Made-in-Islamabad terror toys proving terrible for tenets of Islam: Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi

1 2 times news network Prayagraj: Former Union cabinet minister and senior BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Sunday made a scathing attack on Pakistan, saying that "Made-in-Islamabad terror toys are proving terrible for tenets of Islam and a tragedy for the neighbouring country." Naqvi was in the city on Sunday to attend a Muharram programme at his native Bhadari village. Talking to reporters, Naqvi said that "bulldozing the beasts of barbarity" is necessary to keep the country and humanity safe. Naqvi said that the bravehearts of the Indian armed forces damaged, destroyed and dismantled the "territory of terrorism" and gave such a punishment that will be remembered for generations by the "manufacturers of terror toys". Praising the central govt, Naqvi said the Narendra Modi govt is carrying forward the glorious journey of good governance with continuity and commitment to "Iqbal" (authority), "Imaan" (integrity), and "Insaaf" (justice). This is for the first time after Independence that a non-Congress govt at the Centre is setting records of good governance and success on all fronts with stability and that too without any "Congress' remote and support. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like One of the Most Successful Investors of All Time, Warren Buffett, Recommends: 5 Books for Turning... Blinkist: Warren Buffett's Reading List Click Here Undo " This is the reason behind the frustration and bitterness of the "feudal clan". Attacking the Congress and Samajwadi Party, Naqvi said that rival political camps are engaged in a "drive of deception", but the people are repeatedly defeating their arrogance on the "political pitch". The reason behind the "failures of the frustrated fraternity is their foolishness to consider democracy as the Disneyland of the defaulter dynasty". Naqvi said be it Modi, CM Yogi Adityanath or any other BJP-ruled state, they have never discriminated against Muslims in terms of development, irrespective of the fact that most Muslims displayed stinginess in voting for the BJP for a long time. "The time has come when we have to get rid of this mood of intolerance and untouchability against the BJP. The BJP is the reality of the country, and ignoring it is not good for the country and the Muslims. We will have to put a shutter of trust on the gutter of fear and confusion," he said. Cautioning people, Naqvi said, "We will have to be cautious about the communal infection of the so-called pseudo-secular syndicate, who have a history of playing communalism card while wearing the veil of secularism. Those who want to become feudal without fiefdom and landlord without land are trying to paint the BJP as a villain only to block the inclusion of Muslims into the mainstream political and development process. " The senior BJP leader also said that by defeating "political untouchability towards the BJP and political intolerance towards Modi Ji", India is witnessing a golden period of Constitutional reforms and inclusive empowerment for the welfare and prosperity of the people. Revolutionary and visionary economic, cultural, social, educational, administrative, electoral, health, and agricultural reforms under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi have made India a credible global brand of inclusive reforms and good governance.

'This is sick': Jewish advocacy group slams Zohran Mamdani for sharing video mocking Hanukkah

Zohran Mamdani has been accused of mocking Hannukah. Stop Antisemitism, the Jewish advocacy group, blasted Democratic New York City mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani for sharing a video mocking Hanukkah. The video was shared last year but it went viral as Mamdani is dominating headlines after his surprise victory in the primary. Some false claims were made over the video saying Mamdani, who was a rapper before his plunge into politics, was featured in the video. But he was not in the video and shared it on Hanukkah. Mamdani had posted the video in December 2024, adding the caption, "Happy 3rd night of Hanukkah from Astoria and Long Island City." The video originates from the 2015 parody album "Punjabi Christmas Album Hits" from the Geeta Brothers, a side project of Sikh-Canadian musician and comedian Jus Reign. Mamdani posted another video from the same album on Christmas Eve, this one based on "Jingle Bells." "Wishing you all a very merry Christmas from Astoria and Long Island City," he wrote at the time. — StopAntisemites (@StopAntisemites) "Zohran Mamdani posts Indian men cosplaying Jews, spinning dreidels and lighting the menorah," Stop Antisemitism wrote in a statement on X. "Our holidays and traditions are sacred and not for your comedic pleasure, Zohran Mamdani – this is sick," the group added, tagging the mayoral candidate. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 5 Books Warren Buffett Wants You to Read In 2025 Blinkist: Warren Buffett's Reading List Undo Mamdani has been accused of antisemitism during his campaign as well as he refused several times to recognize Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state. During a primary debate, he said he believed Israel has a right to exist. "As a Jewish state?" he was asked. "As a state with equal rights," Mamdani said. "I'm not comfortable supporting any state that has a hierarchy of citizenship on the basis of religion or anything else," he explained later. StopAntisemitism founder Liora Rez said last week that electing Mamdani mayor would not only be "catastrophic" for Jewish residents, but all who reside in the city. "If Zohran Mamdani was elected as mayor, it would be hands down catastrophic for Jewish residents of New York City," Rez said. "And we would even take it a step further where citizens of New York City in general, due to his very troubling stances on socialism, would greatly suffer as well."
