Among the notable additions are a professional boxer and a former WWE superstar, adding even more diversity to the competition.
According to the official logline, the season will explore the collapse of long-established alliances and the difficulty of relying on past experience. Players—both veterans and newcomers—must navigate an ever-evolving landscape of shifting loyalties, betrayals, and strategic uncertainty.
To introduce the cast, The Challenge: Vets and New Threats: Day Zero, a launch special, will air on July 23 at 8 p.m. ET on MTV and will also be available via MTV.com, VOD platforms, and the show's official YouTube channel. A companion podcast will also return, with new episodes dropping every Thursday.
The season is produced by Bunim/Murray Productions, with Julie Pizzi, Justin Booth, and Jacob Lane as executive producers.
