Pop singer and actress Holly Valance appeared keen to quietly prove that she is indeed back in the singles community following shock news she is to divorce billionaire husband Nick Candy
Holly Valance has been spotted out without her wedding ring on following the news she is to divorce billionaire property tycoon Nick Candy. The 42-year-old pop singer has been married to the 52-year-old businessman since 2012 and they are parents to daughters Luka, 11, and Nova, seven.
Over the weekend, it was revealed the couple have decided to call time on their marriage - while sources close to the couple revealed they separated a year ago. Now Holly has been spotted out and about with no wedding band to be seen on her hand.

The mum-of-two was spotted at Heathrow's Terminal 5 in London on Saturday night, casually dressed in jeans and a black top. She had a designer cardigan draped on her shoulders and carried a large Dior tote bag and wheeled suitcase.

With her hair loose around her shoulders and hidden behind large sunglasses, the pop singer looked as thought she were as dressed down as possible to avoid drawing attention. However, images captured of the singer seemingly showed her making it clear to all that she was keen to broadcast her new marital status.
The Daily Mail published snaps that showed Holly walking with her left hand held prominently in front of her. With her right hand firmly on her carry case, her left was held in front of her as she moved her way through the airport.
She had one ring on her index finger, but her wedding finger was free of either an engagement or wedding ring. Her casual appearance came around the same time that news broke that her marriage to Nick, who is worth an estimated £1.4bn, had come to an end.
On Saturday, a source told The Sun:"This has been a very difficult period for both Nick and Holly, and they are keeping things private out of respect for their family. The joint parenting of their two amazing daughters remains their top priority."
The source added: "They've had to juggle a demanding lifestyle. Between family, public life, and Nick's intense work commitments, it's been a tough balance. This is a family matter and they're doing their best to handle things thoughtfully. Privacy is obviously very important to them both, so they can focus on what's best for the family."

Meanwhile, a spokesman for the couple said: "This is a private matter and we will not be making any further comment."
Holly rose to fame playing Felicity Scully on the iconic Australian soap opera Neighbours from 1999 until 2002. She returned to the show for a cameo appearance in 2022 after the show was cancelled and aired a final episode - which also saw major stars including Guy Pearce and Kylie Minogue return.
She has also enjoyed success as a pop singer - with her 2002 single Kiss Kiss topping the charts both in the UK and her native Australia. While Holly is believed to have a personal wealth of around £10 million, her husband has achieved billionaire status through his work as a property developer.
He launched a business with his brother, Christian Candy, 50, and formed the lucrative CPC Group in 2004 - a luxury property development firm. The brothers include the One Hyde Park complex on their portfolio - with the building and properties within estimated to be worth £2 billion alone.

Jeff Bezos & wife Lauren jet off for expensive honeymoon at White Lotus location

Newlyweds Lauren Sanchez and Jeff Bezos leave their luxury wedding to embark on a multi-million dollar honeymoon at a famous hotel featured on The White Lotus season two Lauren Sanchez and Jeff Bezos are rumoured to set sail on a luxury trip for their honeymoon after they tied the knot last week in a three-day multi-million dollar wedding celebration in Venice. The billionaire couple haven't publicly confirmed where they are going for their honeymoon, but a source has claimed they will stay in the area of Torcello before heading to Nicelli airport. The newlyweds are said to fly in a helicopter back to Bezos' $500 million superyacht, 'Koru,' where they will move on to Taormina in Sicily. ‌ The Daily Mail have reported that the couple fell in love with the town last year when they sailed along Sicily's coast and the Aeolian Islands. It is reported that Jeff and Lauren will anchor in Taormina and spend some time together at Four Seasons San Domenico Palace. ‌ The magnificent hotel is famous for being the primary location of The White Lotus season 2 and a suite can cost upwards of €7,000 a night. The hotel website states: 'Perched on a rocky promontory high above the Ionian Sea, San Domenico Palace, an exclusive five-star luxury hotel in Taormina, invites you to experience the charm of a reimagined 14th-century Sicilian convent.' Before setting off, the newlyweds were snapped beaming and waving goodbye as they left the Aman Venice hotel by boat on Sunday. Lauren cut a smart figure in a white dress with an elegant drape. She finished the look with a black hat and some stylish oversized sunglasses. Hubby Jeff looked just as smart in a navy t-shirt and sunglasses. On 27 June, the couple exchanged vows at the stunning San Giorgio Maggiore island, set against Venice's iconic lagoon. The ceremony unfolded in a black‑tie garden event—Lauren arrived in a cream Dior suit before switching into a custom Dolce & Gabbana lace gown, inspired by Sophia Loren and crafted over 900 hours. Around 200 high‑profile guests arrived by water taxi to witness the nuptials, including Oprah Winfrey, Kim & Kylie Jenner, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bill Gates, Tom Brady, Usher and Orlando Bloom. ‌ Shortly after the wedding, Lauren changed her Instagram handle to @laurensanchezbezos, confirming the newlyweds' joy to the world. The couple took three days out of their busy schedule to celebrate their wedding, which is believed to have cost close to £40million. And while the happy couple and their guests enjoyed the celebrations which went without a hitch, it seems not everybody was pleased that the retail giant had booked out the entire Italian city. An estimated 700 demonstrators gathered together at Santa Lucia train station armed with banners that read "If you can rent Venice for your wedding, you can pay more tax." The demonstration is believed to have been organised by the No Space For Bezos group. A few members of the group were seen laden with Amazon boxes that had the words "ordered, shipped, delivered, rejected" written on them.

Huge change to Britain's Got Talent after ‘absolutely wild' Blackpool shows which Simon Cowell ‘loved'

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) BRITAIN'S Got Talent gave us some of the most outrageous wannabes in the show's history last series – by taking the auditions out of London and up the road to Blackpool. Now, I can reveal the raucous crowds who made the early episodes so much fun have convinced Simon Cowell and producers to host try-outs in yet another major UK city. A TV insider said: 'The audiences up north were absolutely wild, with some shouting at Simon and flicking him V-signs if he didn't make a decision they approved of. Then, hilariously, some of the people who had abused him would sidle up afterwards and ask for a selfie — and, of course, he duly obliged. 'Simon loved it, so when they were looking at what to do for the new series, they decided to try out another city further north that might provide some of the same dynamism.' Birmingham was the birthplace of huge ITV shows, including cult kids' favourite Tiswas and classic soap Crossroads. Britain's second city was the home of talent contest New Faces which helped launch the careers of stars including Joe Pasquale and Lenny Henry. The BGT live semi-finals and final will likely remain in London. Moving the auditions from the big smoke on a near permanent basis won't surprise other judges either. Talking of their sensational trip north for the 2024 auditions, Amanda Holden said this year: 'The audiences were super-warm and brilliantly up for it. The show felt really appreciated and wanted up there. 'I honestly think we won't go back to London for the auditions. I think we'll be going back to Blackpool all the time.' Well, it turns out you were half right Amanda . . . Amanda Holden appears NAKED on radio just days after Ofcom complaints over BGT dress Nick: Why The Traitors is magic 3 Celebrity Traitors star Nick Mohammed on Ted Lasso Credit: AP NICK MOHAMMED has revealed his Celebrity Traitors co-star Stephen Fry promises to be as witty as ever in the upcoming show. The Ted Lasso actor said Stephen used a Harry Potter term for non-magical people to refer to the non-celeb version of the hit show. He said: 'Stephen referred to it as the Muggle version which really made me laugh.' Nick added: 'I was allowed one phone conversation a day with the kids but you are isolated from the outside world – at one point we weren't even allowed to know the time. 'You'd be, 'What's the time?' They'd say, 'It's traitors' time'.' Filming has wrapped on the series – which will air this autumn – but Nick has kept in touch with his co-stars. He added: 'There's a WhatsApp group and we're all on it – it's phenomenal and every day there's about 50 notifications.' Leo lined up LEO WOODALL has cemented his place as TV's favourite leading man with another sexy role. He will play the titular character in Vladimir, a Netflix eight-parter said to be 'full of sexy secrets and dark humour'. It also stars Rachel Weisz as a woman who becomes obsessed with Vladimir. Nadiya's a sole survivor 3 Nadiya Bychkova has revealed she has her entire body insured Credit: BBC STRICTLY Come Dancing siren Nadiya Bychkova has revealed she has her entire body insured – and does foot-strengthening exercises to help her cope with wearing her favourite high heels. Nadiya told me: 'I do have things insured – everything I need for dancing. 'Dancing puts food on the table, so I need to make sure I am OK. I think it comes from when I was competing at the highest level. I do a lot of workouts for my feet. It's about building the muscles. You don't want to walk in heels and twist something or break something. 'As we get older, we need to look after ourselves even more. If you twist your ankle, then you're done.' Game on for Squid THE THIRD and final series of Squid Game landed on Friday but now its creator has hinted there could be more to come. The dystopian hit saw gambling addict Gi-hun join in a deadly game against other vulnerable people, enticed by recruiters. Writer Hwang Dong-Hyuk said: 'I had this faint ideation . . . not a sequel, but maybe a spin-off about the three-year gap between season 1 and season 2 when Gi-hun looks around for the recruiters. 'Maybe a portrayal of what the recruiters or Captain Park or officers or masked men were doing in that period, not inside the gaming arena, but their life outside of that.' Sonia on the double CONGRATULATIONS to Coronation Street actress Sonia Ibrahim, who has given birth to her second child. Announcing the news online, Sonia, who plays Mel Maguire, wrote: 'My beautiful boy Carter Benjamin Machin, 7lbs of pure perfection. You are loved more than you will ever know.' C4 to air axed doc A CONTROVERSIAL documentary about medics allegedly coming under fire in Gaza will air on Channel 4 after the BBC axed it. Gaza: Doctors Under Attack looks at allegations that Israeli forces targeted hospitals and health workers in the Middle East conflict. The Beeb commissioned the film last year but shelved it, concerned it 'risked creating a perception of partiality'. Louisa Compton, Channel 4's head of news, said: 'We are showing this programme because we believe that, following thorough fact-checking, we are presenting a duly impartial view.' The one-off film will air on Wednesday at 10pm.
