The girl in question told The Sun that she and Boris were exchanging texts a few years back, but coined him a 'player.'
She said: 'He seemed like a really nice guy at first, but soon after we started chatting everything had a sexual spin and didn't seem to be about getting to know me as a person.
'We never met even though he always promised that we would. He used to tell me he'd come and see me so we could go on dates, but it never happened. He really gave off player vibes.'
She continued to say: 'He is hot but he knows it and he knows he can get anyone he wants. Which is fine, but girls need to know he is definitely not interested in love.'
A representative of Boris responded to the claims when approached by The Sun, saying: "We refute these allegations as Boris has never had a serious girlfriend.
"Prior to Love Island he enjoyed the single life in both Ljubljana and Dubai before deciding to sign up for the show in the hope of finding love and a meaningful connection."
When asked about falling in love on reality TV, Boris told 24UR: 'I don't believe in it. I don't even think about it.'

He also stated that he did not approve of nudity in front of the cameras.
During his appearance on Kmetija, Boris described himself as 'communicative' and someone who 'swears by positive energy and laughter".
Following his Love Island debut, those familiar with his earlier TV stint rushed to a Reddit forum.
One wrote: "I actually watched him, he was super unlikable and in this interview before the show he says that he disapproves nudity in front of cameras + he doesn't believe in love in a reality show. He also got a lot more new tattoos while in Dubai."
Another added: "I'm embarrassed for my country, sorry guys! I heard he was bragging abot going on LI a while back and I said no waaaaay…
"Edit: I worked with him on a photoshoot once…not a thought behind those eyes."
Boris, who lives in Ljubljana, previously said he was single at the time of filming Kmetija.
In his pre-villa interview for Love Island, he vowed: "I'm gonna have to be the bad guy! That's the game.
"If I'm going in and there's someone beautiful waiting for me inside, I'm going to approach them for sure."
On who he's got his sights set on, Boris added: "I'm super attracted to Shakira, I think she's got a great personality and seems like a good girl.
"I'm sure we'd get along well and have a good time together, but I need to see in person, it's all about energy."

That's why fans were left shocked when she revealed that she had been given the chop by bosses. However, in a further blow, Steph has now admitted that she misses the friendships she once had with her fellow cast members. Speaking on the latest episode of the Secure The Insecure podcast, she said: "I did feel the quiet from the family that I once knew on the show. "No one's picking up the phone. No one's checking in. The couple narrowly avoided being dumped from the Love Island villa after Shakira and Ty chose to dump Tommy and Lucy - saving Harrison and Lauren and Conor and Emma. The pair seemed to celebrate their survival in the bedroom - with fans left 'disgusted' as Harrison asked Harry for a condom. As the Islanders settled down for the night, Harrison could be seen reaching over to Helena and Harry's bed via the night cam, as he asked: "Do you have a condom?" Harry and Helena could be seen in hysterics as Helena quickly pulled one out the drawer, with Harry passing it over. The couple then got under the covers, as the cameras panned to them kissing. However, fans were less than impressed, especially as Harrison stated he was continuing to talk to his ex partner, Toni. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan said: "Did Harry just pass a condom to Lauren and Harrison???! I didn't know I was watching too hot to handle," while a second shocked fan said: "I have never. In all my years seen someone ask for a condom on #loveisland. At the start of tonight's episode, the villa said goodbye to Tommy and Lucy after most compatible couple Shakira and Ty decided to dump them from the villa. It came after Ben and Andrada were told to immediately leave the villa last night when they received a text informing them they had been voted the least compatible couple. The pair met during Casa Amor - but Ben was recently left questioning his partners intentions as she also formed a connection with Dejon in the secondary villa.
