Josh Allen shows his true colors after training camp interaction with service members
Allen is not only in the spotlight position as by far the biggest star on the Bills. He is also one of the elite names in the entire NFL, giving extra importance to every action he takes.
The critical moments of Tuesday's interaction sees Allen mobbed by fans asking him for an autograph. A dozen or so signatures in, the 29-year-old sees the four service members out of the corner of his eye.
After Allen finishes the autographs for the fans standing between himself and the service members, the signal caller removed his cap to give each one a firm handshake.
Allen can be seen saying something brief to each service member, who were also in line for an autograph, which was likely, 'Thank you.'
Allen then returned to the first service member in line and signed each of their items, before continuing on with his signatures.

The NFL and Bills' fan base has responded universally positive to Allen's gesture, with several comments like, 'That boy was raised right!!'
Allen is back in Western New York after a busy offseason that included getting married to actress Hailee Steinfeld and listing his California home, in a move believed to be connected with moving in with the 'Sinners' star or them buying a separate piece of real estate together.
His $8.5million bachelor pad in Dana Point, California is up for sale, a little more than a month after marrying actress Hailee Steinfeld.
The 'True Grit' actress and Buffalo Bills quarterback tied the knot in Montecito, California, about three hours north of where Allen currently lives in his four-bedroom, three-bedroom house close to the coastline.
Allen has owned the property, which he bought for $7.2million, per Realator.com, in 2023 and has spent most of his time away from Buffalo in the home this offseason.
Allen again enters the NFL season with huge expectations, as the Bills will be favorites to win the Super Bowl, with the pesky Kansas City Chiefs looming.

I have to warn you after watching 'heart-stabbing' Netflix film My Oxford Year
Netflix has just released a new film that has fan up in arms about its ending, questioning its classification as a rom-com – and I'm afraid to say, is also just a bit crap. Fans have swarmed social media to reveal they are 'speechless', 'devastated' and generally crying their eyes out over the movie, while others have taken it to task for being 'so boring' and leaving them 'feeling nothing' for any other characters. And I wholeheartedly agree. Not only does My Oxford Year take a very long time to introduce any stakes, but before we get there it's a painful watch for British fans not particularly interested in the film's tourist porn shots of the titular city and university. And while they do at least cast English actors in English parts (Corey Mylchreest, Dougray Scott, Catherine McCormack), some of the schmaltz could not more obviously point to American involvement – we just don't mix well with unnecessarily twinkling and dramatic music underscoring even the most mundane of teaching scenes. Obviously, they are reminding us that not everyone fatally ill looks or acts that way (and nor should they have to), but it's a clumsily made point when the film decides to give Mylchreest his first topless scene while receiving chemotherapy. And then they belatedly whack out the greyish face make-up for one scene later on. My Year at Oxford's ending reveals that Jamie does indeed die after catching a critical case of pneumonia, sharing the news surprisingly subtly as Anna lies in bed with Jamie, narrating the stops of the grand European tour they intended to go on. While the montage initially shows the couple happily together exploring Amsterdam, Venice, Paris and the Temple of Poseidon at Sounion in Greece, the camera then swings around to reveal Anna on her own taking the trip instead – and fine, yes, okay, I got a little burning behind the eyes at this, but it is not a high bar to pass for a film to manipulate me intro crying. It proved even more emotionally effective for others though. 'Did I finish the movie or did the movie finish me?' asked fan Agnes on X over My Oxford Year's traumatic conclusion. 'Thought I was signing up for a chill romantic movie with a few clichés. Instead, My Oxford Year wrecked me emotionally, stabbed me in the heart and walked away like nothing happened. That ending?? RUDE. Yeah. I'm not okay. Not even a little bit,' ranted user @_httpSea_, echoing a lot of the shocked reaction to the film. 'My Oxford Year is the biggest Trojan horse ever seen. I thought I was watching a silly romcom and I just got depressed with the ending of it,' tweeted @JENNIEDEMIE. 'Why did nobody warn me that it ended like that and why am I bawling over a movie I thought would be a cute and silly rom com,' complained Lily-Rose, while Mel shared: 'Netflix really thought the book My Oxford Year wasn't sad enough, so they proceed to change the ending to send us in therapy.' Critics have not been kind to My Oxford Year, with it sitting at a dismal 29% on review aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes at the time of publication. Collider criticised it for having the 'plot and character development out of a Wattpad novel written by a 15-year-old One Direction fan', while The New York Times called it 'a limp attempt at being this generation's About Time'. 'An uninspired yet competently assembled trifle,' mused The Guardian's two-star review, with critic Benjamin Lee saying the cancer twist will be 'met with a sigh of disappointment' for being so hackneyed. Other viewers agreed, with one saying it was 'pretty pointless' and another that it was 'worse than mediocre'. Noga E described it as 'a painful failure' in comparison to the book while Nina B complained: 'There's no spark, no soul – just two hours of hollow stares and fake chemistry.' 'It's as if A Walk to Remember and Me Before You had a very, very odd cousin that no one wants to hang out with,' added Teresita G. I knew what I was in for when the film mentioned how much it rains in the UK after barely a minute, and Carson began her narration as Anna by quoting poet Henry David Thoreau. Literature references are always the sign of an overly earnest film as you'd never catch a normal human going around quoting poetry, including out loud and at somebody (which also happens later in the film) to make a comparison, even if you were studying it at university (and I did). More Trending That sort of thing is far too intense and emotional, control yourself… which I guess may prove the film's point about British people being repressed and not wanting to talk about their feelings, which is what drives a wedge between Jamie and his father, played by Scott. ESPN reportedly selling equity stake for RedZone and other NFL properties
ESPN has reached a deal with the NFL to purchase RedZone, NFL Network and other league holdings, the Athletic reported on Friday. The NFL will receive equity in ESPN that 'is potentially worth billions' in exchange, according to the report. An official announcement is expected next week, ending a four-year period of complicated, on-and-off negotiations. Both sides declined to provide comment to the Athletic. In addition to RedZone and NFL Network, ESPN will gain access to seven more regular-season games and the NFL's fantasy football operations, as well as the potential to integrate sports betting and other special features. The NFL's equity stake in ESPN could be as much as 10%, CNBC first reported and the Athletic confirmed. An ESPN-NFL deal would require regulatory approval, a process that could take up to a year to complete. The two sides already have a cozy relationship. ESPN pays the NFL about $2.7bn per year to air a total of 25 games, including Monday Night Football. The network also holds the rights to the Super Bowls in 2027 and 2031. Friday's reported agreement comes as ESPN is preparing to launch its direct-to-consumer service, with subscribers paying $29.99 per month to bypass cable and satellite providers to view all of the network's programming through the ESPN app.

Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel joked that Tua Tagovailoa has been given an 'executive order' to avoid getting hurt after Donald Trump told the quarterback he 'has got to stay healthy'. The 27-year-old started only 11 games last season amid concerns over his health after several nasty concussions. There were fears that Tagovailoa might have to call time on his career but he is back and preparing to lead the Dolphins into the 2025 campaign. On Thursday, president Trump namechecked the quarterback at the White House. Trump butchered the pronunciation of Tagovailoa but said he 'has really been fantastic.' 'When he's not injured, he's great. He's got to stay healthy. But he's a great guy,' the president said. On Saturday, McDaniel addressed Trump's comments during Dolphins training camp, telling NFL Network: 'If I was concerned about how serious he was taking his part in staying healthy, I think he got an executive order last night to stay healthy, if I'm not mistaken.' He then praised his quarterback, adding: 'It's been cool to watch him really evolve into who he is on the national stage but more so, really in his own skin, be the true leader of the team. 'It's real and authentic and all he's done is - in a ton of noise - focus on the right stuff. So there's a lot of things that go into staying healthy but first and foremost you have to front-end prioritize and really acknowledge what you mean to the team. 'And, like in years past, he lives and embraces "control-ables" and is not afraid of any work. So guys respond to him.' The president, 79, hosted multiple professional athletes, including golfer Bryson DeChambeau and Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker, at the White House Thursday for an executive order signing that will reestablish the Presidential Fitness Test. A number of sports stars will form a newly-created council of to help with the reinstatement of the test, including Tagovailoa as well as Super Bowl winner Saquon Barkley. But Trump's attempt at praising the Dolphins passer was almost derailed when the president tripped over his last name, which is pronounced 'Tun-go-val-oa.' The Commander-in-Chief sounded out the last name of the signal caller, who is of Samoan descent, before butchering it anyway and pronouncing it 'Ta-go-valiah.' The Alabama product appears to be close to the president's extended family. Earlier this year, Tagovailoa and his former Dolphins teammate Braxton Berrios spent time with First Daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner. Ivanka, the eldest daughter of president Trump, shared photos of her family hanging out with the NFL stars, which included her son passing the pigskin around and playing chess with Tagovailoa.
