Shah Rukh Khan
and
Salman Khan
, may not be hitting screens anytime soon, but contrary to speculation, new reports indicate that the film hasn't been shelved entirely.

The report further adds that the intention is not to cancel major projects like
Tiger vs Pathaan
, but to reimagine them. 'The aim is to avoid formula fatigue by infusing fresh direction and innovative storytelling styles,' the source told the portal.
Although fans have been eagerly awaiting the crossover clash between Salman's RAW agent Tiger and Shah Rukh's Pathaan, introduced in the 2023 blockbuster, there has been no official statement regarding the film's status.

Did you know, not Shah Rukh Khan but Salman Khan shot for THIS romantic scene with Aishwarya Rai in Devdas after breakup?
A surprising fact from Devdas surfaces. Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai's ex, stepped in for Shah Rukh Khan during the 'Morey Piya' song shoot. He demonstrated how Devdas removes a thorn from Paro's foot. This unplanned moment was captured on camera. It became their last on-screen appearance together. Their romance ended after a troubling incident. Aishwarya later married Abhishek Bachchan. Here's a surprising behind-the-scenes twist from Devdas you probably didn't know. While Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai 's chemistry in the iconic song Morey Piya left fans spellbound, one of the most intimate scenes from the track—where Devdas removes a thorn from Paro's foot—wasn't filmed with Shah Rukh at all. It was actually Salman Khan who performed the gesture on set. Despite their rocky breakup, the moment was captured and made it into the film, marking the last time the former couple ever shared screen space. In her book, Anupama Chopra revealed that during the shoot of the Morey Piya song in Devdas, Salman was present on set while Shah Rukh and Aishwarya filmed a romantic scene where Devdas delicately removes a thorn from Paro's foot. The scene, meant to be intimate and sensuous, was shot in close-up without showing the actors' faces. Unexpectedly, Salman stepped in during the shoot and began demonstrating to Shah Rukh how to perform the gesture—despite his strained equation with Aishwarya at the time. Interestingly, Sanjay Leela Bhansali kept the camera rolling while Salman demonstrated the scene by gently removing a thorn from Aishwarya's foot—marking an unplanned but emotional moment. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch vàng CFDs với sàn môi giới tin cậy IC Markets Tìm hiểu thêm Undo That brief interaction ended up being their last time on a film set together. The close-up shot of Salman and Aishwarya was eventually included in the final cut of Devdas, making those few seconds in Morey Piya the last time the former couple shared screen space. Salman and Aishwarya's romance blossomed during the filming of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, but their relationship soon took a turbulent turn. According to senior film journalist Hanif Zaveri on the Meri Saheli podcast, the two were serious about each other until a troubling incident occurred—Salman reportedly caused a scene outside Aishwarya's residence, banging on her door when she didn't respond. Following that episode, Aishwarya ended the relationship and was later rumoured to be involved with Vivek Oberoi . Though Hanif Zaveri claimed that the rumours of Aishwarya dating Vivek were untrue and allegedly fabricated by Vivek for publicity, the aftermath of her breakup with Salman remained widely discussed. Several reports alleged that Salman had been a controlling and obsessive partner, with instances of harassment and stalking. He was also reportedly involved in Aishwarya's ouster from Chalte Chalte, where Shah Rukh Khan replaced her. Years later, Aishwarya found stability and married Abhishek Bachchan . Salman, meanwhile, remains a bachelor, despite a few high-profile relationships since.
