Olivia Rodrigo performs The Cure songs with Robert Smith during Glastonbury set
Smith wore a sparkly black shirt and eye shadow, and played a black acoustic guitar as he traded vocals with Rodrigo on the two tracks.
At the end of Just Like Heaven, the pair hugged, before Rodrigo said 'give it up for Robert Smith you guys', adding she was 'so honoured to play with him tonight'.
The 22-year-old started her set with Obsessed from 2023's Guts album as fireworks exploded around her.
The singer shouted 'Glastonbury, what a f****** party' as she performed the song bathed in purple light and wearing a white dress and black boots, playing a cherry red guitar.
Towards the end of her set, the Californian singer swapped her white dress for a T-shirt which read 'you know all the words to Just Like Heaven, or do you?', along with a sparkly pair of shorts featuring the Union flag as she played Brutal.
The Ballad Of A Homeschooled Girl, one of Rodrigo's best known songs, prompted pogoing from the Worthy Farm crowd, as the singer bounced around singing the song's 'it's social suicide' chorus.
As she went to perform at a piano, Rodrigo said: 'How are we doing tonight Glastonbury? I don't think I've ever seen so many people in my life.
'Guys, it's the last night of the festival. Are you ready to have some fun?'
She then performed another of her best known songs in Driver's Licence, as parents in the crowd lifted their children on to their shoulders.
At one point in the set, Rodrigo had the majority of the crowd hoisting their phone lights above their heads and swaying from side to side.
Good 4 U saw white balloons thrown into the energetic crowd, before she finished with Get Him Back! sitting on scaffolding and singing the song through a loudhailer, before shouting 'good night' as fireworks exploded around her.
Earlier in the day, Sir Rod Stewart was joined by a trio of veteran superstars during a rousing performance in the tea-time legends slot.
He played alongside his former Faces bandmate Ronnie Wood, Simply Red's Mick Hucknall and Scottish singer Lulu.
He was also joined by the festival's founder, Sir Michael Eavis, who was wheeled on to the stage by his daughter, organiser Emily Eavis.
Hucknall, 65, was welcomed on stage for a rendition of Simply Red hit If You Don't Know Me By Now.
Rolling back the years, Sir Rod then performed the Faces' 1971 hit Stay With Me while Rolling Stones star Wood, 78, played guitar.
Lulu then made her entrance, wearing an all-white ensemble, to sing Hot Legs alongside Sir Rod and Wood.
Bagpipes had signalled the arrival of Sir Rod, who kicked off his afternoon performance with his 1981 single, Tonight I'm Yours (Don't Hurt Me).
'I'm here, enjoy yourselves ladies and gentleman please, music brings us together, we need music,' he told the crowd.
The 80-year-old, who recently cancelled a series of shows while recovering from flu, wore flared trousers, a white shirt and a black jacket, before changing into a green suit.
He played songs including Some Guys Have All The Luck, Forever Young, The First Cut Is The Deepest, and Maggie May, which he performed from a runway jutting out into the crowd.
Ukrainian flags were shown on a screen behind Sir Rod, who said: 'There's been a lot about the Middle East recently, quite rightly so, but I want to draw your attention to Ukraine in the next song, it's called the Love Train.'
The singer also sang I'd Rather Go Blind, which he first performed in the 1970s with the Faces, which he said he had learned from late Fleetwood Mac singer Christine McVie, who the song was dedicated to.
During Da Ya Think I'm Sexy? Sir Rod's backing singers kicked footballs into the crowd in reference to the singer's famous Top Of The Pops appearance in 1971.
Sir Rod donned a captain's hat to finish with Sailing, while his dancers wore the shirt of Celtic FC, while the back of his own shirt featured the team's name.

‘I genuinely love this place so much!' Fatboy Slim's 100th Glastonbury set
Irreverent, bouncy and as suitable at 4am in a club as it is at 4pm in a field, the music of Fatboy Slim dovetails perfectly with Glastonbury. And the man himself, Norman Cook, seems to know it. This year's festival marked a big milestone: Cook has now played 100 Glasto sets – or thereabouts – over the years, popping up everywhere from vast stages to tiny tents. To document the occasion, Guardian photographer David Levene bedded in with the DJ for the weekend, while Cook explained why it holds such a special significance for him. It's not an exact science, it's a guesstimate. Thing is, I play so many shows, and so many of them are just like impromptu that we really don't know. So I think it'd be a bit much to really get the bells and whistles out. We think it's the Block9 show in the afternoon tomorrow – we think! But no candles, sadly. 'I'm very, very proud of my relationship with Glastonbury and my history with it and I'm lucky, because as a DJ, you can play multiple sets. Obviously, there's probably people who've been to more Glastonburys, but they've only played one show per festival – that's not going to get you into big high figures.' Fire it up! We'd never played in daylight before – we only ever played in clubs – and also we thought that Glastonbury was full of bearded hippies who would probably throw mud and bottles of piss out at us. So we went on quite nervous and quite agitated, but that was quite good in the Housemartins, channelling that aggression – we had the nice tunes, but there was a lot of aggression. We made an awful lot of friends, and it changed our view about Glastonbury. The only weird thing was me and Paul [Heaton] have both had fairly successful careers, but neither of us had managed to get back on the Pyramid stage for 38 years. Last year, Paul played the Pyramid stage and he phoned me up and said, 'Will you come on and do a song with us, just to celebrate?'' And it was a good theory. Obviously with CDJs, you can press reverse, but with the record, you have to physically rewind it. So I played Block Rockin' Beats, by the Chemical Brothers, pretty much at the right speed but backwards. And it worked. Everybody got the joke. It was just after Twin Peaks too, so everybody was like, dancing backwards to the music. What I forgot was that Ed from the Chemical Brothers was in the DJ booth with me, and he went, 'What are you doing?' I'm like, 'I want to see if they can dance backwards.' He's like, 'Oh, great!' Absolutely anything could happen, and sometimes it did. I much prefer the smaller stages to the big ones, but having said that, when we did the Park the other year, that felt pretty much like the perfect gig. We brought Rita Ora on – I don't normally do showbiz-y things like that. It's probably my favourite set.' Another set, this time at the Genosys stage Tweaking the faders at Genosys 'My son Woody is playing here this year, and it's just fabulous. My daughter's here, my ex wife [Zoe Ball] is here. We're all hanging out. It's beautiful. Woody came to Glastonbury when he was about eight, and it didn't go well for him or for me and Zoe. But when he started coming under his own steam, it's weird, because we didn't teach him anything, he just assimilated himself into the fabric of it and made all these friends the first year he went. He was built for Glastonbury: he's just got that energy, he wants to talk to everybody, he wants to change the world. Everybody keeps telling me how cool my son is or how mental my son is, sometimes both.' The crowd at Genosys, Block9 'As a festival, Glastonbury never sold out to the man. The Eavis family have kept it independent, which means they're in charge of the way it feels and the way it looks, and people respect that. There's nothing corporate that interferes and dictates, you know, and it's not about making money. The music business, especially when money comes in, it distorts your creative ideas and the feel of it and it becomes a money-making machine. But the Eavis family never sold out. They don't do it for money. They do it because they love watching this going on on their farm every year.' Next up: Shangri-La Having his stage wristband put on before performing at Shangri-La, by his video engineer Bob 'I genuinely love this place so much. I feel proud if I'm promoting the Glastonbury brand, or just being part of the furniture or just wandering around saying hello to everyone. Michael Eavis can't get around so much any more, but I was always so impressed about the fact that he would just spend the whole festival wandering, saying hello to everyone.' Lorde's latest 'love triangle': As singer's new partner leaves his girlfriend of six years, the scandalous rumours of star's past with Jack Antonoff and Lena Dunham are resurfaced by fans
From Fleetwood Mac to Eric Clapton, some of the best art has come out of messy love triangles - and Lorde, who has a new album out, is rumoured to have been embroiled in not one but two romantic feuds over the years. As the musician, 28, recently 'went public' with producer Jim E-Stack, 33, with the pair reportedly packing on the PDA at Glastonbury over the weekend, his ex Kacy Hill, 31, appeared to hint that he left their six-and-a-half-year relationship after working on the New Zealand singer's record. The savage dig was reminiscent of yet another amorous 'rivalry' between the Kiwi artist, industry mogul Jack Antonoff, 41, and his former girlfriend Lena Dunham, 39. But while all the parties have denied bizarre speculation that the Bleachers front-man cheated on Lena with Lorde, some dedicated fans are still convinced something happened - with one even creating a detailed PowerPoint to make their case. The document - which insisted that Lorde's album Meodrama (produced by Jack and recorded largely in the apartment-dash-studio he shared with Lena) offered an insight into the alleged 'affair' - went viral. In a series of rambles, it posited that Lorde and Jack got together in April 2016; just months before Jack and Lena's split in December 2017, after five years of dating. The slides also included a 'timeline', stating that Lorde and Jack met sometime around 2014 to 2015, whereas Jack and Lena are understood to have started their relationship around 2012. It summarised reports - made in January 2018, which claimed that Jack was 'seeing someone else', as per US Weekly - as well as the follow up that just one month later, he and Lorde were spotted looking cosy and hugging while strolling in her native Auckland, where his band was opening for Paramore. Speaking to The Cut in 2018, Lena praised user @buzzkillary, who was behind the project. 'Actually, I completely respect this girl, because she did a very good job and she was very funny,' she quipped - albeit admitting that 'it was so embarrassing'. 'It was awful because I felt like a weird... I don't think anything happened between them. I can never know someone else's life. I have never spoken to Ella [Lorde] about it,' she continued. 'We haven't talked since Jack and I broke up. It was awful, and I couldn't do anything about it except trust that what he was saying to me was true.' Jack and Lorde, meanwhile, have both rubbished rumours that anything romantic between them ever happened, both taking to social media that same year. 'Normally I would never address rumors but I resent having the most important friendships and working relationships in my life reduced to dumb hetero normative gossip,' the producer penned. 'Those relationships are deeply important and sacred. With that said, I'm not seeing anyone. lol.' 'Guys… Jack and I are not dating, for the last time,' Lorde also wrote on X. 'I love him, he's awesome, but we're not dating! Please!' In July 2021, Lorde went so far as to tell Ash London Live on Australia's Hit Network that she sees him as a 'platonic husband'. 'Jack's and my relationship is really deep and is like a marriage in some ways - a platonic marriage,' she explained. 'We're in it for life I think at this point. We've been very close for five or six years now. We don't seem to get sick of each other. But who knows, anything could happen.' Lorde set the record straight once again, a few months later, in an interview with The New York Times. She had hit back at the 'growing narrative' concerning her connection Jack following his involvement in her album Solar Power that year. The singer, whose real name is Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O'Connor, said it was 'insulting' and 'sexist' for critics to refer to Solar Power as 'a Jack Antonoff record'. 'I haven't made a Jack Antonoff record. I've made a Lorde record and he's helped me make it and very much deferred to me on production and arrangement,' she added. 'Jack would agree with this. To give him that amount of credit is frankly insulting.' Lorde then criticised the speculation surrounding her personal relationship with Jack, as well as the idea she's part of his so-called 'stable' of female collaborators. She called the discussion around the subject - which has also included speculation about the pair's romantic and sexual life - 'retro' and 'sexist'. Needless to say all seems to be history - as Jack married actress Margaret Qualley in 2023, while Lena wed musician Luis Felber in 2021. Lorde meanwhile, looks to have confirmed romance rumours with producer Jim E-Stack over the Glastonbury weekend. According to The Sun, the Teams hitmaker was spotted 'getting close with the musician on stage' after playing a surprise set at the Woodsies stage on Friday. It was also reported that the pair were seen 'with their arms around each other while they watched The 1975' and went on 'partying until well after 4am'. MailOnline contacted Lorde's representatives for a comment at the time. Amid the blossoming romance however, Jim's ex-girlfriend Kacy Hill - an American singer - appeared to throw shade as in a TikTok she revealed that her six-and-a-half year relationship came to an end when he started working with Lorde on her single Man Of The Year. 'Let's hear it for the man who ended a 6.5 year relationship while making a girl's album then started dating her,' she quipped. A source told the publication: 'Lorde is really happy with Jim after they bonded making the album. 'But there was no overlap and she was very respectful.' The Royals singer and Jim were previously linked in October 2024 when the pair were seen making a rare public outing in New York. At the time, Lorde wasn't been pictured with her music executive boyfriend Justin Warren since March 2023. The pair began fuelling rumours they are working on a new album together after Jim-E shared a photo of Lorde to Instagram in August. Last weekend at Glasto, he singer - who previously graced The Pyramid stage in 2022 - performed all of her biggest hits from Ribs to Green Light, as well as a rendition of her new album. Wearing her jet black hair down, Lorde sported an all-white look for the occasion consisting of a pair of straight leg jeans and a plain T-shirt. While belting out her lyrics, Lorde put her abs on full display as she lifted her T-shirt up to reveal her bra. Bob Vylan's Manchester gig cancelled after Glastonbury IDF chant controversy
Manchester Glastonbury Festival Bob Vylan's gig in Manchester has been cancelled after backlash surrounding their Glastonbury performance. The punk band was due to headline the Radar Festival at Victoria Warehouse on Saturday 5 July, but organisers confirmed in a social media post that they will no longer appear. It follows calls by the Jewish community for the gig to be scrapped after the rap punk duo used "appalling" discriminatory language during their Glastonbury Festival set. Lead singer Bobby Vylan, led crowds in chants of 'Free, free Palestine' and 'Death, death to the IDF' on Saturday, 28 May, which was live streamed on BBC iPlayer. The Jewish Representative Council of Greater Manchester & Region (JRC) urged the venue to call off the show, describing Bob Vylan's performance at Worthy Farm as "hate-filled". In a statement, a spokesperson said: "The fallout from his appalling, hate filled concert at Glastonbury has shocked the Jewish community. "Whilst appreciating the importance of artistic freedom, this individual now has a history of openly inciting violence against Jewish and Israeli people. UK Lawyers for Israel (UKLFI) also said it wrote to the Academy Music Group, owners of the Trafford Park venue, calling for the show to be cancelled, "given the risk that the punk duo would repeat their offensive display of antisemitic chants". It was announced on Monday, a police investigation into the incident is now underway. ITV News understands that Bob Vylan have been dropped by the Kave Fest festival in France, where they were due to perform on Sunday. They've also been banned from the US ahead of a tour later this year, with Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau announcing the decision to revoke their visas.
