven by unique circumstances and a determination to rise above their humble beginnings. On Friday's 'Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,' Nikko and Zeus took a trip down memory lane and shared how they juggled jobs to make a living. 'Marami akong napagdaan na work,' Nikko said. Among the past jobs the model and actor took on were serving as a waiter and wedding coordinator, as well as cleaning jeepneys and even working at a salon. 'Plantsa, blower, ayon. Kasi assistant eh. Muntik akong turuan mag-gupit talaga, kaso nga nakapag-abroad. Kita. Siyempre, dahil doon, kailangan mong matuto,' he said. His pursuit of better opportunities led him to work abroad in the United Arab Emirates as a florist, admitting that he had no actual knowledge of flower arrangement but claimed he did to secure the job. 'Sinabi ko marunong ako kahit hindi. Kasi ang mindset ko dati, basta pag nakapag-abroad, gaganda buhay. 'Di ba laging ganyan noon?' he said. Meanwhile, Zeus' story is deeply rooted in his lifelong passion for dance. 'Tinuruan po kasi ako ng nanay ko, anim na taon pa lang ako. 'Yun, nilalaban niya na ako sa fiesta, sa mga bara-barangay, kung saan-saan na ako nakakarating. Taong kalye talaga ako. As in, sa street talaga ako natutong sumayaw. 'Yung mga kasama ko sa Pasay,' said the professional dancer. He recalled his father often got angry because he would stay out late dancing. 'Sa sobrang hirap ng buhay namin noon, sa Pasay, 15, nagtrabaho na ako. Tumigil ako ng pag-aaral para makatulong na ako sa magulang ko. 'Yun, dire-diretso na po. Wala na po akong alam na ibang trabaho,' Zeus said. He also had offers to become a macho dancer in a gay bar. 'Siyempre siguro dahil matangkad ako or kahit papaano, may katawan ako nang konti. However, Zeus declined even if it meant that he would earn more. 'Hindi ko naman po inaano 'yung gumagawa ng mga gano'n. Ako naman, parang sabi ko, sarili ko, hala, hindi ko kaya 'yan. Kasi, siyempre may mga ibang skills 'yan eh. Kasi bata pa ako noon eh. Gano'n pa 'yung isip ko,' he said. Instead, he chose to rely on his talent for breakdancing and hip-hop. His ambition was to participate in competitions or, if fortunate, become a backup dancer for celebrities. Zeus is currently part of 'Stars on the Floor,' which is hosted by Alden Richards. It airs Saturdays on GMA Network at 7:15 p.m. —Carby Rose Basina/CDC, GMA Integrated News

AZ Martinez wishes ex-BF Larkin Castor the best: 'I want to focus more on myself, career'

AZ Martinez revealed in "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" Wednesday that she has not been in contact with her ex-boyfriend, Larkin Castor, ever since she got out of Bahay ni Kuya. "Hindi na po kami nag-usap and right now focus talaga on what's ahead of me, but I wish him all the best talaga," she said. Tito Boy then brought up the letter that Larkin wrote for AZ while she was a housemate in "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition," adding that he was hoping she and Larkin would have the chance to talk after the show. AZ, for her part, admitted that she is not ready to speak to him. "Honestly, Tito Boy as of now, I'm not ready yet to talk, I wanna focus muna on... Like I'm not ready to talk to him, but I want to focus more on myself and career," she said. In Larkin's letter, he told AZ how proud he was of her and that he was watching her journey in "PBB." He also told her that he has not given up waiting for her, that she should be happy, and that he loves her. Days later, AZ wrote him a letter in response, telling him that she is finally letting him go. "Kung gusto niya pa rin maghintay Kuya, that's his choice na. Pero ayoko na po siya kontrolin, ayoko na siya pilitin, ayoko na siya habulin or guluhin pa Kuya. Kasi alam ko mas masasaktan, mas masisira lang siya if I leave him hanging," AZ had told Kuya in the confession room. AZ and her Kapamilya duo River Joseph ended their "PBB" journey as the fourth big placers. Following her stint in the show, AZ made her return to music school. She is also set to appear in "Bubble Gang" soon. —CDC, GMA Integrated News

Does AZ Martinez think Ralph De Leon sent her romantic signals? Actress answers

Does AZ Martinez think Ralph De Leon sent her romantic signals? AZ appeared on Wednesday's 'Fast Talk with Boy Abunda' alongside her PBB duo, River Joseph, and she was asked about the varying interpretations of Ralph's behavior towards her, with some saying that he was romantic towards AZ. 'For me po, wala po talaga akong nakitang signal. I didn't get any mixed signals at all talaga kasi ever since after 'yung boys' night out, 'yung sa loob ng bahay ni Kuya, he cleared up everything to me,' AZ said. (For me, I'm not seeing any signals, I didn't get any mixed signals at all because ever since the Boys' Night Out inside the PBB house, he cleared up everything to me.) She appreciated Ralph's directness and how honest and straightforward he was with her about how he really feels. 'After the BNO, kinausap niya ako na he just wants me to know na may mga nasabi siya sa loob, 'yung confessions, gano'n niya. Pero he doesn't want me to think that there's more meaning to it,' AZ said. (After BNO, he talked to me. He just wants me to know about something while inside the house, in the confessions. But he doesn't want me to think that there's more meaning to it.) Per AZ, she was OK with the clarification. When asked if she was heartbroken over Ralph, AZ said no and explained the broken heart gesture she did was merely a joke. When asked if she liked Ralph, AZ said, 'I'm not sure if tatawagin kong like. Pero there were moments na kinilig din ako sa kanya. Kinilig. And I admire him for how he is.' (I'm not sure if it constitutes a like. But there were moments when I was kilig with him. I admire him for how he is.) AZ and Ralph are being shipped by the AzRalph fans because of their chemistry and frequent moments inside the PBB house. They started out as the RAZ duo, and their closeness eventually led to them getting teased often. Both of them later denied having feelings for each other, but how they acted towards each other when they got drunk made fans wish that the ship would sail. Following their exit from PBB, the two captured their first-ever selfie together outside the house, sparking kilig vibes among fans anew. They also made fans kilig with their first TikTok entry together, hopping on the "Lasik" trend song. In a previous interview, Ralph said he and AZ are 'very good friends' for now. — Carby Basina/LA, GMA Integrated News
