Who Should Watson Save: Adams or Stephens? Heading Into Finale, We Make the Cast Choose
And then, adding insult to illness, Moriarty's meddling also meant that there wasn't enough matter with which to create enough experimental serum for both brothers (thanks, Ingrid!). So by episode's end, Watson wrestled with the notion that his medicine would only be able to bring one Croft back from the brink.

'As someone who may or may not be in love with Stephens, I would definitely say 'Stephens,'' Inga Schlingmann, who plays Sasha, said immediately. 'So that's very biased, but also very honest.' (And if you saw Sasha and Stephens' sweet bedside admission of affection in last week's episode, can you blame her?)
Conversely, 'I have to pick Adams, because I live in Los Angeles, and I'm really into all the woo-woo s–t,' joked Eve Harlow, who plays Ingrid.
On a more upbeat note: As TVLine exclusively reported in April, the Season 1 finale also will introduce Tika Sumpter (The Haves and the Have Nots, One Life to Live) as Laila, a pediatric oncologist will catch Watson's eye.
But, back to the Crofts. To find out what Ritchie Coster, who plays Shinwell, and Peter Mark Kendall, who plays both ailing siblings, thinks about the matter, press PLAY on the video above.

‘Beyond the Gates' Unnerves Fans With Week Of Reruns; Originals To Return July 7
The good news is that Beyond the Gates has already created a rabid fan base. The bad news is that those fans don't appreciate a break in their stories. After five months of airing originals, CBS put the the sudser in repeats for the July 4 holiday week. At least the network didn't air any old reruns from the first daytime sudser to focus on a Black family; CBS chose to repeat the first five episodes from Gate's launch week in February. More from Deadline 'Beyond The Gates' Renewed For Second Season By CBS 'Beyond The Gates' Casts Tide & Febreze In Recurring Roles 'To Set The Vibe' 'Beyond The Gates' Unveils First Look At Keith D. Robinson As Ted In CBS Soap Given the evolving landscape in broadcast TV, not to mention the challenges of launching a soap these days, it's not particularly surprising that CBS would put the show into repeats. But week-long breaks are not exactly common for daytime dramas unless we're in the throes of a pandemic. Typically, the sudsers only break for a day. (The network declined comment). Creator Michele Val Jean has tried to be a voice of calm for fans on X. Before the week began, she wrote 'to those asking: preemption-rerun decisions are made way above my pay grae so no insight into that. The good news is the upcoming reruns are premiere week so those of you who missed it can catch up with how it all began.' A day later, Val Jean added, 'just want to say to our #BeyondTheGates peeps, I love your passion for the show. And I thank you for it.' On Wednesday, star Brandon Claybon (Martin Richardson) continued with, 'I know yall are upset. But enjoy the holiday week … we'll be back in no time!!' Anyone suffering significant withdrawals can find relief at tomorrow's Essence Fest, where popular stars Tamara Tunie (Anita Dupree) and Karla Mosley (Dani Dupree) will join EP Sheila Ducksworth for a panel discussion. And the sudser that follows attractive richies who live inside a fictional gated community called Fairmont Crest has already received a season 2 pickup. Paramount Plus slashes prices to $2 for two months
If you're looking for an affordable way to kick off your July 4th weekend, Paramount Plus has a deal worth checking out. Just in time for the July 17th premiere of the third season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, new subscribers can enjoy two months of Paramount Plus Premium (normally $12.99 per month) or Plus Essential (regularly $7.99 a month) for just $0.99 per month as part of the Summer Sale. Either deal includes all the features of the base Paramount Plus Essential plan, but the Paramount Plus Premium plan offers better value by providing extra perks at the same discounted price. Premium grants access to both Paramount Plus and Showtime, so you can stream Star Trek shows as well as Yellowstone prequels 1883 and 1923, Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Chi, Dexter, Billions, and Yellowjackets. The plan also includes a wide variety of acclaimed films, ranging from Love Me, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, and Gladiator 2, to classics like The Godfather and Pulp Fiction. Paramount Plus Premium grants you ad-free access to live sports as well as movies and shows from both platforms, including Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Yellowstone catalog, Star Trek shows, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Twin Peaks, Dexter, and more. What's more, Paramount Plus Premium will also let you livestream the upcoming 2025 NFL season, watch 24/7 live news from CBS News, and catch UEFA Champions League matches. And unlike the base plan, Premium is ad-free and allows you to download content to your mobile device for offline viewing, making it perfect for streaming on the go. Unfortunately, after the two month promotion period ends, prices return to normal: $12.99 per month for Paramount Plus Premium or $7.99 for Plus Essential. If you'd rather not pay for either, be sure to set a reminder to cancel. Sign up for Verge Deals to get deals on products we've tested sent to your inbox weekly.

The Boys Wraps Production on ‘Grand Finale' — When Will Season 5 Be Released?
That's a series wrap on The Boys! Production on the fifth and final season of Prime Video's satirical superhero saga concluded July 2, and series creator Eric Kripke took to Instagram to reflect on his last days on set. More from TVLine What to Watch in July: Your Guide to 170+ Premieres Across Broadcast, Cable and Streaming Every New Scripted Show Confirmed to Premiere in 2025 — Save the Dates! Select Prime Video Channels Are on Sale for $1/Month - Watch Starz, BET+, Paramount+, Hallmark+ and Others 'This is the last time I'll ever be on this set. It'll be torn down soon. It's bittersweet, but my primary feeling is gratitude,' the EP shared. 'We have the best cast, the best crew, the most fun story to write, and something that is impossible to predict: the right timing. You wait your whole career to have maybe two of those things, if you're lucky. We got all of them. To #TheBoys family: thank you, I love you all. To the fans: thanks for watching, can't wait for you to see the grand finale. That's a wrap.' Kripke's post was flooded by messages from the cast — including Jack Quaid, who commented: 'Love you dude. Thank you for literally everything.' Then there was Laz Alonso, who wrote, 'What a ride Krip! I can finally say I experienced lightning in a bottle,' while Valerie Curry said, 'Thank you for this once in a lifetime experience.' Fellow cast member Erin Moriarty also marked the end of production with an Instagram post of her own, writing in part, 'The tears have begun…. I said goodbye to most of my work family today and I'll be ready to smile about it when I'm ready to smile about it. To my Boys fam: love you, c*nts. forever.' View this post on Instagram A post shared by Eric Kripke (@erickripke1) On June 11, 2024, Kripke announced that The Boys would end with Season 5 — a final batch of episodes that will reunite Supernatural trio Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins. 'The truth is we knew that it was going to be a five-season story for years now,' Kripke told TVLine shortly after the final-season announcement. 'I mean, probably since writing the beginning of Season 3, we knew, and so we were already laying down track that was always heading in this direction. Honestly, [Amazon has] been great about letting us end it on our own terms. I'm really grateful.' The Boys Season 5 does not yet have a release date, though it is expected to premiere in 2026. In the interim, college-set spinoff Gen V will return for Season 2 on Wednesday, Sept. 17. As previously reported, Ackles and Aya Cash (who plays Stormfront) will headline the prequel spinoff Vought Rising. A Spanish-language spinoff set in Mexico City is also in development.
