The most significant of the bunch was Brown, who was shown leaving practice on a cart. Leaving on a cart is never a good sign, and now Chiefs head coach Andy Reid has offered a major update on the receiver's injury.
Chiefs coach Andy Reid says WR Hollywood Brown left practice with an ankle injury.

When speaking to reporters, Reid stated, "I don't think it's too bad, but we'll see."
Reid is referring to the ankle injury that Brown sustained. He also revealed that Worthy "banged his head," but there is no further information yet if the star receiver will be evaluated for a concussion.

Moore was also revealed to have suffered a hamstring injury. Dealing with injuries is never a good thing, but to have three receivers be injured on the same day is quite concerning.
It does sound like none of the injuries are severe, or severe enough that Reid had to withhold information. The issue is the ankle injury that Brown suffered and the hamstring injury Moore suffered could linger and lead to more time missed.
The Chiefs dealt with plenty of injuries during the 2024 season, as Isiah Pacheco was lost for most of the season, as were Brown and Juju Smith-Schuster.
Even with major injuries to the offensive playmakers on the team, Patrick Mahomes and company were still able to make it to the Super Bowl. The hope for 2025 is that the team would go into the start of the season unscathed, but that appears not to be the case.
Brown suffered a sternoclavicular injury that led to him being ruled out for the entire 2024 season, though he was able to heal and return to the team for Weeks 16 and 17. He also participated in the playoffs and the Super Bowl.
Despite coming back, another major injury might cause the Chiefs to move on from the wide receiver. This is just speculation, but two major injuries and more missed time could lead to Brown being waived.
For now, it appears that his ankle injury might not be that serious, at least according to Reid.

How will the Texans do this season? Ben Arthur predicts that the Texans will finish the year at 9-8. Here's Arthur: "The Texans' Super Bowl-caliber defense has gotten even better this offseason with the addition of former Eagle C.J. Gardner-Johnson , who had six interceptions last season. But Houston's offense is still filled with question marks. Its revamped offensive line looks underwhelming on paper, and, outside of Nico Collins , quarterback C.J. Stroud is expected to lean heavily on rookie receivers. That could mean some tough sledding with a first-place schedule, against opponents like the Bills and Bucs at home and the Chiefs, Rams and Ravens on the road. The Texans should be the team to beat in the AFC South once again, but they remain a step below true contention in the conference." share Get more from the National Football League Follow your favorites to get information about games, news and more

Nick Wright, Chris Broussard, and Kevin Wildes ask if the Steelers will make the playoffs. How will the Steelers do this season? Ralph Vacchiano predicts that the Steelers will finish the year at 9-8. Here's Vacchiano: "First, how great is it that the NFL put the Steelers in New York against the Jets in Week 1? It's like the league is baiting Aaron Rodgers to push off retirement to take out his frustrations on his old team. The Steelers better hope he takes the bait, because if he stays in the darkness, their season picture gets a lot dimmer. It's bad enough that they're in the AFC's toughest division, but they also have to play the four teams from the powerful NFC North. And they lose a home game to play the Vikings in Dublin, Ireland. There are still a lot of softer spots on the schedule — games at New England and home against the Colts and Dolphins. Plus, they can always lean on their home-and-home against the Browns. But if Mason Rudolph is their quarterback all season, nothing will seem "soft" to them at all." share Get more from the National Football League Follow your favorites to get information about games, news and more

Carmen Vitali predicts that the Chiefs will finish the year at 13-4. Here's Vitali: "Well, the Chiefs went 15-2 last year despite question marks at offensive tackle and injured skill players. Sure, they lost the Super Bowl, but they got there didn't they? They also got the first-round bye in the AFC. So now that they've fortified their offensive line (even with losing Joe Thuney in a trade with Chicago), plus have a healthier receiver room, I'm supposed to think this season is going to go worse for them? The one thing that did have me dropping their win-loss record from last year is that they have to play not only their division, which should be better this year, but they also face a first-place schedule that includes the Detroit Lions, Baltimore Ravens, a Super Bowl rematch with the Philadelphia Eagles and, oh yeah, they have the Buffalo Bills thrown in there, too. The good news is they get all of those teams except the Bills at home. The bad news is, those teams all got better this offseason, too." share Get more from the National Football League Follow your favorites to get information about games, news and more
