Boy, 6, is killed in car crash as his three brothers fight for their lives in hospital
Raul Chavez was riding in the Polaris UTV in Gainesville on July 13 with his siblings, aged between 6 and 13-years-old, when it lost control and rolled over.
All four young boys were ejected in the devastating crash.
'It turned on one side, and my baby fell to the side,' Juarez told WFAA. 'It fell on him.'
Raul tragically died from his injuries, according to Gainesville Police.
He had no heartbeat by the time they reached the hospital, his mother, Ana Juarez, told the outlet.
His 9-year-old brother was treated at Fort Worth hospital for pelvic fractures and bruises to his lungs and liver but was released Wednesday.
He still has a long recovery ahead.
'We're taking it one day at a time,' his mother said.
It's unclear at this time what the condition of the other two boys is.
Police have not confirmed who was behind the wheel at the time of the crash.
Police also did not announce what caused the vehicle to flip.
A GoFundMe was created by a friend and student of Raul's mother, who described the little boy as 'a bright light - joyful, kind, full of curiosity and love.'
'There are no words to describe the depth of this tragedy,' the GoFundMe tribute states.
'His goal was to be a soccer goalie and could not wait to make those dreams come true,' the description continues.
'Their presence brought warmth to everyone around them. Now, their family is left not only grieving a heartbreaking loss but also facing overwhelming emotional and financial burdens.'
The fundraiser has reached $7,393 of its $20,000 goal.
A candlelight vigil is being held on July 21 in Raul's memory.
The accident remains under investigation.
'Raul was more than just a player on the field he was a part of our family,' Ennis Soccer Association said in a July 14 Facebook post.
'A teammate, a brother, a friend. His spirit, kindness, and smile touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.'

The FBI is investigating a recent death on a Texas-based Carnival cruise ship. On July 23, passengers on board the Carnival Dream cruise ship were woken up to sirens just around 3 or 4 a.m., KHOU 11 reports. 'Due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, I am not able to provide additional details at this time,' Hagan said. The details of the death are unclear. Passengers on board the ship told KHOU 11 they saw police entering the ship Saturday as they were delayed while trying to disembark in Galveston, Texas. A Carnival spokesperson previously said there was no investigation into a suspicious death. 'There is no investigation about a suspicious death on Carnival Dream and it's disappointing to learn that any guests might be spreading rumors about something they know nothing about,' the spokesperson told KHOU 11 on Saturday. While the FBI is investigating this particular incident, there are many rules that determine which law enforcement agency has jurisdiction on board cruise ships. Important factors include the location of the ship, the owner of the ship and the nationality of the people involved in an incident, according to the FBI.

Trump gives update on Ghislaine Maxwell pardon as he issues furious denial about visiting Epstein's island
President Donald Trump told Daily Mail on Monday that no one has asked him about a pardon for Ghislaine Maxwell as he went on a rant about Jeffrey Epstein. 'I'm allowed to give her a pardon. Nobody's approached me with it. Nobody's asked me about it. It's in the news about that, that aspect of it. But right now, it would be inappropriate to talk about it,' he said. Maxwell, who met with Justice Department officials last week, is serving 20 years in prison for her involvement in Jeffrey Epstein's sordid crimes of sex trafficking. She was convicted in 2021 on five counts related to sex trafficking and conspiracy. A growing fringe effort to get Trump to pardon Maxwell has unfolded after the Justice Department rejected her effort to have her conviction on child sex trafficking charges thrown out. Questions about Epstein and queries about his relationship with the notorious financer followed Trump from the United States to his meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Scotland through the weekend. He again denied ever making a controversial doodle for Epstein's 50th birthday and claimed he'd never been to the financier's private island in the Caribbean. 'I don't do drawings,' Trump said when asked about a Wall Street Journal report that had reviewed a typewritten birthday letter bearing Trump´s signature, framed by the seemingly hand-drawn outline of a naked woman. I was running against somebody that ran the files,' Trump said. 'If they had something, they would have released it. Now they can easily put something in the files that's a phony.' Attorney General Pam Bondi briefed Trump during a May 2025 meeting that his name was found in the Epstein documents 'multiple times,' according to reports, which have been denied by the president. Even if the president is named in the files, it does not mean he's implicated in any wrongdoing related to Epstein's child sex trafficking. Trump finished his rant on Monday by claiming his poll ratings have increased by 4.5 points since this 'ridiculous Epstein stuff' has been in the news. But a cache of surveys from major outlets show the president's approval rating has largely remained stable or declined slightly in July, with most measuring his approval in the mid-40s. No credible poll has shown him jumping 4.5 percentage points.

Spy satellite agency says law enforcement probing 'incident' affecting contracting site
WASHINGTON, July 28 (Reuters) - The U.S. spy satellite agency said on Monday authorities are investigating an unspecified incident affecting a website serving prospective intelligence community contractors. The National Reconnaissance Office said in a brief statement that there had been "an incident involving our unclassified Acquisition Research Center website" which was currently being probed "in collaboration with federal law enforcement." The office declined further comment. The statement follows a Washington Times story alleging that hackers had targeted intellectual property and personal information submitted via the Acquisition Research Center website in support of CIA spying programs. The Acquisition Research Center provides a path for businesses to bid for intelligence contracts or pitch spy agencies on their products and services; it markets itself as a "portal for business opportunities for acquisitions across the Intelligence Community." The Times story, which cited people familiar with the activity, said hackers likely obtained details about technologies used in CIA operations, including a program aimed at Chinese spies called "Digital Hammer." The FBI, which typically investigates cyber or counterintelligence matters, didn't immediately return a message seeking comment. The CIA referred questions back to the National Reconnaissance Office.
