Jacqueline Jossa celebrates anniversary with Dan Osborne after marriage woes
Soap star Jacqueline Jossa celebrated her wedding anniversary with her husband Dan Osborne at a five-star hotel in London this week. The EastEnders cast member shared a series of photos from the special occasion.
Jacqueline, 32, and reality TV star Dan, 33, got married back in 2017, with their eighth wedding anniversary having been today. It comes after it was announced in March that they had split up, with them said to have been working on their relationship since then.
Fans have been given an insight into their celebrations on Instagram this week. Jacqueline shared a series of photos on the platform from an apparent night away with Dan, having stayed in a suite at the hotel Pan Pacific London. She wrote in a round-up post: "24 hours in London Town."
One photo showed Dan looking out over the city from their room as the sun set in the background. Jacqueline wrote in the caption: "Happy 8th wedding anniversary." She included a teary-eyed emoji and another of hands in a heart shape.
Others showcased a bouquet, which included roses, that she had seemingly received for their anniversary. Jacqueline held up the flowers in one photo, whilst another showed the bunch on a table alongside a personalised bottle.
The bottle appeared to feature a photo of Jacqueline and former the Only Way is Essex star Dan enclosed in a heart shape. The personalised label featured red hearts and a message on the front of it read: "Cheers to you beautiful".
One photo showed Jacqueline posing beside the bouquet in a selfie. Above a mirror behind her was a sign about the family, which referenced them and their children, including Dan's son Teddy. It read: "Daniel [heart] Jacqueline. Teddy, Ella & Mia. When we have each other, we have everything."
Jacqueline also shared a photo today of herself holding a cup of coffee in the suite. She wrote: "Perfect morning." She also gave her followers glimpses at the inside of the room in other photos that she shared on the platform. Whilst another photo showed her view inside a bar in the city.
Dan shared one of the photos that Jacqueline posted, which showed her holding the bouquet, on his own page. He marked the special occasion in his caption, writing in a message to his wife: "Happy Anniversary [Jacqueline]."
Their anniversary comes just months on from the news in March that Jacqueline and Dan had parted ways, following speculation about the prospect. It was reported at the time that Dan had moved out of the home they shared.
A statement about their separation stated that their two children Ella, ten, and Mia, six, remain their "top priority". It read: "[They] are handling things privately, choosing to keep their lives and relationship out of the public eye. They kindly ask for respect and privacy as they navigate this together.
"Their children remain their top priority, surrounded by love and care from both parents - something that will never change. Above all, Jacqueline and Dan have each other's and their children's best interests at heart. There will be no further comment."
There was later speculation that Jacqueline was trying to "save" the marriage and weeks after the news of the split, they were said to have enjoyed a "make or break" holiday with their family in a bid to rekindle their relationship.
A source told the Mirror at the time Jacqueline and Dan were "trying to fall back in love with each other again". They said: "They've had a rocky, up and down relationship so now they're trying to do things differently and give each other more space at home, while enjoying this holiday."
The source added: "Jacqueline and Dan want to be together for their children and do want to be a family, but now it's a case of remembering why they were together in the first place. It's been a tough road and they know things need to change to make this work."

Rylan Clark's ongoing heartbreak after divorce as he battles 'sharp pain'
Rylan Clark has opened up about his divorce from ex Dan Neal and his struggles years after separation. Getting over a relationship can be extremely difficult, it's a mountain range of emotions on a stormy sea as both parties deal with their emotions and attempt to heal following the split. Whether or not marriage was involved, the end of a relationship often leaves both individuals wrestling with grief, confusion and the task of healing. This was one topic former X Factor contestant Rylan Clark explored with his guest Vanessa Williams on his podcast 'Rylan: How to Be In Love', during which they shared their personal romantic experiences. Rylan was married to Dan Neal for six years, from 2015 to 2021. Whilst The Devil Wears Prada musical star Vanessa has been married three times, the Express reports. Her marriages include Ramon Hervey II, followed by Rick Fox, and most recently Jim Skrip. Interestingly both Rylan and Vanessa shared a similar timeline in one of their marriages, with Vanessa marrying Jim in 2015 and divorcing in 2021, the same years as Rylan's marriage. Reflecting on the experience, Rylan admitted he wouldn't want to go through a divorce again, describing the emotional toll as deeply painful. "I've had to do it once, and once was enough for me," he confessed. "You still get that weird sharp pain every now and again." The 36 year old continued: "It'll be something so stupid like, 'Oh that glass looks like...' and it's, like, that little. I couldn't imagine going through that twice. I don't know how I'd fare." Rylan has previously opened up about his marriage to Dan, with the BBC Radio 2 presenter sharing the emotional toll of his marriage ending. Rylan met Dan whilst on set for Big Brother's Bit on the Side, when Dan was giving his eviction interview in 2013. The pair hit it off instantly, with Rylan previously revealing to the Guardian in 2019, that he knew Dan was the one from their first kiss. He said: "The first one I had with my husband Dan in late 2013. I just knew." Their marriage came to an end in 2021, with Rylan admitting his infidelity was the reason for their split. He revealed in his 2022 memoir that he had been unfaithful years before and decided to confess in May 2021, not expecting that Dan would leave him. On the same podcast with Vanessa, Rylan delved deeper revealing how the breakdown of his marriage affected his romantic life in unexpected ways. He admitted: "I have found that, since the breakdown of my marriage, if I've gone on any dates or started seeing people, when I've had sex with them, I lose interest pretty quickly." "I actually got pretty worried about a year or two ago, because I thought, hang on a minute, I don't remember this from BM, I call it, before marriage." "I don't remember having sex with someone, or orgasming with someone, climaxing, and then after that thinking, 'Oh, I'm just not bothered now'."

EastEnders' Ross takes action to cover up Joel's crimes as he makes discovery
EastEnders' Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw) takes shocking action to cover up his twisted son Joel Marshall's (Max Murray) latest crimes next week after he makes a shocking discovery. Since arriving in Walford with Ross and his dad's partner Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) earlier this year, Joel has been at the centre of a dark incel plot. After it was revealed he had previously upskirted one of his classmates back in Australia, Joel recorded himself and Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) having sex without her consent. Since then, the teenager has sexually harassed a passenger on the tube and has also been seen watching videos from a misogynistic influencer online. In scenes to air on the BBC soap next week, Joel's behaviour continues to worsen after Ross has to tell him the news that his mum is getting remarried. Reeling from the update, Joel slips out and heads to The Vic to hang out with his friend Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall), but it's not long before Joel leads him astray and the pair steal drinks from the barrel store. Ross and Vicki, and Kat and Alfie Moon (Jessie Wallace and Shane Richie) are furious when they find the pair, but Joel lashes out with a derogatory outburst at Kat, leaving the parents aghast. Ross later makes another attempt to get through to Joel about his behaviour, and they bond when Joel shares a video from the influencer that he's been following, which Ross wrongly perceives as innocent. Shortly afterwards, however, Ross makes a worrying discovery on Joel's laptop and destroys it. What has Ross uncovered? Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? More Trending While Ross is heartened after confiding in Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) about his parenting woes, his hopefulness is short-lived when Joel shows his true colours once again, this time in front of punters at The Vic. EastEnders' Natalie Cassidy 'bricking it' as she admits weakness ahead of new TV show
Former EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy, whose character Sonia Fowler left Walford in April, is among the contestants on the new series of Cooking with the Stars Former EastEnders cast member Natalie Cassidy has been "bricking it" over her latest TV project, which is scheduled to launch later this weekend. The actor has teased that she pushed herself out of her comfort zone for the experience. Natalie, 42, announced earlier that year that she would be leaving the BBC soap opera. Her character Sonia Fowler, who first appeared in 1993, then left Walford in scenes that aired back in April, with her seen embarking on a new life abroad with her two children and her sister Bianca Jackson. Following her departure, it was revealed that Natalie will appear on the new series of ITV 's Cooking with the Stars and she's spoken about feeling nervous ahead of the launch. It comes after Channel 4 breaks silence after Gogglebox couple suddenly dumped from show. Natalie, who has been mentored by professional chef Tony Singh for the show, said that she "loves" cooking at home. The actor however spoke to WhatToWatch recently about how the experience differed from that. She recalled having used vegetable stock instead of vegetable oil while practising at home. Natalie continued by telling the outlet: "Usually I'm cooking with a glass of wine with the radio on, leisurely doing a bit of washing and talking to the kids, but this is a completely different ball game." Natalie said: "You have a recipe and you don't have any time to think about it at all." Teasing over one of Sonia's job on EastEnders, she said: "This is not the cafe on Albert Square, I need to produce high-end grub and I'm bricking it!" She also shared that she signed up for the show to expand her culinary abilities, revealing that her "staples" include roast dinners and spaghetti. Natalie said they are "good basics" but wanted to learn more about herbs, spices and different cultures through the competition show. The former soap star said that she wanted to "impress" her two children in the kitchen. Natalie teased that she also hoped to learn where the chefs "go to eat," saying that she wants to get a list of restaurants and "hidden gems". Whilst speaking to the outlet, Natalie revealed her strengths and weaknesses when it comes to the competition element of Cooking with the Stars. The show sees celebrities go head-to-head in the kitchen before being judged. Natalie said that being "organised" is among her strengths. She shared her dislike for "lateness," adding that she's "very aware of time" which she hoped would prove beneficial on the show when it comes to timings over her cooking. She then admitted that her weakness is "the chopping side of things". Natalie told the outlet that loved ones will often offer to take over chopping items if next to her in the kitchen because the actor is an "Awkward Annie".
