Trinny London expands its beauty range with multipurpose illuminator
Trinny Woodall has proved she is a force to be reckoned with as her namesake multi-million pound beauty label, Trinny London, continues to expand.
Some may be familiar with the BFF SPF30 cream, the Bounce Back peptide moisturiser, Take Back Time eye cream, or the multipurpose make-up stick Trinity, which launched earlier this year. But the fun doesn't stop there, as Trinny London is set to add to its beauty collection next month.
Trinny London is set to launch another multipurpose beauty essential in the form of the Miracle Halo. Now the name doesn't give away much, other than it's a miracle product, but we already knew that about Trinny London.
The Miracle Halo is the ultimate illuminator, which aims to leave your skin glowing in an instant. Now the title makes sense, right?
The multipurpose stick functions as a highlighter to illuminate the skin in an instant. The featherlight texture buffs into the skin effortlessly and leaves the skin glowing. Available in four shades, including Sunlight, Firelight, Candlelight and Starlight. Set to launch on 3rd July. Buy Now
The Miracle Halo is a product we never knew we needed until we got wind of its benefits and how easy it is to use. The upcoming release can be applied on its own for a natural dewy complexion, layered over your make-up on the high points of your face for an added boost, or mixed in with your moisturiser or foundation for a happy medium between a no make-up make-up look.
Speaking about her latest creation, Trinny shared: 'This is the next best thing to that do-not-
disturb glow. I use Miracle Halo on its own, mixed with my moisturiser or coverage products such as BFF All Day foundation. It's perfect for that shot of luminosity.'
The Miracle Halo is a weightless texture when applied on the skin, but it achieves an instant glow – and we don't mean an iridescent or pearlescent finish. More Trending
The genius stick form makes it easy to apply to direct areas of the face, but also take with you travelling, which we all know is a huge headache when you have to decant your favourite products into a pesky 100ml container.
The Miracle Halo is available in four illuminating shades, including Starlight, which is a soft cool champagne tone, Candlelight that is a natural pink hue, Sunlight for a honey gold finish, and Firelight that is a bronze tone.
A little goes a long way with this product, plus it is longlasting too, which is ideal for the beauty minimalists and those seeking simple fuss-free products.
The Miracle Halo is set to launch on 3rd July and retail for £32. So clear your diaries, you've got shopping to do!

Star Wars actor Kenneth Colley dies aged 87 after 'contracting Covid'
Star Wars star Kenneth Colley has died at the age of 87, his agent of 10 years has confirmed to Metro. The English actor, most famous for his role as Admiral Piett in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, died from pneumonia after contracting Covid, on Monday June 30 in Ashford, Kent. In a statement to Metro, his agent Julian Owen said he was admitted to hospital after a fall with an injured arm, however he 'quickly' contracted Covid which developed into pneumonia. 'He passed away peacefully with friends at his bedside,' Julian said. With over 150 TV and film acting credits to his name, aside from his Star Wars role, Colley portrayed Jesus in Monty Python's Life of Brian and Ken Uttley in 13 episodes of 90s show Moving Story. Colley, whose career spanned over 60 years in film, television and theatre, also portrayed eccentric characters in Ken Russell films, and the Duke of Vienna in Shakespeare's Measure for Measure for the BBC. The big international breakthrough came for Colley in 1980 when he was asked by George Lucas to play Admiral Piett. This led to parts in many big international productions such as Clint Eastwood's Firefox and the Second World War series War and Remembrance. Colley's favourite role was playing Estragon in the stage production of Samuel Beckett's classic Waiting for Godot at the Cockpit Theatre in London in 2014. For his part in the Star Wars universe, Colley enjoyed conventions and official fan events all over the world. Taking to Facebook, Alliance Agents also shared: 'With great sadness I need let everyone know that our lovely client and friend Ken Colley passed away on Monday after a short illness. He was 87.' The statement added: 'Ken loved attending conventions and meeting the fans. He travelled all over the world yet could never quite grasp why everyone wanted his autograph. He was a very humble man with an incredibly dry wit. Ken loved his garden, art, cars and the occasional Porn Star Martini. More Trending 'His wife Mary died several years ago, since then he has been looked after by his friend Lynn. Ken lived in Hythe in Kent. 'It has been a pleasure representing Ken over the years. He wasn't just a client, but also a friend.' Fans have taken to social media to pay tribute, as @NoZoup wrote: 'Man… I'm gutted today. Learned Ken Colley passed way. Admiral Piett is one of my favorite SW characters and favorite officer along with Veers.' Nicolas Holmes said: Aww that's really sad Ken was a lovely fellow. I just watched him yesterday being Jesus in 'Life of Brian' – probably the 100th time I've seen it! Thank you Ken and May the Force be with you, always.' Got a story? Wimbledon allow players to break strict rule after tragic Diogo Jota death
Wimbledon will allow players to break the strict all-white dress code at the All England Club following the tragic death of Diogo Jota. The Liverpool and Portugal forward was killed in a car crash in the early hours of Thursday morning. The accident, which took place in the Spanish province of Zamora, took the life of 28-year-old Jota and his 25-year-old brother Andre Silva. In a statement, Liverpool said they were 'devastated' at the 'unimaginable loss' of a player they signed in 2020. Some tennis players will be keen to pay their respect to Jota at Wimbledon and have been given permission to wear black armbands on court by All England Club officials. Wake up to find news on your club in your inbox every morning with Metro's Football Newsletter. Sign up to our newsletter and then select your team in the link we'll send you so we can get football news tailored to you. Wimbledon has arguably the strictest dress code of any sporting event, with competitors told they 'must be dressed in suitable tennis attire that is almost entirely white* and this applies from the point at which the player enters the court surround.' The guidelines, which were set in 1963, even specify that 'white' does not include off-white or cream. But players have been told they are allowed to pay tribute to Jota with black armbands on court. Portuguese star Francisco Cabral is expected to do so in his next round match. More Trending Eight-time champion Roger Federer was once reprimanded for wearing trainers with orange soles and ordered to change his footwear for his next match. Andre Agassi, meanwhile, boycotting the tournament for three years in a row because of the strict dress code. One recent change to Wimbledon's strict dress code came in 2023 when female players were given permission to wear coloured shorts under white tennis skirts to reduce fears around their menstrual cycles. TV fans can now binge all 6 episodes of 'thrilling' action series
Warning: Spoilers for Ironheart, you have been warned… Looking for something to watch now you've binged The Bear and seen off Squid Game? Well, you're in luck! Six episodes of an incredible new action show are available to watch now on Disney Plus. The show is called Ironheart and it's the latest chapter in the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe. Now, if you're a fan of the MCU, you'll no doubt know what Ironheart is about, but if you're not up to date on what's happening on Earth-616, allow me to explain. Set after the events of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Ironheart follows genius gadgeteer Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne) as she teams up with the mysterious Parker Robbins (Anthony Ramos) in the hope of scraping together enough cash to build a new suit of Iron Man-style armour. However, Parker isn't what he seems, and before long, Riri finds herself torn between the mystical and the mechanical. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video When the series first dropped, there was an outpouring of celebration from fans who were thrilled by Riri's adventures. On Reddit, CharlesFluidSmith said, '[The] show is fantastic. Can say without hyperbole, it's my favourite Disney+ show.' AdRevolutionary4061 was similarly enthusiastic about Riri's adventures, posting 'Loving this show a ton already!', a feeling echoed by saintnick524, who wrote, 'This show is amazing!! I really enjoy it.' It was Xekshek33 who perhaps put it best, however, when they wrote: 'This show is a banger'. The delight wasn't exclusive to Reddit either. On X, @jjmastermind claimed: 'I'm hooked and there [are] only 3 episodes/one week left'. @captaincupkicks meanwhile said: 'I LOVED the first 3 episodes of #Ironheart! It's a gorgeous show with fun action, real stakes, and an exciting take on legacy… Can't wait to see the rest next week!' @KeyWatkins51299 felt similarly, adding: 'The first 3 episodes of #Ironheart were truly something iconic…This is a truly unique MCU series, and I am loving it so far. Can't wait for next week.' Metro's own Zac Haniff sat down with Ironheart executive producer Ryan Coogler to get the latest on the MCU … Everyone knows that the MCU is building to the Secret Wars, but Marvel Studios already has an eye on the future and the end of the Multiverse Saga. And do you know what's coming next? Why it's Marvel's merry mutants, the X-Men of course! More excitingly, plans are already in the works for the film with Ryan telling Metro that Jake Schreier (who just made Thunderbolts) will direct the X-Men reboot. Let's hope Ryan had permission from Marvel head honcho Kevin Feige to tell us that… Since then, however, the show's won over more and more fans, especially in the back half of the season, where Marvel finally introduced a highly anticipated villain. In the final episodes, we met the devilish Mephisto – the Marvel Universe's Satan stand-in – played by Sacha Baron Cohen, and it's fair to say he left one hell (pun intended) of an impression on viewers. 'Arghhh, Human Mephisto in Ironheart… this just became top 3 Marvel TV!!! #Ironheart,' wrote @Onlykayoo on X. [We're finally getting Mephisto,' added @tonisattorney. 'We're so back and I will be expecting a season 2.' More Trending Meanwhile, @paullydoughnuts declaredthat 'Ironheart was a good show, better than most of the shows they have been making… 100% better than WandaVision.' If that doesn't convince you to watch the show, you might be pleased to hear that Ironheart currently has a rather robust 86% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes. Sadly, the audience score is a lot lower at just 53% but it's worth noting the series was review-bombed before it was released, making that measure a little unreliable. Ironheart is available to watch now on Disney Plus. Got a story?
