Nikki Garcia doesn't want to date following Artem Chigvintsev divorce

Nikki Garcia isn't interested in dating following her split from Artem Chigvintsev.
The 41-year-old WWE star and the Dancing With the Stars professional divorced after two years of marriage last year but she isn't in a rush to find love again as she focuses on caring for her son Matteo, four, and her career in the ring and on TV.
Speaking to her twin sister Brie Garcia on their The Nikki and Brie Show podcast, Nikki said: "At his age right now, I get so much love that I realise this is all the love I need and want right now."
The Total Divas star explained that she has been on "a few" dates since her divorce but is refusing to "waste time and energy" looking for a new man.
Nikki explained: "I was like, 'I'm not even going to waste time and energy.' I'm just too tired."
She added: "I have Teo and I do career, Teo and career, so that's where I'm at."
Nikki and Artem split last year after a row that saw the police called to their home and claims that she was seen as the "villain" in the divorce as she questioned the double standards of how men and women are portrayed by the media.
In a preview from her appearance on Kristin Cavallari's Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour obtained by E! News, she said: "I think they make me, like, more of a villain than I am."
Kristin - whose own marriage to Jay Cutler ended in 2022 - added: "Of course, you're a woman."
Both Nikki and Brie believe that their jobs as professional wrestlers means that the pair are considered to be tougher than they actually are.
Nikki said: "I feel like when you're badass women and you kick a** in a ring, people just assume you're not empathetic.
"It's like we could go kick so much a** and, yeah, I'll pick a guy out in the crowd. I'll body slam you right now. I can do it... 'I'll pay for your hospital bill."
Brie agreed: "Because we're pro wrestlers and all these things, we can come off so hard and tough."
Nikki added: "I think that's the biggest misconception."
The star also suggested that her WWE persona was used against her during her legal battle with Artem.
Nikki said: "People bring up like, 'Well I don't know, 2017, your character in the ring.... I'm like, 'That's not real. I was playing a villain.' I was playing a character and they all think I'm that person. I mean, I heard it in court through the divorce. Because I was a strong woman, a pro wrestler."

Dwayne Johnson finally hugs Jelly Roll years after his music helped him through 'hard' time

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has thanked Jelly Roll for helping him through a "very hard" time. The WWE legend turned Hollywood megastar has shared a video of the moment he finally met and hugged the Only hitmaker, whose song "moved" him around 2017 when he was "struggling" with his mental health. Alongside a video of the pair hugging and saying they loved each other, The Rock wrote: "A brotherly hug almost 10 years in the making... "Several years ago (roughly 2017) I was going through a very hard thing at the time, I was struggling. "My mental wellness turned into my mental hellness. Many of you know the drill, you put on 'the face,' show up to work, smile and get through it. "Perhaps not the healthiest thing to do, but it's what I was used to doing at the time. "Then a song came on through my headphones one morning on a random shuffle playlist. 'Only' from Jelly Roll. The lyrics rocked me. Hard core." In the emotional song, Jelly - who is also a huge WWE fan - sings: "What if the darkness inside of me has finally taken my soul?/What if the angels in heaven were sent to take me home? "Would they fight through the demons that I have in my life?/Lord, I'm believing eventually see the light." The Fast and Furious actor recalled how he was moved "so much" that he got in touch with the singer at the time, and shared how "this song of yours is helping me through some stuff I'm dealing with". and that he "just called to say thank you". He continued: "Our bond was born." When the pair finally met in person recently, Dwayne gave Jelly a gift which he admitted might seem "insignificant to the world", but would mean a lot to Jelly. He gave the singer an old postcard of the former Alamo Plaza motel in South Nashville, where Jelly is from. Dwayne explained: "When I was 15yrs I was forced (family was evicted) to leave Hawaii and make it to Nashville to live with my dad. "That didn't work out so I wound up living with a stranger in this little spot on Murfreesboro Road that has since been torn down and no longer there. "Downtown Bruno was that stranger's name and to this day, he's one of my best and most special friends. Just like Jelly. A very special friend." In the Instagram video, Jelly admitted that the postcard - which was signed by The Rock - "is real old school Nashville history". Dwayne added in the caption: "Every once in a while we all get sliced up by life, but it's amazing to see what kind of blessings and people that God and the universe will put in our lives to help us heal through our pain."

Huge blow for Channel 10 as 10 News+ attracts less viewers than The Project

Don't miss out on the headlines from TV. Followed categories will be added to My News. Network 10 received yet another disappointing blow after it's replacement for The Project scored less viewers in its timeslot than the axed show regularly attracted. 10 News+ had received an intense marketing blitz over the last two weeks as the network made its bid to win over new viewers with their promise of putting 'the truth first'. Sadly for Network 10, that promise wasn't enough to win over viewers, with a mere 291,000 tuning in on Monday evening. To put those numbers into perspective, 7News attracted 1.5 million viewers, with 9News close behind with 1.45 million. 10 News+ failed to attract many viewers on Monday night. Picture: 10 X SUBSCRIBER ONLY What really rubs salt in the wound is that the final episode of The Project scored almost 500,000 viewers on Friday evening. After shedding almost half its audience, it remains to be seen whether the network's gamble of cancelling The Project was the right decision. Viewers delivered their verdict on social media on Monday evening, with many labelling 10 News+ a 'Temu ACA'. 'You replaced the project with a Temu ACA not seeing @theprojecttv is incredibly depressing. 10news+ sucks!' remarked one viewer. The show attracted less viewers than The Project. Picture: 10. Another complained about the format of the new show, tweeting: 'Please no more long investigation reports it's 6pm! Much too heavy, much too serious, American looking set and awkward presentation.' 'This is proper @Channel7 style commercial JUNK. It's like watching a cross between Fox News and Anchorman. Why the silly news voices!? questioned another disgruntled viewer. One however, praised the show's lead story on convicted drug smuggler Debbie Voulgaris, who gave an exclusive interview from a Taiwan prison. 'Loving 10 news +, strong launch story. Is this the new Schapelle Corby story we all need to know about. 10 news should be very proud,' they wrote. Another added: 'That was a decent first show'. The news show's interview with the Prime Minister also sparked some viewer backlash, with journalists Denham Hitchcock and Amelia Brace being called out for their interviewing techniques, which saw the PM interrupted multiple times. 'Some ridiculous questions and hectoring tone from both hosts in this very disappointing interview with the PM,' ranted one. 'You replaced #theprojecttv for this tabloid junk? I'm turning this off!' complained another. 'This is trash, so dry and bland. Time for the project 2.0 and a game show in a prime time slot up against Home and Away. Good luck!' tweeted a third unimpressed viewer. While a fourth added: 'Oh dear. I thought I would give 10 News Plus a go. I feel like we have regressed 20 years!'
