With Tuesday's earnings, the total box office collection now stands at Rs 27.45 crore. On Tuesday, Kannappa recorded an overall Telugu occupancy of just 14.13 per cent. On Monday, Vishnu Manchu took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a concerning update about Kannappa. The actor revealed that the film has become a victim of piracy, with over 30,000 illegal links already taken down. In a note, he wrote, 'Kannappa is under attack from piracy. This is heartbreaking. Piracy is theft — plain and simple. We don't teach our children to steal. Watching pirated content is no different. Please don't encourage it. Support cinema the right way." Kannappa was released in multiple languages — Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi — but it's the Telugu version that has performed the best so far at the box office. Kannappa is a big moment in Vishnu Manchu's career. It's already his highest-grossing film so far. His earlier releases like Ginna and Mosagallu didn't even manage to touch Rs 1 crore in their entire run.
